本发明公开了一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,步骤包括:基材砂光除尘,辊涂底漆,第一次红外加热线照射,辊涂膜胶,第二次红外加热线照射,辊涂面漆和检测,包装,出厂。本发明的有益效果在于:图案精美装饰性高;一次成型,不需要后期加工;成本较低,使用年限长;其本身的优良物理性能使此类板材成为高档的装饰材料。

Description

一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,特别是涉及一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内外新兴起很多绿色环保性板材,其中玻镁板以其物理性能优越,玻镁平板(俗称氧化镁板)是以氧化镁,氯化镁,和水三元体系,经配置和加改性剂而制成的,性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料,以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料,以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料。采用特殊生产工艺加工而成,具有防火、防水、无味、无毒、不冻、不腐、不裂、不变、不燃、高强质轻、施工方便、使用寿命长等特点,在绿色建材中占有一席之地,应用主要在隔墙板,防火板,装饰板等方面,若做装饰板使用需要后期进行进一步处理如乳胶漆涂装、壁纸贴面、陶瓷墙砖等做终饰。玻镁板具有耐高温、阻燃、吸声防震、防水防潮、防虫蛀、轻质防腐、无毒无味无污染、可直接上油漆,直接贴面、上瓷砖,表面有较好的着色性。强度高、耐弯曲、有韧性、可锯、可钉、可粘,装修极其方便。但是现有玻镁板表面处理存在以下不足:1、隔墙板或防火板仅作简单的刮大白或简单涂装,基本无装饰效果。2、后期处理;乳胶漆涂装:颜色图案单一;壁纸贴面:成本过高、存在有害物质、使用年限短;陶瓷墙砖装饰,成本过高,玻镁板仅作底板作用,且这些均需要后期花费工期进行处理。
中国专利CN 102425284 B公开了一种建筑内外墙装饰板的制作方法,包括两大流程,每个流程具体步骤是:一、底漆线加工工艺流程:①定厚砂光并除尘,②辊涂背面封闭漆并固化成第一UV封闭漆层,③辊涂UV渗透剂两次,④红外线流平,⑤正面涂装UV腻子且UV固化生成UV腻子层,⑥辊涂三遍UV封闭漆并分别固化生成三层第二UV封闭漆层,⑦精砂光;二、辊涂面漆线工艺流程:①除尘,②辊涂UV胶生成第一UV胶层,③涂五遍UV面漆并固化生成五层UV面漆层。它可解决紫外光固化渗透剂与纤维增强硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板的强渗透、快速渗透、深层渗透,深层固化成膜,并与UV腻子、UV封闭漆形成立体的化学网状交联反应,可解决装饰面层与基板的附着力问题,但是此制板方法并不适用于装饰领域中最新的一些绿色材料,普通的光固化无法适用于玻镁板,需要改进制作工艺。
发明内容
为了解决装修内饰板没有装饰效果,有装饰效果的内饰板质量不佳,环保性能不强的问题,我们提出了一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,采用本发明可以达到装饰性高,成本低,寿命长的目的。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)基材砂光除尘:用砂光机对玻镁板进行双面砂磨平整,砂带为100-150目,砂光时间为10-30分钟;砂光完成后,用涡流除尘机将板材表面浮尘清除,同时去除静电;涡流除尘机为本公司自行研制的除尘设备,通过涡流原理,去除平整板材表面的灰尘,同时不产生静电影响。
(2)辊涂底漆:在玻镁板表面辊涂一层附着底漆,附着底漆辊涂量为15-20g/m2,经50-150mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层封闭底漆,封闭底漆涂量为20-40g/m2,经200-400mj/cm2能量的UV光固化,然后进行砂光,砂带为250-350目,砂光完成后用涡流除尘机将表面浮尘清除,去静电,之后辊涂一层盖色底漆,盖色底漆涂量为15-20g/m2,经200-400mj/cm2能量的UV光固化;三层底漆增加UV固化效果,市场上单层UV固化的漆面效果很差,无法达到底漆应有的光泽度和光滑度,同时也容易脱落,而三层UV光固化的底漆,根据不同能量的紫外光照射,有不同的附着能力,不仅保证了底漆的光泽色彩效果,还能增强底漆的牢固。
(3)第一次红外加热线照射:用红外线流平机进行红外控温照射,温度为50-95℃,照射时间为5-8分钟,红外照射增加底漆牢固度,平整底漆涂层。
(4)辊涂膜胶:经红外照射后的内饰板,先用膜下胶进行辊涂,膜下胶的辊涂量为13-18g/m2,经40-80mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层膜上胶,膜上胶辊涂量为8-13g/m2;采用双层膜胶,并且膜下胶使用UV光固化,提高牢固度和光泽。
