Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜材料技术领域,特别涉及一种掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
石墨烯是由sp2杂化的碳原子通过共价键形成的蜂巢状二维平面结构,被认为是其他各维碳材料的基本结构单位。由于其独特的结构,石墨烯展现出一系列优异的物理化学性质,如超高的力学强度(1060 GPa),突出的导热性和导电性,高速的电子迁移率(室温下15000 cm2/(V·s))及巨大的比表面积(理论计算为2600 m2/g),使其在能量转化储存、场效应晶体管、纳米复合材料和高灵敏度传感器等领域中发挥巨大的作用。尤其是利用石墨烯的力学和电化学特性及其巨大的比表面积,已引起了研究者越来越广泛的关注。作为目前发现的最薄、强度最大、导电导热性能最强的一种新型纳米材料,石墨烯被称为“黑金”,是“新材料之王”,科学家甚至预言石墨烯将“彻底改变21世纪”。
薄膜材料是一种薄而软的透明薄片。用塑料、胶粘剂、橡胶或其他材料制成。聚酯薄膜科学上的解释为:由原子,分子或离子沉积在基片表面形成的2维材料。例:光学薄膜、复合薄膜、超导薄膜、聚酯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、塑料薄膜等等。薄膜被广泛用于电子电器,机械,印刷等行业。薄膜材料是指厚度介于单原子到几毫米间的薄金属或有机物层。电子半导体功能器件和光学镀膜是薄膜技术的主要应用。所以本项目旨在研制出一款银掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,应用石墨烯的优良电化学特性以及薄膜材料的优良物化特性,来满足导热导电材料行业的需求和发展。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料及其制备方法,通过采用特定原料进行组合,配合相应的生产工艺,得到的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,其性能可靠,导电率高,导热性能良好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:石墨烯35-50份、镍合金5-8份、镁合金3-6份、铝合金3-7份、聚酰亚胺5-12份、聚砜4-9份、玻璃纤维4-10份、1,2-聚丁二烯3-8份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯3-7份、二甘醇5-12份、硝酸亚铁5-9份、柠檬酸三丁酯4-10份、乙烯基甲醚2-7份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯2-5份、分散剂3-6份、偶联剂5-10份、热稳定剂4-9份。
优选地,所述分散剂选自椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、己烯基双硬脂酰胺、三硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述偶联剂选自乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述热稳定剂选自3-氨基-2-甲基苯甲酸甲酯、丙二酸单叔丁酯、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡、双丙烯酸丁二酯中的一种或几种。
所述的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将玻璃纤维、1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨2-3小时得到450-550目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应10-25分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、分散剂进行混炼25-30min,混炼温度为520-660℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、偶联剂、热稳定剂混炼15-30min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理2.5-3h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为25-30KHz,超声处理的功率为1200-1300W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在370-390℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为180-200rpm,在挤出过程中压强为15-18kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸倍率为3.2-3.5 倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,用450-500目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤25-30min, 真空压强为15-18kPa。
优选地,,所述步骤(6)中,拉伸工艺为:热盘温度为80 ~ 90℃,热板温度为120~ 140℃;拉伸倍率为3.3倍,牵伸速率为90 ~ 130m/min。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料以石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、玻璃纤维为主要成分,通过加入1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇、硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、分散剂、偶联剂、热稳定剂,辅以超声分散、搅拌密炼、惰性气体环境混炼、喷雾干燥、物料涂覆电极等工艺,使得制备而成的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,其性能可靠,导电率高,导热性能良好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
(2)本发明的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料原料易得、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)按照重量份称取石墨烯35份、镍合金5份、镁合金3份、铝合金3份、聚酰亚胺5份、聚砜4份、玻璃纤维4份、1,2-聚丁二烯3份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯3份、二甘醇5份、硝酸亚铁5份、柠檬酸三丁酯4份、乙烯基甲醚2份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯2份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷5份、3-氨基-2-甲基苯甲酸甲酯4份;
(2)将玻璃纤维、1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨2小时,用450目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤25min, 真空压强为15kPa,得到450目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应10分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺进行混炼25min,混炼温度为520℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、3-氨基-2-甲基苯甲酸甲酯混炼15min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理2.5h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为25KHz,超声处理的功率为1200W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在370℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为180rpm,在挤出过程中压强为15kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸工艺为:热盘温度为80℃,热板温度为120℃,拉伸倍率为3.3倍,牵伸速率为90 m/min,拉伸倍率为3.2 倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
制得的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)按照重量份称取石墨烯40份、镍合金6份、镁合金4份、铝合金4份、聚酰亚胺7份、聚砜5份、玻璃纤维6份、1,2-聚丁二烯5份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯4份、二甘醇8份、硝酸亚铁7份、柠檬酸三丁酯6份、乙烯基甲醚3份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷6份、丙二酸单叔丁酯5份;
(2)将玻璃纤维、1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨2.2小时,用470目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤27min, 真空压强为16kPa,得到470目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应15分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行混炼27min,混炼温度为560℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、丙二酸单叔丁酯混炼20min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理2.7h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为26KHz,超声处理的功率为1240W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在375℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为185rpm,在挤出过程中压强为16kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸工艺为:热盘温度为83℃,热板温度为125℃,拉伸倍率为3.3倍,牵伸速率为100m/min,拉伸倍率为3.3倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
制得的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)按照重量份称取石墨烯45份、镍合7份、镁合金5份、铝合金6份、聚酰亚胺10份、聚砜8份、玻璃纤维9份、1,2-聚丁二烯7份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯6份、二甘醇10份、硝酸亚铁8份、柠檬酸三丁酯7份、乙烯基甲醚6份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯4份、己烯基双硬脂酰胺5份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷9份、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡8份;
