本发明公开了一种风冷冰箱风道结构，包括有位于冰箱风道箱胆正面的正面风道泡沫组件，以及位于冷藏风道箱胆后背面设置有背面风道泡沫组件，正面风道泡沫组件与背面风道泡沫组件之间的间隙形成冷风送风通道。本发明结构简单、模具投入很小、室内空间不浪费、腔内完整性得到保证、操作简单，产品成本大幅下降。

本发明涉及冰箱制造领域，具体属于一种风冷冰箱风道结构。
背景技术
传统冷藏风道结构是由风道泡沫组件、冷藏风道面板形成一密封通道给冷藏室按设定要求送风供冷，实现制冷目的。此种设计结构的缺点是结构繁琐、模具投入大、室内空间浪费大、腔内完整性遭破坏、操作较繁琐，产品成本浪费较多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种风冷冰箱风道结构，结构简单、模具投入很小、室内空间不浪费、腔内完整性得到保证、操作简单，产品成本大幅下降。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种风冷冰箱风道结构，包括有位于冰箱风道箱胆正面的正面风道泡沫组件，以及位于冷藏风道箱胆后背面设置有背面风道泡沫组件，正面风道泡沫组件与背面风道泡沫组件之间的间隙形成冷风送风通道；正面风道泡沫组件、背面风道泡沫组件上端通过调节螺杆连接，调节螺杆后端带有凹面体，调节螺杆后部螺合有锁紧螺母。
所述的正面风道泡沫组件与背面风道泡沫组件上端固定连接。
所述的锁紧螺母为中空结构。
本发明的冷藏风道结构是把风道泡沫直接放置在冷藏风道箱胆后背，利用泡沫组件通道给冷藏室按设定要求送风供冷，实现制冷目的。优点是结构简单、模具投入很小、室内空间不浪费、腔内完整性得到保证、操作简单，产品成本大幅下降。同时旋转调节螺杆可以调节正面风道泡沫组件与背面风道泡沫组件之间的间隙，从而控制冷风送风通道的大小，操作简单，控制精确。

参见附图，一种风冷冰箱风道结构，包括有位于冰箱风道箱胆正面的正面风道泡沫组件1，以及位于冷藏风道箱胆后背面设置有背面风道泡沫组件2，正面风道泡沫组件1与背面风道泡沫组件2之间的间隙形成冷风送风通道3，正面风道泡沫组件1与背面风道泡沫组件2上端固定连接，正面风道泡沫组件1、背面风道泡沫组件2上端通过调节螺杆4连接，调节螺杆4后端带有凹面体5，调节螺杆4后部螺合有锁紧螺母6，锁紧螺母6为中空结构。
本发明内置式的风冷冰箱送风用泡沫风道，不限制于是用于冷藏室还是多门冰箱的其它间室。

1.一种风冷冰箱风道结构，其特征在于，包括有位于冰箱风道箱胆正面的正面风道泡沫组件，以及位于冷藏风道箱胆后背面设置有背面风道泡沫组件，正面风道泡沫组件与背面风道泡沫组件之间的间隙形成冷风送风通道；正面风道泡沫组件、背面风道泡沫组件上端通过调节螺杆连接，调节螺杆后端带有凹面体，调节螺杆后部螺合有锁紧螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱风道结构，其特征在于，所述的正面风道泡沫组件与背面风道泡沫组件上端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱风道结构，其特征在于，所述的锁紧螺母为中空结构。
