技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系统。更特别地,本发明涉及这样一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其能够在电动车辆(EV)模式下使用电子连续可变地变速运行,并且能够实现并联驱动。
背景技术
通常而言,混合动力电动车辆是有效地使用两种不同的动力源的车辆。
这种混合动力电动车辆典型地使用发动机和电动机/发电机。混合动力电动车辆在低速时使用具有相对更好的低速扭矩特性的电动机/发电机作为主动力源,并且在高速时使用具有相对更好的高速扭矩特性的发动机作为主动力源。
由于混合动力电动车辆在低速区域时停止运行使用化石燃料的发动机而是使用电动机/发电机,因而燃料消耗可以得到改进并且可以减少废气。
混合动力电动车辆的动力传动系统分为单模式类型和多模式类型。
在单模式类型下,用于换挡控制的扭矩传递装置(例如离合器和制动器)不是必需的,但是燃料消耗由于在处于高速区域时的效率变差而升高,并且为了应用于大型车辆而需要额外的扭矩放大装置。
由于多模式类型在高速区域具有较高的效率,并且能够自主地增加扭矩,所以多模式类型能够应用于全尺寸车辆。
因此,多模式类型取代单模式类型而应用作为混合动力电动车辆的动力传动系统,并且还在进行不断地研究。
多模式类型的动力传动系统包括:多个行星齿轮组;操作为电动机和/或发电机的多个电动机/发电机;控制行星齿轮组的旋转元件的多个扭矩传递装置;以及用作电动机/发电机的动力源的电池。
多模式类型的动力传动系统根据行星齿轮组、电动机/发电机和扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的操作机构。
此外,多模式类型的动力传动系统根据行星齿轮组、电动机/发电机和扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的特征,例如耐用度、动力传递效率及尺寸。因此,用于混合动力电动车辆的动力传动系统的连接结构的设计也在进行不断地研究,用以实现没有动力损失的耐用而紧凑的动力传动系统。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其优点在于:通过在传动装置外壳中将用于收集搅拌油的槽设置在行星齿轮组上方来对行星齿轮组润滑而不使用附加的液压泵。
本发明的另一个实施方案提供一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其能够通过在前盖处形成从槽连接至中间轴轴承的液压管路而使用搅拌油来润滑中间轴轴承。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统可包括:行星齿轮组,其设置在接收发动机的动力的输入轴上;两个输入齿轮,所述两个输入齿轮分别连接至所述行星齿轮组的三个旋转元件中的两个旋转元件;第一和第二电动机/发电机,所述第一和第二电动机/发电机设置在中间轴和连接轴上,所述中间轴和连接轴设置为与所述输入轴平行;两个中间齿轮,所述两个中间齿轮分别连接至第一电动机/发电机的第一转子和第二电动机/发电机的第二转子;制动器,其选择性地将所述第一电动机/发电机的第一转子连接至传动装置外壳;以及两个输出齿轮,所述两个输出齿轮固定地设置在输出轴上,并且将通过所述两个输入齿轮中的一个输入齿轮和/或所述两个中间齿轮中的一个中间齿轮而传输的动力传输至差速装置的最终减速齿轮,所述输出轴设置为与所述中间轴平行。

在具体描述中,使用序数以区分具有相同术语的构成元件,该序数不具有特定含义。
图1是根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统的示意图。
参考图1,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统使用发动机ENG以及第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2作为动力源,并且包括输入轴IS、行星齿轮组PG、第一和第二输入齿轮IG1和IG2、中间轴CS、第一和第二中间齿轮CG1和CG2、制动器BK、输出轴OS、第一和第二输出齿轮OG1和OG2以及最终减速模块。
发动机ENG是主动力源,并且可以将使用传统化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机用作发动机。
