本发明涉及方舱领域,具体涉及一种结构简单合理、拼接板和整块板复合的有防弹功能的方舱隐身保温板,由外至内依次包括玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板、铝蒙皮、聚氨酯泡沫板、支撑铝板和PE防护板,玻璃纤维透波板和芳纶蜂窝吸波板采用拼接结构,芳纶蜂窝吸波板的外围粘接C型堵头,铝蒙皮和支撑铝板之间有支撑铝骨架,支撑铝骨架之间填充聚氨酯泡沫板,玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板、铝蒙皮之间均用胶膜粘接,支撑铝板和PE防护板也用胶膜粘接,聚氨酯泡沫板和支撑铝骨架之间也用胶膜粘接,本发明整体刚度好,承载能力高,整体防弹,便于维修。

本发明涉及方舱领域,具体涉及一种结构简单合理、拼接板和整块板复合的有防弹功能的方舱隐身保温板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有的隐身、保温、抗毁复合板,多为骨架结构,其结构整体强度不够、平面度误差大,板与板之间时间久了会开裂,环境适应性差且不能做到整体防弹和隐身。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种结构简单合理、平面度好、整体防弹、承载能力高的方舱隐身保温板。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种方舱隐身保温板,由外至内依次包括玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板、铝蒙皮、聚氨酯泡沫板、支撑铝板和PE防护板,所述的玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板、铝蒙皮依次用胶膜粘接,所述的铝蒙皮和支撑铝板之间设置有支撑铝骨架,所述的支撑铝骨架为沿铝蒙皮的四周分布的矩形框架,所述的支撑铝骨架的内部有空腔,空腔内填充聚氨酯泡沫板,所述的玻璃纤维透波板包括第一透波板、第二透波板和第三透波板,所述的第一透波板和第二透波板结构相同,第一透波板和第二透波板左右并排对接且其之间有接缝,接缝处用胶黏剂粘接,接缝的正下方粘接第三透波板,所述的第三透波板的中心线与接缝相重合,所述的芳纶蜂窝吸波板包括第一蜂窝板、第二蜂窝板和第三蜂窝板,所述的第一蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板结构相同,所述的第三蜂窝板粘接在第三透波板下方,第三蜂窝板和第三透波板的宽度相等,所述的第一蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板分别位于第三蜂窝板的两侧,并且第一蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板的顶部与第三蜂窝板的顶部处于同一水平面,所述的芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周设置有一圈C型堵头,所述的C型堵头的开口朝向芳纶蜂窝吸波板,C型堵头的厚度等于第一蜂窝板的厚度,C型堵头的外侧与玻璃纤维透波板和铝蒙皮的边缘相齐平。

一种方舱隐身保温板的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一)、试拼接:a、先把玻璃纤维透波板按照图纸进行下料拼接,第一透波板和第二透波板左右并排拼接,拼接的接缝处粘接第三透波板;
b、根据玻璃纤维透波板的接缝位置下料芳纶蜂窝吸波板,第一透波板的下方粘接第一蜂窝板,第二透波板的下方粘接第二蜂窝板,第三透波板的下方粘接第三蜂窝板;
c、封边:按照玻璃纤维透波板和芳纶蜂窝吸波板的尺寸下料C型堵头,C型堵头围绕芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周粘接在玻璃纤维透波板上,使得C型堵头的外侧边缘与玻璃纤维透波板的外侧相齐平;
