本发明提供一种用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料及复合材料义肢的制造方法,其特征在于,所述用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料包括多层碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及设置在碳纤维层(1)和芳纶纤维层(2)之间的涤纶纤维层(3)交替铺层而制成,所述碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及涤纶纤维层(3)分别是由碳纤维、芳纶纤维、涤纶纤维充分浸润树脂所制成的预浸料。本发明针对碳纤维与芳纶纤维混编后用于义肢产品,存在耐疲劳性能不足,反复受力分层的问题,在碳纤维与芳纶纤维之间铺设过渡层以防止分层,所述过渡层选用涤纶纤维,提高了这种混编材料的耐疲劳性能,延长了其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于义肢材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料及复合材料义肢的制造方法。
背景技术
义肢技术是随着社会和科学技术的进步而不断由低级简单向高级复杂方向发展的,为了提高义肢的实用性能,人们利用了一切可以利用的当代科学技术来制造性能更好的义肢, 采用更先进的技术和材料,使之具备更完善的性能。
用于制作义肢的材料种类繁多,一般采用强度高,质量轻的材料来制造义肢零部件,如高强度铝合金、钛合金、碳素纤维复合材料等。
目前市场上的先进储能义肢多采用碳纤维材料,例如,申请号为200810200227.5的专利申请公开了一种碳纤维材料假肢脚板,该脚板采用单一碳纤维材料制做。碳纤维虽然强度很大,但材质较脆只有刚性没有柔性不耐冲击,在使用过程中受到反复冲击易折断。申请号为201210275388的专利申请公开了一种碳纤维/芳纶增强树脂基复合材料用于汽车前防撞梁。该发明提高了防撞梁的韧性,但该种材料并不适用于义肢领域。义肢的设计应符合人体工程学,义肢在使用过程中是一个不断往复受力的过程,这就要求制作义肢的材料不仅强度高,韧性好,还要具备良好的疲劳性能。而碳纤维与芳纶纤维由于本身弹性模量的不同,在受力过程中会出现变形不协调而分层的现象,导致材料破坏。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对义肢的要求也越来越高。如何提高义肢的柔韧性、疲劳性能,延长产品的使用寿命,成为义肢领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中所指出的问题及现有技术存在的不足,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料。碳纤维虽然强度很大,但材质较脆只有刚性没有柔性不耐冲击,而芳纶纤维韧性很好,能够很好的弥补碳纤维的不足。但是将芳纶纤维与碳纤维混合时,由于两种材料本身弹性模量的不同,在受力过程中会出现变形不协调而分层的现象,导致材料破坏。
为了实现本发明的上述第一个目的,发明人经过大量的试验研究,发现将芳纶纤维层与碳纤维层之间添加一层涤纶纤维作为中间过渡层,能够很好地解决义肢在往复受力过程中分层的问题。将上述纤维按一定铺层顺序混合所获得的性能,非常适合应用于义肢产品。兼具碳纤维高强度的同时又有很好的韧性,使用寿命大大延长。
一种用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料,其特征在于,所述复合材料包括多层碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及设置在碳纤维层(1)和芳纶纤维层(2)之间的涤纶纤维层(3)交替铺层而制成,所述碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及涤纶纤维层(3)分别是由碳纤维、芳纶纤维、涤纶纤维充分浸润树脂所制成的预浸料。
作为进一步优选地,所述复合材料整体树脂含量的质量百分比为20%-50%,其中所述碳纤维层(1)的树脂含量的质量百分比为20%-50%,所述芳纶纤维层(2)的树脂含量的质量百分比为20%-50%,所述涤纶纤维层(3)的树脂含量的质量百分比为20%-50%。
作为进一步优选地,所述碳纤维层(1)的碳纤维的纵横比为1/10-1/1,所述芳纶纤维层(2)的芳纶纤维的纵横比为1/10-1/1,所述涤纶纤维层(3)的涤纶纤维的纵横比为1/10-1/1。
作为进一步优选地,所述碳纤维层(1)的碳纤维的纵横比为1/10,所述芳纶纤维层(2)的芳纶纤维的纵横比为1/1,所述涤纶纤维层(3)的涤纶纤维的纵横比为1/1。
作为进一步优选地,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种,所述碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及涤纶纤维层(3)可以选择不同的树脂作为基体材料。
作为进一步优选地,所述碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及涤纶纤维层(3)具体按照下述表格设置铺层顺序及数量。
本发明用于义肢的复合材料为多材质组合铺层结构,基于人体工程力学的要求,根据义肢在使用过程中的受力情况,合理设计混杂纤维的铺层顺序及数量。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种复合材料义肢的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选用碳纤维作为纤维增强体,丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种树脂作为基体,充分浸润后作为义肢的刚性层,其中树脂质量分数为20%-50%,碳纤维的纤维纵横比为1/10-1/1;
