本发明提出了一种高效节能的保温装饰一体化板,包括基板、所述基板上设有保温板,所述保温板上设有装饰板,所述装饰板与所述保温板之间通过黏胶固定,所述基板上设有若干出气细管,所述出气细管穿过所述保温板伸至所述装饰板;所述出气细管内设有活性炭,所述出气细管表面设有通孔,保温装饰一体化板独有的呼吸技术,在杜绝负压的前提下,防止内部水分的累积,以及在高温、低温温变交替的过程中等形成的弊病,有效避免了板体内部受潮而导致板体破损,增加使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料板领域,尤其是涉及一种高效节能的保温装饰一体化板。
背景技术
保温装饰一体化板是置于建筑物墙体表面的保温及装饰系统保温效果优秀并且长期,热桥作用少,节能保温效果好。保温装饰一体化板从系统设计,到主要原材料到配套材料的选购,到无尘车间全自动化生产(UV转印)、加工工艺到节点冷桥处理到施工细节,按65%建筑节能设计要求进行,比传统节能保温的施工做法有着更多、更优的保温隔热功能,现有的保温板中仍存在以下问题:保温板内部不同的板之间密封不好,长期使用有水分,造成板体开裂,降低装饰板使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出了一种高效节能的保温装饰一体化板,包括基板、所述基板上设有保温板,所述保温板上设有装饰板,所述装饰板与所述保温板之间通过黏胶固定,所述基板上设有若干出气细管,所述出气细管穿过所述保温板伸至所述装饰板;所述出气细管内设有活性炭,所述出气细管表面设有通孔。
优选的,所述保温板包括12~18份的硅酸盐水泥,10~14份的粉煤灰,8~15份的石英砂混合而成的原料,10~15份的石膏粉,10-15份增强纤维,7~13份的珍珠岩,5~9份的氧化镁,7~10份的聚苯乙烯颗粒。
优选的,所述装饰板为硅酸盐板或者大理石板或花岗岩板。
优选的,所述装饰板表面还涂有保护层,所述保护层包括10份丙烯酸树脂、10-15份疏水型有机硅树脂、3-5份偶联剂、3份消泡剂、1-4份分散剂。
本发明提出的高效节能的保温装饰一体化板有以下有益效果:保温装饰一体化板独有的呼吸技术,在杜绝负压的前提下,防止内部水分的累积,以及在高温、低温温变交替的过程中等形成的弊病,有效避免了板体内部受潮而导致板体破损,增加使用寿命。

本发明提出了一种高效节能的保温装饰一体化板,包括基板1、所述基板1上设有保温板2,所述保温板2上设有装饰板3,所述装饰板3与所述保温板2之间通过黏胶固定,所述基板1上设有若干出气细管4,所述出气细管4穿过所述保温板2伸至所述装饰板3;所述出气细管4内设有活性炭,所述出气细管4表面设有通孔5,本方案中,出气细管4贯穿保温板2与装饰板3,内部的活性炭有效将水分吸附,保证板体内部干燥,不会使板体开裂等问题。
优选的,所述保温板2包括12份的硅酸盐水泥,10份的粉煤灰,8份的石英砂混合而成的原料,10份的石膏粉,10份增强纤维,7份的珍珠岩,5份的氧化镁,7份的聚苯乙烯颗粒。