由发动机ENG产生的动力通过输入装置而传输至传动侧,并且输入设备可以通过减振器和/或离合器而连接至发动机ENG的输出侧,或者直接连接至发动机ENG的输出侧而不使用在其间插入的减振器和/或离合器。
行星齿轮组PG、两个输入齿轮IG1和IG2和两个中间齿轮CG1和CG2、第一电动机/发电机MG1、以及第二发电动机/发电机MG2从发动机向后依次设置。
输入轴液压管路ISL(请参考图2和图3)形成在输入轴IS中,并且输入轴IS可操作地连接至发动机ENG从而接收发动机ENG的动力。
行星齿轮组PG为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括太阳轮S、齿圈R以及行星架PC,该行星架PC可旋转地支撑与太阳轮S和齿圈R相啮合的多个小齿轮。
太阳轮S直接连接至第一输入齿轮IG1,行星架PC直接连接至输入轴IS,并且齿圈R直接连接至第二输入齿轮IG2。
另外,行星架PC以及输入轴IS通过单向离合器F而连接至传动装置外壳H,并防止行星架PC在一个方向上旋转。
中间轴CS设置为与输入轴IS相隔开且平行,而第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2设置在中间轴CS和连接轴JS上,所述连接轴JS同心地连接于中间轴CS(请参考图2和图3)。
第一电动机/发电机MG1包括第一定子ST1和第一转子RT1,所述第一定子ST1固定至传动装置外壳H,所述第一转子RT1在第一定子ST1的径向内部可旋转地被支撑。
另外,第一转子RT1通过第一毂10连接至第一中间齿轮CG1,并且第一中间齿轮CG1与第一输入齿轮IG1啮合(请参考图2和图3)。
第一电动机/发电机MG1能够通过经由第一输入齿轮IG1输入的发动机ENG的动力而作为发电机运行。通过第一电动机/发电机MG1产生的电能充入电池中或者供应至第二电动机/发电机MG2。
另外,当车辆以高速行驶时或者当发动机起动时,第一电动机/发电机MG1能够运行为输出相反驱动扭矩的电动机。
第二电动机/发电机MG2包括第二定子ST2和第二转子RT2,该第二定子固定至传动装置外壳H,该第二转子在第二定子ST2的径向内部可旋转地被支撑。
这里,由于第二电动机/发电机MG2设置在传动装置外壳H的最后部,所以中空的连接轴JS花键联接至第二毂20,该第二毂20连接至第二转子RT2及中间轴CS的后端部。中间轴液压管路CSL在第二毂20、连接轴JS和中间轴CS中形成。可以通过连接轴JS的中间轴液压管路CSL利用离心力而将润滑油供应至第一电动机/发电机MG1(请参考图2)。
连接至第二电动机/发电机MG2的第二转子RT2的第二毂20通过连接轴JS而连接至在中间轴CS上形成的第二中间齿轮CG2。
在这时,连接至第一电动机/发电动机MG1的第一转子RT1的第一毂10可旋转地设置在连接轴JS上。
第二电动机/发电动机MG2能够主要运行为协助用于驱动车辆的驱动扭矩的电动机,并且当车辆减速时能够运行为将惯性能量转换为电能的发电机。
另外,制动器BK设置为选择性地将第一电动机/发电机MG1的第一转子RT1连接至传动装置外壳H。
当行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S运行为固定元件时,制动器BK在发动机耦合(超速传动)模式下运行。
制动器BK可为常规的通过液压操作的多片式摩擦元件,并且可以通过液压控制系统而受控。
另外,输出轴OS设置为与输入轴IS和中间轴CS相分隔且平行。第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2分别固定地设置在输出轴OS的两个端部。
第一输出齿轮OG1与第二输入齿轮IG2以及第二中间齿轮CG2啮合,并且第二输出齿轮OG2可操作地连接至最终减速模块。
最终减速模块包括差速装置DIFF和最终减速齿轮FG,并且最终减速齿轮FG与第二输出齿轮OG2啮合从而最终使传输自输出轴OS的动力减速,并且通过差速装置DIFF将减速的动力传输至驱动车轮。
在图1中未解释的符号O/P表示液压泵,所述液压泵接收输入轴IS的动力并且通过设置在输入轴IS上的液压泵驱动齿轮OP1和液压泵从动齿轮OP2而产生传动装置所需的液压,所述液压泵从动齿轮OP2啮合至所述液压泵驱动齿轮OP1。
混合动力电动车辆的传动系统能够实现电动车辆(EV)模式、动力拆分模式(powersplit mode)以及发动机耦合(OD)模式。
在EV模式中,在发动机ENG停机情况下,第二电动机/发电机MG2的驱动扭矩通过中间轴CS、第二中间齿轮CG2、第一输出齿轮OG1、输出轴OS和第二输出齿轮OG而传输至差速装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
