Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,该金属材料包括金属材料层和陶瓷颗粒层,金属材料层为Al、Cu、Fe、Ti、Cr、Ni、C、Mo以及不可避免的杂质,陶瓷颗粒层为陶瓷微粉与有机材料颗粒的混合物。本发明提出一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,在金属材料层上增加陶瓷颗粒层,极大的增强金属材料的耐磨性能,减小金属材料表面的磨损程度,使用寿命长,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料。
背景技术
金属材料通常都由100% 金属成分制成,此类金属材料制成的产品在市场上得到了广泛的应用和推广,但是耐磨性能较差,很容易受到磨损,导致金属材料的使用寿命较低,并且在某些特定的环境中往往无法达到人们的使用需求。
因此,为了解决上述存在的技术缺陷,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所提出的技术方案是:
一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,该金属材料包括金属材料层和陶瓷颗粒层,所述金属材料层为Al、Cu、Fe、Ti、Cr、Ni、 C、Mo以及不可避免的杂质,所述陶瓷颗粒层为陶瓷微粉与有机材料颗粒的混合物。
进一步地,所述金属材料层包括以下重量份的原料组成:Al:60-80份,Cu:12-25份,Fe:4-10份,Ti:4-15份,Cr:2-10份,Ni:2-15份, C:4-10份,Mo:2-5份以及不可避免的杂质。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,其特征在于:所述金属材料层包括以下重量份的原料组成:Al:60份,Cu:12份,Fe:4-份,Ti:4份,Cr:2份,Ni:2份, C:4份,Mo:2份以及不可避免的杂质。
进一步地,所述金属材料层包括以下重量份的原料组成:Al:80份,Cu:25份,Fe:10份,Ti:15份,Cr:10份,Ni:15份, C:10份,Mo:5份以及不可避免的杂质。
进一步地,所述陶瓷颗粒层的陶瓷微粉:35-50份,有机材料颗粒:5-20份。
进一步地,所述陶瓷微粉为氧化硅、氧化镍、碳粉、钛粉、氮化硼的混合物。
进一步地,所述有机材料颗粒为聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,在金属材料层上增加陶瓷颗粒层,极大的增强金属材料的耐磨性能,减小金属材料表面的磨损程度,使用寿命长,成本低。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,该金属材料包括金属材料层和陶瓷颗粒层,金属材料层为Al、Cu、Fe、Ti、Cr、Ni、 C、Mo以及不可避免的杂质,陶瓷颗粒层为陶瓷微粉与有机材料颗粒的混合物。
在本实施例中,金属材料层包括以下重量份的原料组成:Al:60-80份,Cu:12-25份,Fe:4-10份,Ti:4-15份,Cr:2-10份,Ni:2-15份, C:4-10份,Mo:2-5份以及不可避免的杂质。
具体来说,金属材料层包括以下重量份的原料组成:Al:60份,Cu:12份,Fe:4-份,Ti:4份,Cr:2份,Ni:2份, C:4份,Mo:2份以及不可避免的杂质。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,在金属材料层上增加陶瓷颗粒层,极大的增强金属材料的耐磨性能,减小金属材料表面的磨损程度,使用寿命长,成本低。

1.一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,该金属材料包括金属材料层和陶瓷颗粒层,其特征在于:所述金属材料层为Al、Cu、Fe、Ti、Cr、Ni、 C、Mo以及不可避免的杂质,所述陶瓷颗粒层为陶瓷微粉与有机材料颗粒的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨陶瓷金属材料,其特征在于:所述金属材料层包括以下重量份的原料组成:Al:60-80份,Cu:12-25份,Fe:4-10份,Ti:4-15份,Cr:2-10份,Ni:2-15份, C:4-10份,Mo:2-5份以及不可避免的杂质。