(5)第二次红外加热线照射:辊涂完膜上胶,先进行红外线流平机控温照射,温度为50-95℃,照射时间为5-8分钟;之后进行100-150mj/cm2能量的UV光固化,膜上胶进行红外照射,提高牢固度和平整度。
(6)辊涂面漆:辊涂1-3层面漆,每层面漆的辊涂量为10g/m2,经500-1000mj/cm2能量的UV光固化,面漆同样用UV光固化,提高牢固度。
(7)检测,包装,出厂。
优选地,上述玻镁板密度为:1-1.5t/m3,含水率≤8%,干缩率≤0.3%,湿胀率≤0.3%。
优选地,上述UV光固化设备为高压汞灯和金属卤素灯,紫外波长为315-370nm,固化时间为3-10秒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、图案精美装饰性高;
2、一次成型,不需要后期加工;
3、成本较低,使用年限长;
4、其本身的优良物理性能使此类板材成为高档的装饰材料。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,更具体地说明本发明的内容。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通或改变都落入本发明保护范围;且下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:
一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)基材砂光除尘:用砂光机对玻镁板进行双面砂磨平整,砂带为100目,砂光时间为30分钟;砂光完成后,用涡流除尘机将板材表面浮尘清除,同时去除静电。
(2)辊涂底漆:在玻镁板表面辊涂一层附着底漆,附着底漆辊涂量为15g/m2,经50mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层封闭底漆,封闭底漆涂量为20g/m2,经200mj/cm2能量的UV光固化,然后进行砂光,砂带为300目,砂光完成后用涡流除尘机将表面浮尘清除,去静电,之后辊涂一层盖色底漆,盖色底漆涂量为15g/m2,经200mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(3)第一次红外加热线照射:用红外线流平机进行红外控温照射,温度为65℃,照射时间为5分钟。
(4)辊涂膜胶:经红外照射后的内饰板,先用膜下胶进行辊涂,膜下胶的辊涂量为13g/m2,经40mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层膜上胶,膜上胶辊涂量为8g/m2
(5)第二次红外加热线照射:辊涂完膜上胶,先进行红外线流平机控温照射,温度为65℃,照射时间为5分钟;之后进行100mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(6)辊涂面漆:辊涂2层面漆,每层面漆的辊涂量为10g/m2,经500mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(7)检测标准如下,结果如表1所示。
抗返卤性:根据JC688-2006标准,在温度20℃,相对湿度70%的环境中养护24小时,脱模后,继续养护15天,将养护好的试体放入温度为35℃,相对湿度88%的环境中养护48小时,用肉眼观察表面变化情况。
氯离子含量:根据JC688-2006标准,使用硝酸银溶液进行氯离子含量测定。
抗冲击强度:使用冲击机对9mm板材进行强度测试。
抗折强度:使用TYE-10抗折机对9mm板材进行抗折测试。
环保安全:根据GB656-2001对板材进行放射性物质,石棉,甲醛等进行检测。
表面尘点检测:肉眼观察。
浸泡性能:将板材置于水中,浸泡24-72小时,切割板材,检测内部渗透度。
实施例2:
一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)基材砂光除尘:用砂光机对玻镁板进行双面砂磨平整,砂带为100目,砂光时间为30分钟;砂光完成后,用涡流除尘机将板材表面浮尘清除,同时去除静电。
(2)辊涂底漆:在玻镁板表面辊涂一层附着底漆,附着底漆辊涂量为17g/m2,经100mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层封闭底漆,封闭底漆涂量为30g/m2,经300mj/cm2能量的UV光固化,然后进行砂光,砂带为300目,砂光完成后用涡流除尘机将表面浮尘清除,去静电,之后辊涂一层盖色底漆,盖色底漆涂量为17g/m2,经300mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(3)第一次红外加热线照射:用红外线流平机进行红外控温照射,温度为75℃,照射时间为6分钟。
(4)辊涂膜胶:经红外照射后的内饰板,先用膜下胶进行辊涂,膜下胶的辊涂量为15g/m2,经60mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层膜上胶,膜上胶辊涂量为10g/m2