步骤二)、将玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板和铝蒙皮先在压机中压制成隐身板,具体步骤如下:
①、加压加温粘接:压机升温到40℃~60℃,铺设塑料薄膜,铺设铝蒙皮;
②、铺设胶膜:取出事先准备好的裁剪完成的胶膜,将胶膜铺设在铝蒙皮上;
③、铺设芳纶蜂窝吸波板:按试拼接顺序,在铝蒙皮上依次粘接第一蜂窝板、第三蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板,芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周粘接C型堵头,C型堵头和芳纶蜂窝吸波板之间用胶膜粘接;
④、粘接玻璃纤维透波板:先在第三蜂窝板上铺设胶膜,再在第三蜂窝板上粘接第三透波板;分别在第一透波板和第二透波板上铺设胶膜,把第一透波板上铺设有胶膜的一面与第一蜂窝板粘接,把第二透波板上铺设有胶膜的一面与第二蜂窝板粘接,其中第一透波板和第二透波板的接缝位于第三透波板的中部,得到方舱隐身板;
⑤、加温加压固化:将步骤④所得的隐身板在压机内进行加温加压固化,在隐身板温度达到50℃~70℃前加压,压力为0.1MPa~1.0MPa,加热到80℃~90℃,保温115min~125min;
⑥、晾板:压制成型的隐身板用支撑架吊装,垫平放在搬运车上晾板,并防止中间部位悬空造成隐身板变形;
⑦、清理成型隐身板:出机成型的隐身板,对其表面的多余溢出胶膜进行清除、修磨,清理后的隐身板垫好平放,中间部位防止悬空造成变形;
步骤三)、将上述步骤清理好的隐身板与支撑铝骨架、聚氨酯泡沫板、支撑铝板、PE防护板用大板胶,在大板压机中,采用高压、中温粘接压合形成最终的保温板,具体步骤如下:
①、备件:根据支撑铝骨架下料聚氨酯泡沫板,使得聚氨酯泡沫板完全填充支撑铝骨架的空腔;根据支撑铝骨架下料PE防护板,使得PE防护板的接口位置位于支撑铝骨架中部的支撑横梁的位置;
②、粘接:成型的隐身板的铝蒙皮朝上平铺到压机平台,在支撑铝骨架的下表面以及空腔内壁上涂胶,将支撑铝骨架放置到隐身板上,在聚氨酯泡沫板下表面涂胶后填充到支撑铝骨架中,按压聚氨酯泡沫板,使泡沫板与支撑铝骨架平齐;聚氨酯泡沫板上表面涂胶后粘接支撑铝板,支撑铝板的表面再涂胶后粘接PE防护板;
③、加温加压固化:上述步骤②中所得工件的温度达到60℃后固化,固化4小时得到最终大板;
④、晾板:上述步骤③所得的大板出板后,吊装后平放在搬运车上,中间部位防止悬空造成压制好的大板变形;
⑤、清理大板:出机成型后的大板,对其表面的多余溢出胶液进行清除、修磨,清理后的大板垫好平放,中间部位防止悬空造成压制好的大板变形。
本发明的积极效果是:与传统骨架式方舱板相比,本发明为大板式方舱板,通过骨架的承载和胶黏剂的固化强度,以及铝蒙皮和支撑铝板的整体张力,整个复合板刚度更好,承载能力更高;制备工艺简单合理,大板压制分两次进行,先压制隐身板,再将隐身板与泡沫板、防护板粘接压制,本发明组舱不依赖于骨架,能批量生产;本发明是整体压制,外观平整度好,造型美观;利于整体吸波和防弹。

一种方舱隐身保温板的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一)、试拼接:a、先把玻璃纤维透波板按照图纸进行下料拼接,第一透波板和第二透波板左右并排拼接,拼接的接缝处粘接第三透波板;
b、根据玻璃纤维透波板的接缝位置下料芳纶蜂窝吸波板,第一透波板的下方粘接第一蜂窝板,第二透波板的下方粘接第二蜂窝板,第三透波板的下方粘接第三蜂窝板;
c、封边:按照玻璃纤维透波板和芳纶蜂窝吸波板的尺寸下料C型堵头,C型堵头围绕芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周粘接在玻璃纤维透波板上,使得C型堵头的外侧边缘与玻璃纤维透波板的外侧相齐平;
步骤二)、将玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板和铝蒙皮先在压机中压制成隐身板,具体步骤如下:
①、加压加温粘接:压机升温到40℃~60℃,铺设塑料薄膜,铺设铝蒙皮;
