[0001]本发明涉及一种CFB的烟气发生设备,特别是一种利用固体燃料燃烧产生气体作为工艺用介质的CFB设备,属于燃烧设备技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]国内工业上有大量需要以热态气体作为工艺介质的场合,因此产生气体的CFB(即循环流化床)设备应运而生。
[0003]目前,国内运行的类似设备都比较小,其容量一般在20MW以下。其炉型有:链条炉排、煤粉炉、沸腾床、鼓泡床等形式。链条炉排形式的设备,炉排因漏煤而造成不完全燃烧,热损失大,热效率较低。煤粉炉形式的设备,飞灰难以收集,烟气品质难以保证,且制粉工艺复杂,能耗较高。沸腾床形式的设备,采用重型炉墙,外部用红砖砌成,炉墙容易鼓包、开裂和垮塌,且炉墙受高度限制,一般高度不超过15m。鼓泡床形式的CFB设备,其烟气速度低,床面面积大,难以大型化。

[0009]作为优选,所述燃烧炉膛和后竖井的壁均从内到外依次分为耐火耐磨材料层、绝热材料层、保温材料层以及金属壁层。采用这种壁结构,可有效避免烟气对壁的磨损,还可减少热量损失。根据设备内温度场的变化,在不同的区域选用不同厚度的保温层,尽量避免热量散发,从而提高设备整体的热效率。
[0010]作为优选,所述燃烧炉膛壁上分层设置若干与其内部连通的风管。可通过风管分层、分批地对燃料炉膛内部通风吸收内部气体热量,从而精确控制炉膛内部温度,避免发生结焦现象。也可将绝热式烟气旋转分离器得到的清洁高温气体重新引入风管,对其热量进一步利用,从而节省燃料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种CFB的烟气发生设备,其特征在于:所述燃烧炉膛(I)从下到上依次分为等压风室(11)、密相区(12)、稀相区(13),所述返料器(6)将高温灰尘和未燃尽的颗粒物引回燃烧炉膛(I)的密相区(13),所述密相区(13)前部设置气力给料装置(15),所述稀相区(13)后部设置与过渡烟道(4)连通的烟气出口窗(14)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种CFB的烟气发生设备,其特征在于:所述等压风室(11)包括风室(113),风室(113)上部设置布风板(112)和风帽(111),风室(113)下部设置进风口(115)和排渣口(114)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种CFB的烟气发生设备,其特征在于:所述绝热式烟气旋转分离器(2)从下到上分为锥段(21)、直段(21)和烟气出口段(23),所述直段(21)侧部设置与过渡烟道(4)连通的烟气进口窗(24)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种CFB的烟气发生设备,其特征在于:所述燃烧炉膛(I)和后竖井(3)的壁均从内到外依次分为耐火耐磨材料层(D)、绝热材料层(C)、保温材料层(B)以及金属壁层(A)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种CFB的烟气发生设备,其特征在于:所述燃烧炉膛(I)壁上分层设置若干与其内部连通的风管(7)。
