本发明公开了一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,包括有插入金属水龙头进水口中的进水口型芯、插入金属水龙头出水口中的出水口型芯以及插入金属水龙头阀芯口中的阀芯口型芯,还包括有套置在金属水龙头上的入水表面护套,所述入水表面护套上设置有塑胶进水大孔。这利于提高注入塑胶时的入水点准确性,使得塑胶在金属水龙头内的成型较好,同时,入水表面护套能够避免金属水龙头被外压,使得金属水龙头的外观保持完好,次品率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头,特别是一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成。
背景技术
现时在金属水龙头主体内注入塑胶的生产上存在着很多缺陷,最关键的是入水点不正确,塑胶在金属内成型条件不够,以及加工时会压伤金属表面等,造成生产出来的水龙头要么外观压伤不好看,要么塑胶部分冷却不良出现缩水,熔合不好,冷接合线明显导致漏水和影响其他使用功能,造成废品率特别高,影响制作成本。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,金属水龙头主体内注入塑胶后,金属表面不会被压伤。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,包括有插入金属水龙头进水口中的进水口型芯、插入金属水龙头出水口中的出水口型芯以及插入金属水龙头阀芯口中的阀芯口型芯,还包括有套置在金属水龙头上的入水表面护套,所述入水表面护套上设置有塑胶进水大孔。
进一步,还包括有用于套置在金属水龙头出水口位置的出水表面护套,所述出水表面护套上设置有让位出水口型芯的让位孔。
进一步,还包括有独立设置的加热装置,所述加热装置用于对金属水龙头进行加热。
进一步,所述加热装置为恒温加热装置。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构的本发明,通过设置入水表面护套,所述入水表面护套上设置有塑胶进水大孔,塑胶进水大孔与金属水龙头上的塑胶进水小孔位置对应,这有利于提高注入塑胶时的入水点准确性,使得塑胶在金属水龙头内的成型较好,同时,入水表面护套能够避免金属水龙头被外压,使得金属水龙头的外观保持完好,次品率低;
另外,加热装置的设置,在生产加工时,先给金属水龙头主体预热,加热后的金属水龙头主体在放进模具加工时保留合适的加工温度,有利于塑料顺利通过塑胶进水小孔,保证塑胶在金属壳体内有合适的熔接温度,从而杜绝冷接合线的形成,杜绝漏水和不良使用功能的出现。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1~图2,本发明的一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,包括有插入金属水龙头进水口中的进水口型芯1、插入金属水龙头出水口中的出水口型芯2以及插入金属水龙头阀芯口中的阀芯口型芯3,还包括有套置在金属水龙头4上的入水表面护套5,所述入水表面护套5上设置有塑胶进水大孔51。塑胶进水大孔51与金属水龙头4上的塑胶进水小孔41位置对应,这有利于提高注入塑胶(附图中标号7)时的入水点准确性,使得塑胶在金属水龙头内的成型较好,同时,入水表面护套能够避免金属水龙头被外压,使得金属水龙头的外观保持完好,次品率低。
为更好的保护金属水龙头,考虑到金属水龙头的出水口位置在使用时是可见部位,优选的,还包括有用于套置在金属水龙头出水口位置的出水表面护套6,所述出水表面护套6上设置有让位出水口型芯2的让位孔61。利用出水表面护套6来保护出水口位置的金属水龙头外观。
在本实施例中,优选的,还包括有独立设置的加热装置(未绘示),所述加热装置用于对所述金属水龙头4进行加热,所述加热装置最好为恒温加热装置。在生产加工时,先给金属水龙头主体预热,加热后的金属水龙头主体在放进模具加工时保留合适的加工温度,有利于塑料顺利通过塑胶进水小孔,保证塑胶在金属壳体内有合适的熔接温度,从而杜绝冷接合线的形成,杜绝漏水和不良使用功能的出现。

1.一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,其特征在于:包括有插入金属水龙头进水口中的进水口型芯、插入金属水龙头出水口中的出水口型芯以及插入金属水龙头阀芯口中的阀芯口型芯,还包括有套置在金属水龙头上的入水表面护套,所述入水表面护套上设置有塑胶进水大孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,其特征在于:还包括有用于套置在金属水龙头出水口位置的出水表面护套,所述出水表面护套上设置有让位出水口型芯的让位孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,其特征在于:还包括有独立设置的加热装置,所述加热装置用于对金属水龙头进行加热。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属水龙头注入塑胶的模具总成,其特征在于:所述加热装置为恒温加热装置。