②、铺设胶膜:取出事先准备好的裁剪完成的胶膜,将胶膜铺设在铝蒙皮上;
③、铺设芳纶蜂窝吸波板:按试拼接顺序,在铝蒙皮上依次粘接第一蜂窝板、第三蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板,芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周粘接C型堵头,C型堵头和芳纶蜂窝吸波板之间用胶膜粘接;
④、粘接玻璃纤维透波板:先在第三蜂窝板上铺设胶膜,再在第三蜂窝板上粘接第三透波板;分别在第一透波板和第二透波板上铺设胶膜,把第一透波板上铺设有胶膜的一面与第一蜂窝板粘接,把第二透波板上铺设有胶膜的一面与第二蜂窝板粘接,其中第一透波板和第二透波板的接缝位于第三透波板的中部,得到方舱隐身板;
⑤、加温加压固化:将步骤④所得的隐身板在压机内进行加温加压固化,在隐身板温度达到50℃~70℃前加压,压力为0.1MPa~1.0MPa,加热到80℃~90℃,保温115min~125min;
⑥、晾板:压制成型的隐身板用支撑架吊装,垫平放在搬运车上晾板,并防止中间部位悬空造成隐身板变形;
⑦、清理成型隐身板:出机成型的隐身板,对其表面的多余溢出胶膜进行清除、修磨,清理后的隐身板垫好平放,中间部位防止悬空造成变形;
步骤三)、将上述步骤清理好的隐身板与支撑铝骨架、聚氨酯泡沫板、支撑铝板、PE防护板用大板胶,在大板压机中,采用高压、中温粘接压合形成最终的保温板,具体步骤如下:
①、备件:根据支撑铝骨架下料聚氨酯泡沫板,使得聚氨酯泡沫板完全填充支撑铝骨架的空腔;根据支撑铝骨架下料PE防护板,使得PE防护板的接口位置位于支撑铝骨架中部的支撑横梁的位置;
②、粘接:成型的隐身板的铝蒙皮朝上平铺到压机平台,在支撑铝骨架的下表面以及空腔内壁上涂胶,将支撑铝骨架放置到隐身板上,在聚氨酯泡沫板下表面涂胶后填充到支撑铝骨架中,按压聚氨酯泡沫板,使泡沫板与支撑铝骨架平齐;聚氨酯泡沫板上表面涂胶后粘接支撑铝板,支撑铝板的表面再涂胶后粘接PE防护板;
③、加温加压固化:上述步骤②中所得工件的温度达到60℃后固化,固化4小时得到最终大板;
④、晾板:上述步骤③所得的大板出板后,吊装后平放在搬运车上,中间部位防止悬空造成压制好的大板变形;
⑤、清理大板:出机成型后的大板,对其表面的多余溢出胶液进行清除、修磨,清理后的大板垫好平放,中间部位防止悬空造成压制好的大板变形。
Claims (6)
1.一种方舱隐身保温板,其特征在于:由外至内依次包括玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板、铝蒙皮、聚氨酯泡沫板、支撑铝板和PE防护板,所述的玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板、铝蒙皮依次用胶膜粘接,所述的铝蒙皮和支撑铝板之间设置有支撑铝骨架,所述的支撑铝骨架为沿铝蒙皮的四周分布的矩形框架,所述的支撑铝骨架的内部有空腔,空腔内填充聚氨酯泡沫板,所述的玻璃纤维透波板包括第一透波板、第二透波板和第三透波板,所述的第一透波板和第二透波板结构相同,第一透波板和第二透波板左右并排对接且其之间有接缝,接缝处用胶黏剂粘接,接缝的正下方粘接第三透波板,所述的第三透波板的中心线与接缝相重合,所述的芳纶蜂窝吸波板包括第一蜂窝板、第二蜂窝板和第三蜂窝板,所述的第一蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板结构相同,所述的第三蜂窝板粘接在第三透波板下方,第三蜂窝板和第三透波板的宽度相等,所述的第一蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板分别位于第三蜂窝板的两侧,并且第一蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板的顶部与第三蜂窝板的顶部处于同一水平面,所述的芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周设置有一圈C型堵头,所述的C型堵头的开口朝向芳纶蜂窝吸波板