此时,通过控制第二电动机/发电机MG2的转速能够实现电子连续可变地变速。
另外,在动力拆分模式中,发动机ENG的动力传输作为用于驱动车辆的驱动扭矩以及作为用于在第一电动机/发电机MG1发电的驱动扭矩,而第二电动机/发电机MG2的动力用作辅助动力。
也就是说,发动机ENG通过第一电动机/发电机MG1起动,并且发动机ENG的动力在行星齿轮组PG处拆分。发动机ENG的一部分动力通过第二输入齿轮IG2、第一输出齿轮OG1、输出轴OS、第二输出齿轮OG2以及差速装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG传输至驱动车轮,而发动机ENG的其余部分的动力通过第一输入齿轮IG1和第一中间齿轮CG1传输至第一电动机/发电动机MG1,作为用于产生电力的驱动扭矩。
通过第一电动机/发电机MG1产生的电能被用以运行第二电动机/发电机MG2或者充入电池中。
另外,用作辅助动力的第二电动机/发电动机MG2的动力通过中间轴CS、第二中间齿轮CG2、第一输出齿轮OG1、输出轴OS、第二输出齿轮OG2以及差速装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG而传输至驱动车轮。
另外,在发动机耦合(OD)模式下,制动器BK和行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S运行作为固定元件。
在这种情况下,发动机ENG的转速通过行星齿轮组PG而增加,并且增加的转速通过第二输入齿轮IG2、第一输出齿轮OG1、输出轴OS、第二输出齿轮OG2和差速装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG而传输至驱动车轮。
另外,用作辅助动力的第二电动机/发电机MG2的动力通过中间轴CS、第二中间齿轮CG2、第一输出齿轮OG1、输出轴OS、第二输出齿轮OG2以及差速装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG而传输至驱动车轮。
在下文中,将更详细地描述混合动力电动车辆的传动系统。
图2是根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统的截面视图,并且图3是图2中的A部分的放大截面视图。
参考图2和图3,用于收集搅动油(churning oil)的槽TK在传动装置外壳H中设置在行星齿轮组PG的上方。
所述槽TK连接至在传动装置外壳H中的空间SP1,并且第一液压管路L1在行星齿轮组PG的齿圈R处形成,并暴露于空间SP1。因此,利用重力通过空间SP1而从槽TK供应至第一液压管路L1的润滑油用于对行星齿轮组PG的内部润滑。
在这时,第一液压管路L1在齿圈R的外周部形成在两个齿圈轴承B1之间,所述两个齿圈轴承B1在传动装置外壳H上可旋转地支撑齿圈R的一个端部的外周部和齿圈R的另一端部的内周部。
另外,第二液压管路L2形成在传动装置外壳H处,并且通过输入轴IS的后端部而从槽TK连接至输入轴液压管路ISL。
此时,用于在传动装置外壳H上可旋转地支撑输入轴IS的后端部的输入轴轴承B2通过在输入轴IS的后端部与传动装置外壳H之间插入的迷宫式密封件LS而与第二液压管路L2流体阻隔。
也就是说,迷宫式密封件LS防止润滑油(其通过第二液压管路L2从槽TK供应至输入轴液压管路ISL)通过输入轴轴承B2而朝着行星齿轮组PG流动。
另外,第三液压管路L3形成在固定至传动装置外壳H的前端部的前盖FC处。第三液压管路L3设置为将润滑油供应至两个中间轴轴承B3,所述两个中间轴轴承B3可旋转地支撑中间轴CS的前端部。
也就是说,为了将接收自槽TK的润滑油供应至两个中间轴轴承B3,第三液压管路L3形成在前盖FC的对应于在两个中间轴轴承B3之间的位置处,所述两个中间轴轴承B3在前盖FC上可旋转地支撑中间轴CS的前端部。
另外,制动器BK在传动装置外壳H中设置在与第一电动机/发电机MG1的第一定子ST1的内周部相对应的空间SP2中。特别地,制动器BK设置在连接至第一电动机/发电机MG1的第一转子RT1的第一毂10与传动装置外壳H之间。因此,可以将液压供应至制动器BK的长度最小化。
另外,驻车齿轮30固定地设置在中间轴CS上。
由于用于收集搅动油的槽TK在传动装置外壳H中设置在行星齿轮组PG上方,所以根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力电动车辆的传输系统能够平顺地润滑行星齿轮组PG而不使用额外的液压泵。
