Abstract

本发明涉及一种采用钢结构人字梁的防风抗震、可整体移动的活动房屋，包括：一体的底座、固定于该底座上的墙体、固定于该墙体上的屋顶，所述底座、墙体、屋顶形成一室内空间。活动房屋还包括：用于与所述钢结构底梁的底端配合的滑轨。钢结构底梁埋在地底下加强了房屋的抓地力，从而使房屋具备良好的抗风抗震能力；另外，钢结构底梁的结构适于使房屋底座的底部架空，并使钢结构底梁通过滑轨将房屋整体移动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种活动房屋。
背景技术
目前，在工程建筑、灾难救助等施工时，通常采用搭建临时工棚的办法解决宿营问题。搭建工棚虽然是一种可行方法，但只能一次性使用，而且搭建的帐篷抗风防雨、抗寒防暑的性能较差。施工现场以砖瓦、水泥、轻体保温板等材料建造的临时性建筑，不仅施工时间长、成本高，而且美观性差、舒适性差，拆除时易产生大量的建筑垃圾，不利于环保。钢木结构的房屋拆除不便，因为质量较重，在整体移动时，吊起的固定装置设置在屋顶或侧面均存在固定装置脱落等安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防风抗震、可整体移动的活动房屋。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种活动房屋，包括：一体的底座、固定于该底座上的墙体、固定于该墙体上的屋顶，所述底座、墙体、屋顶形成一室内空间。
所述底座包括：水平设置的钢架、设于该钢架的底部前后边缘的钢结构底梁、固定于钢架上的多块钢板。
所述钢结构底梁为人字梁且整体呈倒置的等腰梯形，该结构适于使底座的底部架空，并使钢结构底梁通过滑轨将房屋整体移动，且使用时，底座设于地面之下的安装墩上，使房屋具有良好的防风抗震性能。
活动房屋还包括：用于与所述钢结构底梁的底端配合的滑轨。
所述钢板上开设有多个通孔，如给水接入孔、排水接入孔、强电接入孔等。
所述墙体为分体式墙体，包括：竖直固定于底座上的多根立柱、与立柱固定连接的龙骨架，龙骨架上设有墙板，以构成所述墙体。
墙体内预设有线管、水管，线管内预设供电线路、通信线路；供电线路和通信线路的端部具有插接头，在龙骨架组合完成后，将线管、水管以及线路设置在墙体内然后再组合墙板，该设置方便布线且组合、接线方便，无需在墙体组合完成后进行布线。
所述墙板包括：由外到内依次设置的装饰层、防水透气膜层、固定于所述立柱和龙骨架外侧面上的外墙层、设于所述立柱和龙骨架之间的中间层，以及设于该中间层内侧面上的内墙层。
所述龙骨架包括:上下平行设置的、与所述立柱焊接的方形钢管，该对方形钢管之间设有多个竖梁，相邻的竖梁之间设有加强杆。
所述墙体上设有门、窗。
所述屋顶包括：由多种木结构的人字桁架通过主梁与次梁组合整体构成的梁、固定于梁上的彩钢夹芯板、固定于彩钢夹芯板上的屋面瓦及脊瓦。
为使房屋的屋檐边缘防水性更好，所述屋顶的屋檐边缘设有泛水板，所述房屋的屋檐边缘包覆有金属封边条。
为防止墙角底部刮伤，墙角底部的墙板外侧固定有护角条。
本发明的技术效果：本发明所述的活动房屋在底座底部设置钢结构人字梁，钢结构底梁埋在地底下加强了房屋的抓地力，从而使房屋具备良好的抗风抗震能力；另外，钢结构底梁的结构适于使房屋底座的底部架空，并使钢结构底梁通过滑轨将房屋整体移动。