(2)将玻璃纤维、1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨2.8小时,用490目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤29min, 真空压强为17kPa,得到490目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应20分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、己烯基双硬脂酰胺进行混炼29min,混炼温度为600℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡混炼25min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理2.8h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为28KHz,超声处理的功率为1280W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在385℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为195rpm,在挤出过程中压强为17kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸工艺为:热盘温度为88℃,热板温度为135℃,拉伸倍率为3.3倍,牵伸速率为120m/min,拉伸倍率为3.4倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
制得的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)按照重量份称取石墨烯50份、镍合金8份、镁合金6份、铝合金7份、聚酰亚胺12份、聚砜9份、玻璃纤维10份、1,2-聚丁二烯8份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯7份、二甘醇12份、硝酸亚铁9份、柠檬酸三丁酯10份、乙烯基甲醚7份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯5份、三硬脂酸甘油酯6份、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、双丙烯酸丁二酯9份;
(2)将玻璃纤维、1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨3小时,用500目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤30min, 真空压强为18kPa,得到550目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应25分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、三硬脂酸甘油酯进行混炼30min,混炼温度为660℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、双丙烯酸丁二酯混炼30min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理3h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为30KHz,超声处理的功率为1300W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在390℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为200rpm,在挤出过程中压强为18kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸工艺为:热盘温度为90℃,热板温度为140℃,拉伸倍率为3.3倍,牵伸速率为130m/min,拉伸倍率为3.5 倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
制得的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)按照重量份称取石墨烯35份、镍合金5份、镁合金3份、铝合金3份、聚酰亚胺5份、聚砜4份、玻璃纤维4份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯3份、二甘醇5份、硝酸亚铁5份、乙烯基甲醚2份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯2份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷5份、3-氨基-2-甲基苯甲酸甲酯4份;
(2)将玻璃纤维、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨2小时,用450目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤25min, 真空压强为15kPa,得到450目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应10分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺进行混炼25min,混炼温度为520℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、3-氨基-2-甲基苯甲酸甲酯混炼15min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理2.5h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为25KHz,超声处理的功率为1200W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在370℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为180rpm,在挤出过程中压强为15kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸工艺为:热盘温度为80℃,热板温度为120℃,拉伸倍率为3.3倍,牵伸速率为90 m/min,拉伸倍率为3.3 倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
制得的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)按照重量份称取石墨烯50份、镍合金8份、镁合金6份、铝合金7份、聚酰亚胺12份、聚砜9份、玻璃纤维10份、1,2-聚丁二烯8份、二甘醇12份、硝酸亚铁9份、柠檬酸三丁酯10份、乙烯基甲醚7份、三硬脂酸甘油酯6份、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、双丙烯酸丁二酯9份;
(2)将玻璃纤维、1,2-聚丁二烯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨3小时,用500目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤30min, 真空压强为18kPa,得到550目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应25分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、三硬脂酸甘油酯进行混炼30min,混炼温度为660℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、双丙烯酸丁二酯混炼30min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理3h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为30KHz,超声处理的功率为1300W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在390℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为200rpm,在挤出过程中压强为18kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸工艺为:热盘温度为90℃,热板温度为140℃,拉伸倍率为3.3倍,牵伸速率为130m/min,拉伸倍率为3.3 倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
制得的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-2的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料分别进行拉伸强度、内阻、介电常数、导热系数这几项性能测试。

本发明的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料以石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、玻璃纤维为主要成分,通过加入1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇、硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、分散剂、偶联剂、热稳定剂,辅以超声分散、搅拌密炼、惰性气体环境混炼、喷雾干燥、物料涂覆电极等工艺,使得制备而成的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,其性能可靠,导电率高,导热性能良好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。本发明的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料原料易得、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

1.掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:石墨烯35-50份、镍合金5-8份、镁合金3-6份、铝合金3-7份、聚酰亚胺5-12份、聚砜4-9份、玻璃纤维4-10份、1,2-聚丁二烯3-8份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯3-7份、二甘醇5-12份、硝酸亚铁5-9份、柠檬酸三丁酯4-10份、乙烯基甲醚2-7份、三聚氰胺磷酸酯2-5份、分散剂3-6份、偶联剂5-10份、热稳定剂4-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,其特征在于:所述分散剂选自椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、己烯基双硬脂酰胺、三硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂选自乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂为双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将玻璃纤维、1,2-聚丁二烯、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯、二甘醇加入适量水,研磨2-3小时得到450-550目浆料,喷雾干燥得到粉状物,喷雾干燥机进风温度为260℃,出风温度170℃;
(3)将粉状物加入硝酸,反应10-25分钟,烘干后送入混炼机中,然后依次加入石墨烯、镍合金、镁合金、铝合金、聚酰亚胺、聚砜、分散剂进行混炼25-30min,混炼温度为520-660℃,再加入硝酸亚铁、柠檬酸三丁酯、乙烯基甲醚、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、偶联剂、热稳定剂混炼15-30min;
(4)将混炼后的原料加入10份去离子水,超声处理2.5-3h得到原料悬浮液,超声处理的频率为25-30KHz,超声处理的功率为1200-1300W;
(5)将超声处理后的原料进行干燥,随后投入双螺杆挤出机,在370-390℃的温度下熔融、过滤后挤出,双螺杆挤出机的转速为180-200rpm,在挤出过程中压强为15-18kPa;
(6)挤出后的原料进行冷却,随后进行拉伸,拉伸倍率为3.2-3.5 倍,最后在280℃条件下热定型,得到掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的掺杂金属合金的石墨烯导电导热薄膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,用450-500目的尼龙滤膜进行真空抽滤25-30min, 真空压强为15-18kPa。