另外,由于通过迷宫式密封件LS而使通过第二液压管路L2而从槽TK供应至输入轴液压管路ISL的润滑油的泄露得到避免,因而油的供应效率可得到增强。
另外,由于从槽TK连接至中间轴轴承B3的液压管路形成在前盖FC处,因而中间轴轴承B3能够被搅动油润滑。
由于第二电动机/发电机MG2在传动装置外壳H中设置在最后部,因而中间轴液压管路CSL可以形成在中间轴CS和连接轴JS的内周部上。因此,能够通过离心力而供应润滑油。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”和“外”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方案的特征。
前面对本发明具体示例性实施方案所呈现的描述是出于说明和描述的目的。前面的描述并不想要成为毫无遗漏的,也不是想要把本发明限制为所公开的精确形式,显然,根据上述教导很多改变和变化都是可能的。选择示例性实施方案并进行描述是为了解释本发明的特定原理及其实际应用,从而使得本领域的其它技术人员能够实现并利用本发明的各种示例性实施方案及其各种选择形式和修改形式。本发明的范围意在由所附权利要求书及其等效形式所限定。

Claims (20)

1.一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,包括:
行星齿轮组,其设置在接收发动机的动力的输入轴上;
两个输入齿轮,所述两个输入齿轮分别连接至所述行星齿轮组的三个旋转元件中的两个旋转元件;
第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机,所述第一电动机/发电机设置在连接轴上,所述第二电动机/发电机设置在中间轴上,所述中间轴和连接轴设置为与所述输入轴平行;
两个中间齿轮,所述两个中间齿轮分别连接至第一电动机/发电机的第一转子和第二电动机/发电机的第二转子;
制动器,其选择性地将所述第一电动机/发电机的第一转子连接至传动装置外壳;以及
两个输出齿轮,所述两个输出齿轮固定地设置在输出轴上,并且将通过所述两个输入齿轮中的一个输入齿轮和/或所述两个中间齿轮中的一个中间齿轮而传输的动力传输至差速装置的最终减速齿轮,所述输出轴设置为与所述中间轴平行,
其中,用于收集搅动油的槽在传动装置外壳中设置在所述行星齿轮组的上方,而第一液压管路形成在行星齿轮组的齿圈处并设置为将润滑油从所述槽供应到所述行星齿轮组中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,第一液压管路在齿圈的外周部形成在两个齿圈轴承之间,所述两个齿圈轴承在传动装置外壳上能够旋转地支撑所述齿圈的第一端部的外周部和齿圈的第二端部的内周部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,第二液压管路形成在传动装置外壳处,并且通过输入轴的后端部而从所述槽连接至在所述输入轴中形成的输入轴液压管路。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,用于在传动装置外壳上能够旋转地支撑输入轴后端部的输入轴轴承通过迷宫式密封件而形成与所述第二液压管路的流动阻隔,所述迷宫式密封件插入在输入轴的后端部与所述传动装置外壳之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,用于将润滑油供应至中间轴轴承的第三液压管路形成在前盖处,所述中间轴轴承能够旋转地支撑中间轴的前端部,所述前盖联接至传动装置外壳的前端部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,所述第三液压管路形成在前盖的对应于所述中间轴轴承的位置处,所述中间轴轴承在所述前盖上能够旋转地支撑中间轴的前端部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,所述制动器在所述传动装置外壳中对应于第一电动机/发电机的第一定子内周部的空间中设置在第一毂与传动装置外壳之间,所述第一毂连接至第一电动机/发电机的第一转子。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,驻车齿轮固定地设置在所述中间轴上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中所述行星齿轮组、所述两个输入齿轮和所述两个中间齿轮、所述第一电动机/发电机以及第二发电动机/发电机从所述发动机向后依次设置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,所述第二电动机/发电机在传动装置外壳中设置在最后部,中间轴液压管路在所述连接轴中形成,所述连接轴花键联接在第二毂与中间轴的后端部之间,所述第二毂连接至所述第二转子,而润滑油利用离心力通过连接轴的中间轴液压管路而供应至所述第一电动机/发电机。
