本发明涉及一种汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其原料组分及重量份数分别为:基础油58份;阳离子增稠剂2份;添加剂40份,其中,添加剂包括丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯8份、乙烯与丙烯共聚物10份、抗氧剂2份、防锈剂1份、合成脂11份、合成钙盐5份以及锌盐3份。本发明提供的润滑油组分相互协同产生活性磁因子,故具有超强的流动性,能在发动机启动的瞬间到达需要润滑的各个部件的表面,并用磁性吸附在其表面,从而更好的保护发动机降低磨损。

一种汽油机润滑油的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油领域,尤其是一种汽油机润滑油的制备方法。
背景技术
随着企业工业的发展,尤其是汽油发动机技术不断革新,机械、电子技术的引入有效提高了发动机的性能,但大多数汽油发动机采用机油的对于上述技术的针对性不足,仅仅满足传统意义上的润滑性能已经不能实现对汽油发动机的有效养护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种含有活性磁因子的汽油机润滑油及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其步骤为:
⑴将基础油与阳离子增稠剂混合均匀,待用;
⑵将混合后的基础油、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯混合,加热至80℃,1h后,冷却至室温,得到混合油,待用;
⑶向上述混合油中放入乙烯与丙烯共聚物、抗氧剂、防锈剂、合成脂、合成钙盐以及锌盐,得到润滑油半成品;
⑷对润滑油半成品进行抽滤,得到成品。
而且,所述基础油、阳离子增稠剂、添加剂的重量份数分别为:
基础油 58份
阳离子增稠剂 2份
添加剂 40份,其中,添加剂包括丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯8份、乙烯与丙烯共聚物10份、抗氧剂2份、防锈剂1份、合成脂11份、合成钙盐5份以及锌盐3份。
而且,所述基础油为合成脂基础油或合成烃基基础油。
而且,所述抗氧剂为酚盐和/或胺盐。
而且,所述防锈剂为烷基奈。
本发明优点和积极效果为:
本发明提供的润滑油组分相互协同产生活性磁因子,故具有超强的流动性,能在发动机启动的瞬间到达需要润滑的各个部件的表面,并用磁性吸附在其表面,从而更好的保护发动机降低磨损。
本发明提供的润滑油在保护发动机方面,在发动机反复启动过程中,依然能节省燃油的消耗极低温度启动时表现尤为卓越,更大限度的激发发动机性能,动力更加澎湃杰出的抗磨保护性能杰出的清净分散性能,令发动机持久如新,有助于燃油的充分燃烧,显著降低尾气污染物的排放。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种汽油机润滑油,其原料组分及重量份数分别为:
合成烃基基础油 580g
阳离子增稠剂 20g
添加剂 400g,其中,添加剂包括丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯80g、乙烯与丙烯共聚物100g、酚盐20g、烷基奈10g、合成脂110g、合成钙盐50g以及锌盐30g。
上述汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其步骤为:
⑴将基础油与阳离子增稠剂混合均匀,待用;
⑵将混合后的基础油、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯混合,加热至80℃,1h后,冷却至室温,得到混合油,待用;
⑶向上述混合油中放入乙烯与丙烯共聚物、抗氧剂、防锈剂、合成脂、合成钙盐以及锌盐,得到润滑油半成品;
⑷对润滑油半成品进行抽滤,得到成品。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。

Claims (5)

1.一种汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤为:
⑴将基础油与阳离子增稠剂混合均匀,待用;
⑵将混合后的基础油、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯混合,加热至80℃,1h后,冷却至室温,得到混合油,待用;
⑶向上述混合油中放入乙烯与丙烯共聚物、抗氧剂、防锈剂、合成脂、合成钙盐以及锌盐,得到润滑油半成品;
⑷对润滑油半成品进行抽滤,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:其原料组分及重量份数分别为:
基础油 58份
阳离子增稠剂 2份
添加剂 40份,其中,添加剂包括丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯8份、乙烯与丙烯共聚物10份、抗氧剂2份、防锈剂1份、合成脂11份、合成钙盐5份以及锌盐3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基础油为合成脂基础油或合成烃基基础油。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为酚盐和/或胺盐。
5.根据权利要求2所述的汽油机润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为烷基奈。