具体实施方式
如图1-7，本实施例的活动房屋包括：一体的底座1、固定于该底座1上的墙体2、固定于该墙体2上的屋顶3，所述底座1、墙体2、屋顶3形成一室内空间。
所述底座1包括：水平设置的钢架12、设于该钢架12的底部前后边缘的钢结构底梁11、固定于钢架12上的多块钢板13。
所述钢结构底梁11为人字梁且整体呈倒置的等腰梯形，该结构适于使底座的底部架空，并使钢结构底梁11通过滑轨将房屋整体移动，且使用时，底座1设于地面之下的安装墩上，使房屋具有良好的防风抗震性能。
活动房屋还包括：用于与所述钢结构底梁11的底端配合的滑轨17。
所述钢板13上开设有多个通孔，如给水接入孔、排水接入孔、强电接入孔等。
所述钢架12包括一对平行的横梁14,该对横梁14之间竖向焊接有平行的多个竖梁15，相邻的竖梁15之间焊接有多个V字形或十字形或X形的加强梁16,所述钢板13与各加强梁16焊接或铆接或螺栓连接,以充分支撑所述钢板13,避免在使用过程中在所述钢板13上出现支撑不稳的现象。同时各加强梁对所述横梁和竖梁具有更好的牵拉、固定的作用，使所述底座1具有更好的整体性。
所述墙体2为分体式墙体，包括：竖直固定于底座1上的多根立柱21、与立柱21固定连接的龙骨架22，龙骨架22上设有墙板，以构成所述墙体。
墙体2内预设有线管、水管，线管内预设供电线路、通信线路；供电线路和通信线路的端部具有插接头。在龙骨架22组合完成后，将线管、水管以及线路设置在墙体2内然后再组合墙板，该设置方便布线且组合、接线方便，无需在墙体组合完成后进行布线。
所述墙板包括：由外到内依次设置的装饰层231、防水透气膜层、固定于所述立柱21和龙骨架22外侧面上的外墙层232、设于所述立柱21和龙骨架22之间的中间层233，以及设于该中间层233内侧面上的内墙层234。
装饰层231为PVC 挂板、木塑板、玻镁板或木板等；外墙层232为复合板、密度板、钢板、竹胶板、木胶板、木板等；中间层233为聚苯板、泡沫板、玻璃棉、挤塑板、岩棉板、泡沫水泥板、真空隔热板等；内墙层234为木板、PVC 板、复合板、免漆板、石膏板、或玻镁板等，当内墙层为石膏板时，内墙层向着密闭空间的一面固定有起装饰作用的壁纸。内墙层上预设有各类线路、管道以及与各类线路相连的接口。
所述龙骨架22包括:上下平行设置的、与所述立柱焊接的方形钢管220，该对方形钢管220之间设有多个竖梁，相邻的竖梁之间设有加强杆。
所述墙体2上设有门、窗。
所述屋顶3包括：由多种木结构的人字桁架310通过主梁311与次梁312组合整体构成的梁31、固定于梁31上的彩钢夹芯板32、固定于彩钢夹芯板32上的屋面瓦33及脊瓦34。
为使房屋的屋檐边缘防水性更好，所述屋顶3的屋檐边缘设有泛水板35，所述房屋的屋檐边缘包覆有金属封边条36。
为防止墙角底部刮伤，墙角底部的墙板外侧固定有护角条24。

1.一种活动房屋，包括：一体的底座（1）、固定于该底座（1）上的墙体（2）、固定于该墙体（2）上的屋顶（3），所述底座（1）、墙体（2）、屋顶（3）形成一室内空间；其特征在于：
所述底座（1）包括：水平设置的钢架（12）、设于该钢架（12）的底部前后边缘的钢结构底梁（11）、固定于钢架（12）上的多块钢板（13）；
活动房屋还包括：用于与所述钢结构底梁（11）的底端配合的滑轨（17）；
所述墙体（2）为分体式墙体，包括：竖直固定于底座（1）上的多根立柱（21）、与立柱（21）固定连接的龙骨架（22），龙骨架（22）上设有墙板；
所述屋顶（3）包括：由多种木结构的人字桁架（310）通过主梁（311）与次梁（312）组合整体构成的梁（31）、固定于梁（31）上的彩钢夹芯板（32）、固定于彩钢夹芯板（32）上的屋面瓦（33）及脊瓦（34）；
所述钢结构底梁（11）为人字梁且整体呈倒置的等腰梯形；
所述墙板包括：墙体（2）内预设有线管、水管，线管内预设供电线路、通信线路；供电线路和通信线路的端部具有插接头；
墙角底部的墙板外侧固定有护角条（24）。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的活动房屋的移动方法，其特征在于包括：钢结构底梁通过滑轨将房屋整体移动。
