本发明公开了一种锚链筒盖，包括盖体，盖体中心设有锚链通孔，盖体的外圈设有一圈密封圈，盖体内侧设有盖沿，盖沿上开有多个开孔，开孔处固定设有锁紧块，锁紧块中心处设有凹槽，凹槽中心开有螺丝孔，锁紧螺丝穿过螺丝孔和开孔与锚链筒内壁紧贴，还包括旋紧装置，旋紧装置包括支撑柱和旋转手柄，旋转手柄固定设置在锚链通孔内侧，支撑柱活动连接旋转手柄，支撑柱柱头为弧形结构，且与锁紧块中心凹槽相匹配，柱头内腔设有高灵敏压力传感器，压力传感器与外部报警系统连接，本发明结构简单，能够实现双重防盗功能；另外在非法人员撬动筒盖时能够立即发出报警信号，保证了船舶安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及船舶用具技术领域，具体为一种锚链筒盖。
背景技术
锚链筒盖又称防浪盖。盖在锚链筒甲板上开口处的专用盖子。木制或铁制。一般有插式和翻转式两种。其上有供锚链穿过的开口，在大风浪时用以阻挡海水从锚链筒中大量涌上甲板，以保证人员安全；现有船舶及海洋工程锚泊设备中的锚链筒盖一般为抽拉式，两侧有轨道，同时由于锚链的影响，会在另一侧较大的缺口，海盗会顺着锚链从海面爬到锚链筒内，从而爬到露天甲板，影响船舶安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锚链筒盖，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种锚链筒盖,包括盖体，所述盖体中心设有锚链通孔，所述盖体的外圈设有一圈密封圈，所述盖体内侧设有盖沿，所述盖沿上开有多个开孔，所述开孔处固定设有锁紧块，所述锁紧块中心处设有凹槽，所述凹槽中心开有螺丝孔，还包括锁紧螺丝，所述锁紧螺丝穿过螺丝孔和开孔与锚链筒内壁紧贴，还包括旋紧装置，所述旋紧装置包括支撑柱和旋转手柄，所述旋转手柄固定设置在锚链通孔内侧，所述支撑柱活动连接旋转手柄，所述支撑柱柱头为弧形结构，所述柱头与锁紧块中心凹槽相匹配，所述柱头内腔设有高灵敏压力传感器，所述压力传感器与外部报警系统连接。
优选的，所述锁紧块设置6-8个，且所述支撑柱的数量与锁紧块的数量相匹配。
优选的，所述旋转手柄包括圆形旋转筒和手柄，所述圆形旋转筒中心设有与锚链通孔一致的筒孔，所述手柄固定焊接在圆形旋转筒的外壁。
优选的，所述锚链通孔的内部固定设有衬垫。
优选的，所述压力传感器采用光纤布拉格光栅压力传感器。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
(1)本发明结构简单，在盖沿上设置锁紧装置，在锚链通孔内侧设置旋紧装置，能够实现双重防盗功能，防止非法人员从外部打开筒盖进入内部。
(2)本发明的旋紧装置中的支撑柱柱头内腔设有高灵敏压力传感器，且高灵敏压力传感器采用光纤布拉格光栅压力传感器，非法人员撬动筒盖时能够立即感应动态变化的压力信号，立即发出报警信号，保证了船舶安全。

请参阅图1，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种锚链筒盖,包括盖体1，盖体1中心设有锚链通孔2，盖体1的外圈设有一圈密封圈3，盖体1内侧设有盖沿4，盖沿4上开有多个开孔，开孔处固定设有锁紧块5，锁紧块5中心处设有凹槽6，凹槽6中心开有螺丝孔，还包括锁紧螺丝7，锁紧螺丝7穿过螺丝孔和开孔与锚链筒内壁紧贴，还包括旋紧装置，旋紧装置包括支撑柱8和旋转手柄9，旋转手柄9固定设置在锚链通孔2内侧，支撑柱8活动连接旋转手柄9，支撑柱8柱头10为弧形结构，柱头10与锁紧块5中心凹槽6相匹配，柱头10内腔设有高灵敏压力传感器11，压力传感器11与外部报警系统连接，压力传感器11采用光纤布拉格光栅压力传感器，采用此压力传感器，能够提高压力感应效率，非法人员撬动筒盖时能够立即感应动态变化的压力信号，立即发出报警信号，保证了船舶安全。
本实施例中，锁紧块5设置6-8个，且支撑柱8的数量与锁紧块5的数量相匹配，采用多个锁紧块，能够提高盖体的锁紧效率。
本实施例中，旋转手柄9包括圆形旋转筒12和手柄13，圆形旋转筒12中心设有与锚链通孔一致的筒孔，手柄13固定焊接在圆形旋转筒12的外壁。
另外，本实施例中，锚链通孔2的内部固定设有衬垫14，设置衬垫，能够防止锚链通孔磨损严重，影响整个盖体的使用寿命。
工作原理：锚链从锚链通孔处伸出后，工作人员采用锁紧螺丝将盖体固定在锚链筒内部，之后旋转手柄，使支撑柱柱头固定在锁紧块中心凹槽内，完成锚链筒盖的固定，非法人员无法从外部旋转旋紧装置，无法从外侧打开筒盖；若采用撬动方式打开，则压力传感器能够立即感应撬动信号，并发出报警。
本发明结构简单，在盖沿上设置锁紧装置，在锚链通孔内侧设置旋紧装置，能够实现双重防盗功能，防止非法人员从外部打开筒盖进入内部。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种锚链筒盖,包括盖体(1)，其特征在于：所述盖体(1)中心设有锚链通孔(2)，所述盖体(1)的外圈设有一圈密封圈(3)，所述盖体(1)内侧设有盖沿(4)，所述盖沿(4)上开有多个开孔，所述开孔处固定设有锁紧块(5)，所述锁紧块(5)中心处设有凹槽(6)，所述凹槽(6)中心开有螺丝孔，还包括锁紧螺丝(7)，所述锁紧螺丝(7)穿过螺丝孔和开孔与锚链筒内壁紧贴，还包括旋紧装置，所述旋紧装置包括支撑柱(8)和旋转手柄(9)，所述旋转手柄(9)固定设置在锚链通孔(2)内侧，所述支撑柱(8)活动连接旋转手柄(9)，所述支撑柱(8)柱头(10)为弧形结构，所述柱头(10)与锁紧块(5)中心凹槽(6)相匹配，所述柱头(10)内腔设有高灵敏压力传感器(11)，所述压力传感器(11)与外部报警系统连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锚链筒盖，其特征在于：所述锁紧块(5)设置6-8个，且所述支撑柱(8)的数量与锁紧块(5)的数量相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锚链筒盖，其特征在于：所述旋转手柄(9)包括圆形旋转筒(12)和手柄(13)，所述圆形旋转筒(12)中心设有与锚链通孔一致的筒孔，所述手柄(13)固定焊接在圆形旋转筒(12)的外壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锚链筒盖，其特征在于：所述锚链通孔(2)的内部固定设有衬垫(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锚链筒盖，其特征在于：所述压力传感器(11)采用光纤布拉格光栅压力传感器。
