本发明涉及空气过滤领域,尤其涉及一种海青菜增强型空气过滤纸的制备方法。
背景技术
空气过滤纸作为高效过滤器的主要部件,决定着高效过滤器的过滤效率。空气过滤纸的纤维直径越小,除去空气中微粒的粒径就越小,过滤效率也就越高,但是相对的风阻就越大,过滤速度越慢,容尘量降低。传统的单一过滤纸已经无法满足人们对高品质的空气环境的要求了,因此需求一种过滤效率高,容尘量大的复合高效的空气过滤器。
海青菜作为一种常见的水生植物,不仅一直没有没利用,同时由于过度繁殖,一度危害水生环境的平衡。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种海青菜增强型空气过滤纸的制备方法。
技术方案:一种海青菜增强型空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,取海青菜磨碎打浆,然后加入蛋白酶和糖化酶,保持温度为28-35℃,静置60-72小时,然后进行离心分离,转速为3500r/min,取下层沉淀物烘干,研磨至200目以上,加水制成浓度为2%的溶液,加入分散剂,搅拌均匀,制成海青菜添加剂;
步骤2,取平均直径在6-10μm的短切玻璃纤维加入pH值在6-8的盐溶液中打浆,加入分散剂,然后在疏解机上进行疏解,疏解转数为10000-15000转;
步骤3,向疏解后的短切玻璃纤维溶液中加入聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂溶液,然后在湿法成型机上成型,制成短切玻璃纤维手抄片,放入干燥机中干燥成型,干燥温度为70-90℃,制成短切玻璃纤维滤纸;
步骤4,在短切玻璃纤维滤纸的一面涂覆粘结剂,然后在粘结剂上均匀涂覆海青菜添加剂,在30-35℃下干燥30-60min;
步骤5,取平均直径在2μm以下的玻璃棉加入pH值在5-6的酸溶液中打浆,加入分散剂,然后在疏解机上进行疏解,疏解转数为15000-25000转;
步骤6,将疏解后的玻璃棉放入湿法成型机上成型,并将步骤4处理后的短切玻璃纤维滤纸放置在成型网上,使玻璃棉在短切玻璃纤维滤纸涂覆海青菜添加剂的一面上成型,然后80-100℃烘干,制成海青菜增强型空气过滤纸。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤3中所述聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂溶液的浓度为0.5-1%。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述海青菜增强型空气过滤纸的短切玻璃纤维层的厚度与玻璃棉层的厚度之比为1:2-1:1。

有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于,本发明工艺简单合理,成品率高,生产成本低,使用纤维直径不同的短切玻璃纤维和玻璃棉纤维制成双层复合型的空气过滤纸,提高了过滤效率,同时降低了风阻,提高了容尘量,同时增加海青菜添加剂,一方面可以进一步提高对甲醛等有害气体的过滤效果,并且进一步提高了本发明的容尘量。

实施例
一种海青菜增强型空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,取海青菜磨碎打浆,然后加入蛋白酶和糖化酶,保持温度为28-35℃,静置60-72小时,然后进行离心分离,转速为3500r/min,取下层沉淀物烘干,研磨至200目以上,加水制成浓度为2%的溶液,加入分散剂,搅拌均匀,制成海青菜添加剂;
步骤2,取平均直径在6-10μm的短切玻璃纤维加入pH值在6-8的盐溶液中打浆,加入分散剂,然后在疏解机上进行疏解,疏解转数为10000-15000转;
步骤3,向疏解后的短切玻璃纤维溶液中加入聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂溶液,然后在湿法成型机上成型,制成短切玻璃纤维手抄片,放入干燥机中干燥成型,干燥温度为70-90℃,制成短切玻璃纤维滤纸;加入聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂能够防止两层复合时短切玻璃纤维滤纸表面破损,在聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂溶液与纤维原料混合的过程中,由于聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂呈阳离子性,而纤维原料往往在溶液中呈阴离子性,在静电吸附的作用下,PPE树脂在混合的过程中可以比较容易地被吸附到纤维的表面。其后,在纤维成型后的干燥过程中,被吸附到纤维表面的聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂分子之间与聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂分子和纤维表面的化学基团,如羟基、羧基等发生交联反应,形成亚甲基醚键等抗水的共价键,使纤维之间的结合具有抗水性。当滤材干燥后重新遇到水时,滤材可具有一定的强度,而不会出现纤维离解和破损。所述聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂溶液的浓度优选为0.5-1%。
步骤4,在短切玻璃纤维滤纸的一面涂覆粘结剂,然后在粘结剂上均匀涂覆海青菜添加剂,在30-35℃下干燥30-60min;
步骤5,取平均直径在2μm以下的玻璃棉加入pH值在5-6的酸溶液中打浆,加入分散剂,然后在疏解机上进行疏解,疏解转数为15000-25000转;