(2)选用芳纶纤维作为纤维增强体,丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种树脂作为基体,充分浸润后作为义肢的增韧层,其中树脂质量分数为20%-50%,芳纶纤维的纤维纵横比为1/10-1/1;
(3)选用涤纶纤维作为纤维增强体,丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种树脂作为基体,充分浸润后作为义肢的过渡层,其中树脂质量分数为20%-50%,涤纶纤维的纤维纵横比为1/10-1/1;
(4)将上述(1)-(3)项所制备的预浸料,此处的预浸料为树脂尚未凝胶之前的状态,在模具上按顺序铺设,依次为“刚性层→过渡层→增韧层→过渡层→刚性层”,采用此种组合方式进行预浸料铺设;
(5)根据所选用树脂的使用要求,将模具加热至80~150℃,合模,模具施加压力为1-4MPa,保温0.5~1h,常温自然冷却,脱模切出外形,即制得所述义肢。
作为进一步优选地,所述碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及涤纶纤维层(3)具体按照下述表格设置铺层顺序及数量。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明通过碳纤维混编芳纶纤维解决了现有碳纤维义肢韧性不够,受冲击易折断的问题,延长了义肢使用寿命。
(2)本发明通过提高义肢的韧性,缓冲了在行走过程中对用户残肢的冲击力,增强了舒适感,减轻了对用户残肢的损伤。
(3)针对碳纤维与芳纶纤维混编后用于义肢产品,存在耐疲劳性能不足,反复受力分层的问题,本发明在碳纤维与芳纶纤维之间铺设过渡层以防止分层,所述过渡层选用涤纶纤维,提高了这种混编材料的耐疲劳性能,延长了其使用寿命。

在本实施例中,将碳纤维,芳纶纤维,涤纶纤维裁剪成长300mm,宽200mm的长方形均充分浸润丙烯酸树脂,每层的树脂质量分数均控制在40%,制成预浸料,预浸料应为树脂尚未凝胶的状态,按一定的铺层顺序依次叠加于模具型腔内,铺层顺序及各层纤维纵横体积比见下表所示。其中上下表面选用的是3K纤维纵横体积比为1:1的碳纤维,其余碳纤维选用12K的纤维纵横体积比为10:1。将模具加热至120℃,合模,施加压力2MPa,保温1h。常温自然冷却,脱模切出外形,即制得所述义肢。

3.根据权利要求1所述的用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料,其特征在于,所述碳纤维层(1)的碳纤维的纵横比为1/10-1/1,所述芳纶纤维层(2)的芳纶纤维的纵横比为1/10-1/1,所述涤纶纤维层(3)的涤纶纤维的纵横比为1/10-1/1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料,其特征在于,所述碳纤维层(1)的碳纤维的纵横比为1/10,所述芳纶纤维层(2)的芳纶纤维的纵横比为1/1,所述涤纶纤维层(3)的涤纶纤维的纵横比为1/1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料,其特征在于,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种,所述碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及涤纶纤维层(3)可以选择不同的树脂作为基体材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于义肢的纤维混编复合材料,其特征在于,所述碳纤维层(1)、芳纶纤维层(2)以及涤纶纤维层(3)具体按照下述表格设置铺层顺序及数量:
7.一种复合材料义肢的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选用碳纤维作为纤维增强体,丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种树脂作为基体,充分浸润后作为义肢的刚性层,其中树脂质量分数为20%-50%,碳纤维的纤维纵横比为1/10-1/1;
(2)选用芳纶纤维作为纤维增强体,丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种树脂作为基体,充分浸润后作为义肢的增韧层,其中树脂质量分数为20%-50%,芳纶纤维的纤维纵横比为1/10-1/1;
(3)选用涤纶纤维作为纤维增强体,丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种树脂作为基体,充分浸润后作为义肢的过渡层,其中树脂质量分数为20%-50%,涤纶纤维的纤维纵横比为1/10-1/1;
(4)将上述(1)-(3)项所制备的预浸料,此处的预浸料为树脂尚未凝胶之前的状态,在模具上按顺序铺设,依次为“刚性层→过渡层→增韧层→过渡层→刚性层”,采用此种组合方式进行预浸料铺设;
(5)根据所选用树脂的使用要求,将模具加热至80~150℃,合模,模具施加压力为1-4MPa,保温0.5~1h,常温自然冷却,脱模切出外形,即制得所述义肢。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合材料义肢的制造方法,其特征在于,所述碳纤维、芳纶纤维以及涤纶纤维具体按照下述表格设置铺层顺序及数量:
