Abstract

一种冰箱,其包括箱体、制冷循环系统以及风道,所述箱体包括冷藏室以及干物室,其中所述干物室包括桶体以及可抽拉地收容于所述桶体内的抽屉,所述桶体设有与所述风道连通的干物室风道以及安装于所述干物室风道内的风门挡板;所述制冷循环系统包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流元件以及蒸发器;所述冰箱还设有位于所述风道内的风机,所述风机用以将经过降温除湿后的空气吹向所述冷藏室及/或所述干物室,所述桶体与所述抽屉的接合处通过密封元件进行密封以与外部空气隔开,所述干物室未设置出风风门。本发明冰箱的干物室采用单风门控制密封,既解决了出风换气又提高了所述干物室的密闭性。

冰箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱,属于家用电器领域。
背景技术
为了满足不同的温度、湿度等要求,现有的冰箱在冷藏室中设置有单独的干物室,该干物室的温度、湿度常常与冷藏室的温度、湿度不一致,因此该干物室需要是独立的且具有良好密封性的间室。
通常密封的间室结构,需要进风口与回风口都采用风门进行控制,才能实现间室的密封和良好的换气。然而,双风门结构的成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有单风门结构的干物室,当该干物室不需要进风换气时,实现该干物室的良好密封;当该干物室需要进风换气时,保证该干物室的良好换气。
为解决实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种冰箱,其包括箱体、制冷循环系统以及风道,所述箱体包括冷藏室以及干物室,其中所述干物室包括桶体以及可抽拉地收容于所述桶体内的抽屉,所述桶体设有与所述风道连通的干物室风道以及安装于所述干物室风道内的风门挡板;所述制冷循环系统包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流元件以及蒸发器;所述冰箱还设有位于所述风道内的风机,所述风机用以将经过降温除湿后的空气吹向所述冷藏室及/或所述干物室,所述桶体与所述抽屉的接合处通过密封元件进行密封以与外部空气隔开,所述干物室未设置出风风门。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述抽屉设有把手,所述接合处为所述桶体上靠近所述把手的端面,所述密封元件为密封条且设置于所述端面上。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述密封条为硅胶密封条。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述干物室的两侧壁设有滑轮,所述抽屉的两侧设有容纳所述滑轮的倾斜滑轨,所述抽屉沿所述倾斜滑轨滑动而关闭。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述倾斜滑轨的末端留有余隙,以便靠所述抽屉与用以存放在所述抽屉内物品自身的重力,将所述抽屉与所述干物室压紧。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述风道是封闭的。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述干物室与所述风门挡板形成独立系统,不与所述冷藏室串通。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述干物室通过所述桶体与所述抽屉之间的装配间隙进行换气。
与现有技术相比,本发明冰箱的干物室采用单风门结构,当该干物室不需要进风换气时,实现该干物室的良好密封;当该干物室需要进风换气时,保证该干物室的良好换气。

具体实施方式
请参图1及图2所示,本发明揭示了一种冰箱,其包括箱体(未图示)、制冷循环系统1以及风道2。所述箱体包括冷藏室6以及干物室3,其中所述干物室3包括桶体31以及可抽拉地收容于所述桶体31内的抽屉32。所述桶体31设有与所述风道2连通的干物室风道33以及安装于所述干物室风道33内的风门挡板34。所述制冷循环系统1包括压缩机11、冷凝器12、节流元件13以及蒸发器14。所述冰箱还设有位于所述风道2内的风机4,所述风机4用以将经过所述蒸发器14、降温除湿后的空气吹向所述冷藏室6及/或所述干物室3。所述干物室3大体上是密封的,所述桶体31与所述抽屉32的接合处通过密封元件5进行密封以与外部空气隔开。所述干物室3未设置出风风门。
所述桶体31大致呈长方体状,其包括顶壁311、底壁312、两侧壁以及后壁313。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述干物室风道33贯穿所述后壁313,所述风门挡板34安装于所述后壁313上。
所述抽屉32设有把手321,所述接合处为所述桶体31上靠近所述把手321的端面314,所述密封元件5为密封条且设置于所述端面314上。优选地,所述密封条为硅胶密封条。
所述干物室3的两侧壁设有滑轮315,所述抽屉32的两侧设有容纳所述滑轮315的倾斜滑轨322,所述抽屉32沿所述倾斜滑轨322滑动而关闭。当所述抽屉32关闭时,通过所述密封元件5进行密封。
所述倾斜滑轨322的末端留有余隙,以便靠所述抽屉32与用以存放在所述抽屉32内物品自身的重力,将所述抽屉32与所述干物室3压紧,并借助所述密封元件5以保证所述干物室3与外界间室的气密性。
请参图2所示,所述风道2是封闭的。所述风道2设有与所述冷藏室6连通的冷藏室风道21,所述干物室风道33与所述冷藏室风道21并联。所述干物室风道33的前端与所述风机4之间未设置风门挡板。需要说明的是:上文指出的“前端”是用空气在所述风道2中的流向来定义的,越靠近所述风机的空气越位于前端。
所述干物室3与所述风门挡板34形成独立系统,不与所述冷藏室6串通。
使用时,本发明冰箱的换气方式如下:
当所述风门挡板34开启后,经过降温除湿的空气通过所述风机4吹入所述干物室3及/或所述冷藏室6内。随着干空气的吹入,使所述干物室3保持正压,所述干物室3的换气主要通过两点:第一,在正压下,通过所述桶体31与所述抽屉32之间的装配间隙进行换气;第二,因所述抽屉32靠其自身抽屉中的储藏物的重力自然关闭密封,所述干物室3内在正压作用下,抽屉32与干物室3之间形成的间隙进行换气。
相较于现有技术,本发明冰箱的干物室3采用只有进风风门而无出风风门的结构,降低了成本;同时,通过间隙进行换气,既解决了出风换气又提高了所述干物室3的密闭性。
需要说明的是:以上实施例仅用于说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案,尽管本说明书参照上述的实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,所属技术领域的技术人员仍然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种冰箱,其包括箱体、制冷循环系统以及风道,所述箱体包括冷藏室以及干物室,其中所述干物室包括桶体以及可抽拉地收容于所述桶体内的抽屉,所述桶体设有与所述风道连通的干物室风道以及安装于所述干物室风道内的风门挡板;所述制冷循环系统包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流元件以及蒸发器;所述冰箱还设有位于所述风道内的风机,所述风机用以将经过降温除湿后的空气吹向所述冷藏室及/或所述干物室,其特征在于:所述桶体与所述抽屉的接合处通过密封元件进行密封以与外部空气隔开,所述干物室未设置出风风门。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述抽屉设有把手,所述接合处为所述桶体上靠近所述把手的端面,所述密封元件为密封条且设置于所述端面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述密封条为硅胶密封条。
4.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述干物室的两侧壁设有滑轮,所述抽屉的两侧设有容纳所述滑轮的倾斜滑轨,所述抽屉沿所述倾斜滑轨滑动而关闭。
5.如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述倾斜滑轨的末端留有余隙,以便靠所述抽屉与用以存放在所述抽屉内物品自身的重力,将所述抽屉与所述干物室压紧。
6.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述风道是封闭的。
7.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述干物室与所述风门挡板形成独立系统,不与所述冷藏室串通。
8.如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述干物室通过所述桶体与所述抽屉之间的装配间隙进行换气。