11.根据权利要求10所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,连接至第一电动机/发电机的第一转子的第一毂能够旋转地设置在所述连接轴上。
12.一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,包括:
行星齿轮组,其设置在接收发动机的动力的输入轴上,并且通过行星支架而连接至输入轴;
第一和第二输入齿轮,所述第一和第二输入齿轮分别连接至行星齿轮组的太阳轮和齿圈;
第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机,所述第一电动机/发电机设置在连接轴上,所述第二电动机/发电机设置在中间轴上,所述中间轴和连接轴设置为与所述输入轴平行;
第一和第二中间齿轮,所述第一和第二中间齿轮分别连接至第一电动机/发电机的第一转子和第二电动机/发电机的第二转子;
制动器,其选择性地将第一电动机/发电机的第一转子连接至传动装置外壳;以及
第一和第二输出齿轮,所述第一和第二输出齿轮固定地设置在输出轴上,并且将通过所述第二输入齿轮和/或所述第二中间齿轮传输的动力传输至差速装置的最终减速齿轮,所述输出轴设置为与所述中间轴平行,
其中,用于收集搅拌油的槽在传动装置外壳中设置在所述行星齿轮组的上方,而第一液压管路形成在行星齿轮组的齿圈处,并且设置为将润滑油从所述槽供应到所述行星齿轮组中,
其中,第二液压管路形成在传动装置外壳处,并且通过输入轴的后端部而从所述槽连接至在所述输入轴中形成的输入轴液压管路,并且
用于将润滑油供应至中间轴轴承的第三液压管路形成在前盖处,所述中间轴轴承能够旋转地支撑中间轴的前端部,所述前盖联接至传动装置外壳的前端部。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,第一液压管路在齿圈的外周部形成在两个齿圈轴承之间,所述两个齿圈轴承在传动装置外壳上能够旋转地支撑齿圈的第一端部的外周部和齿圈的第二端部的内周部。
14.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,用于在传动装置外壳上能够旋转地支撑输入轴的后端部的输入轴轴承通过迷宫式密封件而形成与第二液压管路的流动阻隔,所述迷宫式密封件插入在输入轴的后端部与所述传动装置外壳之间。
15.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,第三液压管形成在前盖的对应于中间轴轴承的位置处,所述中间轴轴承在前盖上能够旋转地支撑中间轴的前端部。
16.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,所述制动器在连接至第一电动机/发电机的第一转子的第一毂与传动装置外壳之间设置在所述传动装置外壳中的如下空间中:其对应于第一电动机/发电机的第一定子的内周部。
17.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,驻车齿轮固定地设置在所述中间轴上。
18.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,所述行星齿轮组、所述两个输入齿轮和所述两个中间齿轮、所述第一电动机/发电机以及所述第二电动机/发电机从所述发动机向后依次设置。
19.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,所述第二电动机/发电机在传动装置外壳中设置在最后部,中间轴液压管路在所述连接轴中形成,所述连接轴花键联接在第二毂与中间轴的后端部之间,所述第二毂连接至所述第二转子,而润滑油利用离心力通过连接轴的中间轴液压管路而供应至所述第一电动机/发电机。
20.根据权利要求19所述的混合动力电动车辆的传动系统,其中,连接至第一电动机/发电机的第一转子的第一毂能够旋转地设置在所述连接轴上。
