本发明公开了一种防水保温屋顶涂料，其组成原料的重量份为：聚氟乙烯20‑25、热塑性弹性体10‑12、钛白粉4‑7、矿物油28‑32、聚乙烯醇10‑13、气相二氧化硅2.8‑3.2、高耐磨炭黑3.1‑3.5、硅胶粉0.6‑0.9、苯甲酸钠成核剂2‑4、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4‑5、甘油磷酸钙2‑4、螯合剂5‑8；本发明的涂料有效抑制开裂渗水，且耐候性好，防止涂料龟裂蜕皮。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域，具体涉及一种防水保温屋顶涂料。
背景技术
涂料是建筑领域不可或缺的材料之一，其主要作用是保护建筑物表面，使其具有防水、耐污、美观等特点，根据不同场合的需要，涂料还可以具有隔热、耐曝晒等功能；现有的外墙保温涂料在施工完成后由于附着性不佳，往往会出现开裂、剥落的情况，无法实现对建筑物外墙的防水功能，且不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水保温屋顶涂料，同时具有防水和保温的功能。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种防水保温屋顶涂料，其组成原料的重量份为：聚氟乙烯20-25、热塑性弹性体10-12、钛白粉4-7、矿物油28-32、聚乙烯醇10-13、气相二氧化硅2.8-3.2、高耐磨炭黑3.1-3.5、硅胶粉0.6-0.9、苯甲酸钠成核剂2-4、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-5、甘油磷酸钙2-4、螯合剂5-8；该涂料的具体制作方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按组成原料的重量份称取高耐磨炭黑、硅胶粉、苯甲酸钠成核剂、螯合剂，溶解于聚乙烯醇中，搅拌混合均匀后备用；
（2）将聚氟乙烯、热塑性弹性体研磨粉碎，然后加入上述步骤（1）的备用料，湿法球磨10-20min，在250-300℃温度下烘干，冷却至室温后备用；
（3）将步骤（2）与剩余物料充分混合后，即得成品涂料。
一种防水保温屋顶涂料，其组成原料的重量份为：聚氟乙烯22、热塑性弹性体11、钛白粉5.5、矿物油30、聚乙烯醇11、气相二氧化硅3、高耐磨炭黑3.3、硅胶粉0.7、苯甲酸钠成核剂3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4.5、甘油磷酸钙3、螯合剂6.5。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的保温涂料成本低廉，具有较好的附着力、耐高温性能，粘结强度好，防水性能和隔热性能好，可减少环境污染，而且本发明的涂料有效抑制开裂渗水，且耐候性好，防止涂料龟裂蜕皮。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
一种防水保温屋顶涂料，其组成原料的重量份为：聚氟乙烯22、热塑性弹性体11、钛白粉5.5、矿物油30、聚乙烯醇11、气相二氧化硅3、高耐磨炭黑3.3、硅胶粉0.7、苯甲酸钠成核剂3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4.5、甘油磷酸钙3、螯合剂6.5；该涂料的具体制作方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按组成原料的重量份称取高耐磨炭黑、硅胶粉、苯甲酸钠成核剂、螯合剂，溶解于聚乙烯醇中，搅拌混合均匀后备用；
（2）将聚氟乙烯、热塑性弹性体研磨粉碎，然后加入上述步骤（1）的备用料，湿法球磨15min，在2750℃温度下烘干，冷却至室温后备用；
（3）将步骤（2）与剩余物料充分混合后，即得成品涂料。
本实施例生产出来的保温涂料的性能如下：导热系数 W/（m·k） 0.029；26d 抗压强度450 kPa；线性收缩率0.32%；软化系数：0.85；抗裂性： 4.8mmm 以下无裂纹。

1.一种防水保温屋顶涂料，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：聚氟乙烯20-25、热塑性弹性体10-12、钛白粉4-7、矿物油28-32、聚乙烯醇10-13、气相二氧化硅2.8-3.2、高耐磨炭黑3.1-3.5、硅胶粉0.6-0.9、苯甲酸钠成核剂2-4、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4-5、甘油磷酸钙2-4、螯合剂5-8；该涂料的具体制作方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按组成原料的重量份称取高耐磨炭黑、硅胶粉、苯甲酸钠成核剂、螯合剂，溶解于聚乙烯醇中，搅拌混合均匀后备用；
（2）将聚氟乙烯、热塑性弹性体研磨粉碎，然后加入上述步骤（1）的备用料，湿法球磨10-20min，在250-300℃温度下烘干，冷却至室温后备用；
（3）将步骤（2）与剩余物料充分混合后，即得成品涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水保温屋顶涂料，其特征在于，其组成原料的重量份为：聚氟乙烯22、热塑性弹性体11、钛白粉5.5、矿物油30、聚乙烯醇11、气相二氧化硅3、高耐磨炭黑3.3、硅胶粉0.7、苯甲酸钠成核剂3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4.5、甘油磷酸钙3、螯合剂6.5。