(5)第二次红外加热线照射:辊涂完膜上胶,先进行红外线流平机控温照射,温度为75℃,照射时间为6分钟;之后进行120mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(6)辊涂面漆:辊涂2层面漆,每层面漆的辊涂量为10g/m2,经800mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(7)检测标准与实施例1基本相同,结果如表1所示。
实施例3:
一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)基材砂光除尘:用砂光机对玻镁板进行双面砂磨平整,砂带为120目,砂光时间为20分钟;砂光完成后,用涡流除尘机将板材表面浮尘清除,同时去除静电。
(2)辊涂底漆:在玻镁板表面辊涂一层附着底漆,附着底漆辊涂量为20g/m2,经150mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层封闭底漆,封闭底漆涂量为40g/m2,经400mj/cm2能量的UV光固化,然后进行砂光,砂带为350目,砂光完成后用涡流除尘机将表面浮尘清除,去静电,之后辊涂一层盖色底漆,盖色底漆涂量为20g/m2,经400mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(3)第一次红外加热线照射:用红外线流平机进行红外控温照射,温度为95℃,照射时间为8分钟。
(4)辊涂膜胶:经红外照射后的内饰板,先用膜下胶进行辊涂,膜下胶的辊涂量为18g/m2,经80mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层膜上胶,膜上胶辊涂量为13g/m2
(5)第二次红外加热线照射:辊涂完膜上胶,先进行红外线流平机控温照射,温度为95℃,照射时间为8分钟;之后进行150mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(6)辊涂面漆:辊涂2层面漆,每层面漆的辊涂量为10g/m2,经1000mj/cm2能量的UV光固化。
(7)检测标准与实施例1基本相同,结果如表1所示。
对比例1:
一种玻镁内饰板,制作步骤与实施例1基本相同,所有UV光固化步骤均改为自然干燥,底漆为一层。
对比例2:
市购玻镁内饰板。
表1:各产品检测结果
由上表可知,通过本发明制作的光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板,继承了玻镁板原有性能的基础上,可以有效附着光漆,提高了产品的美观性能,同时提高了产品的浸泡性能,延长产品寿命。
由图1-图3可知,本发明制作的光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板,有很高的美观性能,同时能保证玻镁板的原有物理性能。

Claims (3)

1.一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)基材砂光除尘:用砂光机对玻镁板进行双面砂磨平整,砂带为100-150目,砂光时间为10-30分钟;砂光完成后,用涡流除尘机将板材表面浮尘清除,同时去除静电;
(2)辊涂底漆:在玻镁板表面辊涂一层附着底漆,附着底漆辊涂量为15-20g/m2,经50-150mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层封闭底漆,封闭底漆涂量为20-40g/m2,经200-400mj/cm2能量的UV光固化,然后进行砂光,砂带为250-350目,砂光完成后用涡流除尘机将表面浮尘清除,去静电,之后辊涂一层盖色底漆,盖色底漆涂量为15-20g/m2,经200-400mj/cm2能量的UV光固化;
(3)第一次红外加热线照射:用红外线流平机进行红外控温照射,温度为50-95℃,照射时间为5-8分钟;
(4)辊涂膜胶:经红外照射后的内饰板,先用膜下胶进行辊涂,膜下胶的辊涂量为13-18g/m2,经40-80mj/cm2能量的UV光固化后,辊涂一层膜上胶,膜上胶辊涂量为8-13g/m2
(5)第二次红外加热线照射:辊涂完膜上胶,先进行红外线流平机控温照射,温度为50-95℃,照射时间为5-8分钟;之后进行100-150mj/cm2能量的UV光固化;
(6)辊涂面漆:辊涂1-3层面漆,每层面漆的辊涂量为10g/m2,经500-1000mj/cm2能量的UV光固化;
(7)检测,包装,出厂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,其特征在于,所述玻镁板密度为:1-1.5t/m3,含水率≤8%,干缩率≤0.3%,湿胀率≤0.3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种光固化覆膜玻镁内饰板制备方法,其特征在于,所述UV光固化设备为高压汞灯和金属卤素灯,紫外波长为315-370nm,固化时间为3-10秒。
