本发明属于电工机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于插槽机上的切冲纸及推纸装置。在基板上设有凸轮轴和摆杆轴,凸轮轴上依次设有四个凸轮;摆杆轴上依次设有两摆杆,两摆杆分别通过两个滚轮与相邻两凸轮相配合。因而具有结构简单,成本低、噪音小,效率高的优点。
Description
技术领域:本发明属于电工机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于插槽机上的切冲纸及推纸装置。
背景技术:现有插槽机的切冲纸及推纸结构大多采用二种方法,一种是采用双曲线槽的圆柱凸轮结构,其缺点一是圆柱凸轮加工复杂、成本高,二是噪音大;另一种是采用两套独立动力系统分别完成切冲纸和推纸动作,其缺点一是结构复杂、成本高,二是效率低。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,成本低、噪音小,效率高的切冲纸及推纸装置。
本发明的技术方案:一种切冲纸及推纸装置,其特征是:在基板上设有凸轮轴和摆杆轴,凸轮轴上依次设有四个凸轮;摆杆轴上依次设有两摆杆,两摆杆分别通过两个滚轮与相邻两凸轮相配合。
由于采取上述技术方案,使用时,凸轮轴带动四个凸轮通过滚轮带动摆杆以摆杆轴为轴心顺时针摆动,连杆带动切冲纸装置向下运动进行切冲纸,凸轮轴继续旋转,推动推纸装置向前运动进行推纸,切冲纸及推纸动作均由安装在同一基板上的凸轮和摆杆来控制实现,只需一套动力驱动凸轮轴即可完成,因而具有结构简单,成本低、噪音小,效率高的优点。

具体实施方式:参考附图,一种切冲纸及推纸装置,在基板1上设有凸轮轴2和摆杆轴3,凸轮轴2上依次设有凸轮4、凸轮5、凸轮6、凸轮7;摆杆轴3上依次设有摆杆8和摆杆9,摆杆8通过两个滚轮分别与凸轮6和凸轮7相配合,摆杆9通过两个滚轮分别与凸轮4和凸轮5相配合。

1.一种切冲纸及推纸装置,其特征是:在基板(1)上设有凸轮轴(2)和摆杆轴(3),凸轮轴(2)上依次设有凸轮(4)、凸轮(5)、凸轮(6)、凸轮(7);摆杆轴(3)上依次设有摆杆(8)和摆杆(9),摆杆(8)通过两个滚轮分别与凸轮(6)和凸轮(7)相配合,摆杆(9)通过两个滚轮分别与凸轮(4)和凸轮(5)相配合。