,C型堵头的厚度等于第一蜂窝板的厚度,C型堵头的外侧与玻璃纤维透波板和铝蒙皮的边缘相齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方舱隐身保温板,其特征在于:所述的支撑铝骨架的空腔的中部设置有支撑横梁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方舱隐身保温板,其特征在于:所述的第三蜂窝板的厚度比第一蜂窝板的厚度小0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方舱隐身保温板,其特征在于:所述的聚氨酯泡沫板的顶部与铝蒙皮粘接,聚氨酯泡沫板的底部与支撑铝板粘接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方舱隐身保温板,其特征在于:所述的PE防护板与支撑铝板之间用大板胶粘接。
6.一种方舱隐身保温板的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一)、试拼接:a、先把玻璃纤维透波板按照图纸进行下料拼接,第一透波板和第二透波板左右并排拼接,拼接的接缝处粘接第三透波板;
b、根据玻璃纤维透波板的接缝位置下料芳纶蜂窝吸波板,第一透波板的下方粘接第一蜂窝板,第二透波板的下方粘接第二蜂窝板,第三透波板的下方粘接第三蜂窝板;
c、封边:按照玻璃纤维透波板和芳纶蜂窝吸波板的尺寸下料C型堵头,C型堵头围绕芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周粘接在玻璃纤维透波板上,使得C型堵头的外侧边缘与玻璃纤维透波板的外侧相齐平;
步骤二)、将玻璃纤维透波板、芳纶蜂窝吸波板和铝蒙皮先在压机中压制成隐身板,具体步骤如下:
①、加压加温粘接:压机升温到40℃~60℃,铺设塑料薄膜,铺设铝蒙皮;
②、铺设胶膜:取出事先准备好的裁剪完成的胶膜,将胶膜铺设在铝蒙皮上;
③、铺设芳纶蜂窝吸波板:按试拼接顺序,在铝蒙皮上依次粘接第一蜂窝板、第三蜂窝板和第二蜂窝板,芳纶蜂窝吸波板的四周粘接C型堵头,C型堵头和芳纶蜂窝吸波板之间用胶膜粘接;
④、粘接玻璃纤维透波板:先在第三蜂窝板上铺设胶膜,再在第三蜂窝板上粘接第三透波板;分别在第一透波板和第二透波板上铺设胶膜,把第一透波板上铺设有胶膜的一面与第一蜂窝板粘接,把第二透波板上铺设有胶膜的一面与第二蜂窝板粘接,其中第一透波板和第二透波板的接缝位于第三透波板的中部,得到方舱隐身板;
⑤、加温加压固化:将步骤④所得的隐身板在压机内进行加温加压固化,在隐身板温度达到50℃~70℃前加压,压力为0.1MPa~1.0MPa,加热到80℃~90℃,保温115min~125min;
⑥、晾板:压制成型的隐身板用支撑架吊装,垫平放在搬运车上晾板,并防止中间部位悬空造成隐身板变形;
⑦、清理成型隐身板:出机成型的隐身板,对其表面的多余溢出胶膜进行清除、修磨,清理后的隐身板垫好平放,中间部位防止悬空造成变形;
步骤三)、将上述步骤清理好的隐身板与支撑铝骨架、聚氨酯泡沫板、支撑铝板、PE防护板用大板胶,在大板压机中,采用高压、中温粘接压合形成最终的保温板,具体步骤如下:
①、备件:根据支撑铝骨架下料聚氨酯泡沫板,使得聚氨酯泡沫板完全填充支撑铝骨架的空腔;根据支撑铝骨架下料PE防护板,使得PE防护板的接口位置位于支撑铝骨架中部的支撑横梁的位置;
②、粘接:成型的隐身板的铝蒙皮朝上平铺到压机平台,在支撑铝骨架的下表面以及空腔内壁上涂胶,将支撑铝骨架放置到隐身板上,在聚氨酯泡沫板下表面涂胶后填充到支撑铝骨架中,按压聚氨酯泡沫板,使泡沫板与支撑铝骨架平齐;聚氨酯泡沫板上表面涂胶后粘接支撑铝板,支撑铝板的表面再涂胶后粘接PE防护板;
③、加温加压固化:上述步骤②中所得工件的温度达到60℃后固化,固化4小时得到最终大板;
④、晾板:上述步骤③所得的大板出板后,吊装后平放在搬运车上,中间部位防止悬空造成压制好的大板变形;
⑤、清理大板:出机成型后的大板,对其表面的多余溢出胶液进行清除、修磨,清理后的大板垫好平放,中间部位防止悬空造成压制好的大板变形。
