Preferably, the alarm device is in signal connection with the driving device, and linkage of the alarm device and the test bed can be realized; the driving device is in signal connection with the fire extinguishing device, and linkage of the test bed and the fire extinguishing device can be realized; the driving device is simultaneously in signal connection with the alarm device and the fire extinguishing device, so that the linkage of the alarm device, the test bed and the fire extinguishing device is realized, and the purpose of quick response is achieved.

The test bench 30 is located above the drop explosion-proof bench and is used for connecting a battery for testing. In this embodiment, the test platform 30 adopts the lifting platform 31 and the terminal 32 arranged at the lower end of the lifting platform to realize the detection of the temperature and the pressure of the battery, and is in signal connection with the alarm device 20 to transmit the temperature and the pressure signals of the battery, the lifting platform 31 can vertically move up and down along the rack 10, and the terminal 32 is used for connecting a battery pole.
The drop explosion-proof platform 40 comprises a test bench 41 for placing a battery and an explosion-proof box 42 positioned below the test bench, and a driving device 43 for opening and closing the test bench is arranged on one side of the explosion-proof box. In this embodiment, the test bench 41 is composed of two separable supporting plates, the driving device 43 includes two cylinders horizontally arranged on the explosion-proof box, the extending end of the cylinder faces outward and is respectively connected with the two supporting plates, the two cylinders are simultaneously started, the test bench can be opened and closed, the battery 60 is arranged on the test bench 41, and the battery can directly fall into the explosion-proof box 42 below.

The fire extinguishing device 50 comprises a solvent tank 51 used for storing a fire extinguishing solvent, the solvent tank is communicated with the explosion-proof box 42 through a pipeline 52, a valve 53 is arranged at the outlet of the bottom end of the solvent tank, the valve adopts an electromagnetic valve and is in signal connection with a driving device 43 of the test bed, and linkage of the test bed and the fire extinguishing device is realized. The fire extinguishing solvent adopts fine sand, has strong fluidity and can bury the abnormal battery to isolate oxygen.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the power supply of the device is started, the alarm device 20 communicates with a charging and discharging cabinet and a falling explosion-proof platform 40, a test sample battery is placed into a test bed 41, the interval size of binding posts 42 below the test bed is adjusted to be matched with the polar posts of the battery, the output line of the test cabinet is connected with the binding posts, and a falling test bed is connected with the battery; starting a test, in the test process, if the voltage or the temperature of the battery reaches the upper limit of the set safety protection, the alarm device 20 sends out an alarm buzzer, the test bed 41 is automatically opened (manual or automatic control can be selected), the abnormal battery on the table surface falls into the explosion-proof box 42, the valve 54 of the fire extinguishing device 50 is synchronously opened, fine sand with strong mobility is poured into the explosion-proof box 42, the abnormal battery is buried to isolate oxygen, and the effect of preventing fire is achieved.
