本发明提供一种防卡料回转筛,包括外壳、进料口、筛口、回转筛筒、防震轴承、传动轴、伺服电机、减震圈垫、震动发生器、排料口、减震空腔、减震弹簧;所述外壳的顶端设有进料口、底端设有排料口,所述外壳内设有同轴心的传动轴,所述传动轴通过防震轴承装配在外壳内,并且端部通过联轴器固定在伺服电机的输出轴上;所述回转筛筒固定在传动轴上,可随传动轴的转动而转动,所述回转筛筒上设有震动发生器,所述回转筛筒、传动轴之间设有减震圈垫,所述减震圈垫内均匀设有沿径向延伸的减震空腔,任一减震空腔内设有减震弹簧。本发明的有益效果是防卡料,运行稳定性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于筛分装置技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防卡料回转筛。
背景技术
复合肥物料在加工前需要进行筛分,将大粒径的颗粒筛分出来,以保证肥料的质量,现有的回转筛在筛分时,容易出来卡料的现象,与筛网孔径相当的颗粒卡入筛孔中,导致细料无法筛分出来,降低了筛分效率,同时筛分作业产生的噪音大,一种可以解决这些问题的防卡料回转筛还有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、运行稳定性高、生产效率高的防卡料回转筛。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种防卡料回转筛,包括外壳、进料口、筛口、回转筛筒、防震轴承、传动轴、伺服电机、减震圈垫、震动发生器、排料口、减震空腔、减震弹簧;
所述外壳的顶端设有进料口、底端设有排料口,所述外壳内设有同轴心的传动轴,所述传动轴通过防震轴承装配在外壳内,并且端部通过联轴器固定在伺服电机的输出轴上;
所述回转筛筒固定在传动轴上,可随传动轴的转动而转动,所述回转筛筒上设有震动发生器,所述回转筛筒、传动轴之间设有减震圈垫,所述减震圈垫内均匀设有沿径向延伸的减震空腔,任一减震空腔内设有减震弹簧。
所述减震圈垫采用橡胶材质。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、由于采用上述技术方案,回转筛的筛分速度更快;具有结构简单,加工成本低、便于推广应用等优点。
2、震动发生器的设置,可有效的防止颗粒卡入筛孔内,同时可以促进筛分速度。
3、缓冲减震部件的设置,可提高本装置运行的稳定性,降低噪音,绿色环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1-2所示,本发明的一种防卡料回转筛,包括外壳1、进料口2、筛口3、回转筛筒4、防震轴承5、传动轴6、伺服电机7、减震圈垫8、震动发生器9、排料口10、减震空腔11、减震弹簧12;
外壳1的顶端设有进料口2、底端设有排料口10,外壳1内设有同轴心的传动轴6,传动轴6通过防震轴承5装配在外壳1内,并且端部通过联轴器固定在伺服电机7的输出轴上;
回转筛筒4固定在传动轴6上,可随传动轴6的转动而转动,回转筛筒4上设有震动发生器9,回转筛筒4、传动轴6之间设有减震圈垫8,减震圈垫8内均匀设有沿径向延伸的减震空腔11,任一减震空腔11内设有减震弹簧12。
所述减震圈垫8采用橡胶材质。
本实例的工作过程:
使用时,筛口3与进料口2对齐,打开进料口2、筛口3,将待筛分的物料投入到回转筛筒4内,关闭进料口2、筛口3,启动伺服电机7、震动发生器9,物料在回转筛筒4的转动下被筛分出来,细料进入到外壳1底端,粗料留在回转筛筒4内,出料时,筛口3与排料口10对齐,先打开排料口10将细料排出,再快打开筛口3将粗料排出。
震动发生器9的设置,可促进回转筛筒4筛网的不停震动,防止与筛网孔径相当的颗粒将筛网堵塞,发生卡料,筛分效率降低的情况。
减震圈垫8可有效吸收机械震动,减震空腔11、减震弹簧12同时具有良好的缓冲减震的作用,防止振动波冲击传动轴6、外壳1,此外防震轴承5也具有一定的缓冲作用,可有效提高本装置运行的稳定性,延长使用寿命。

1.一种防卡料回转筛,其特征在于:包括外壳、进料口、筛口、回转筛筒、防震轴承、传动轴、伺服电机、减震圈垫、震动发生器、排料口、减震空腔、减震弹簧;
所述外壳的顶端设有进料口、底端设有排料口,所述外壳内设有同轴心的传动轴,所述传动轴通过防震轴承装配在外壳内,并且端部通过联轴器固定在伺服电机的输出轴上;
所述回转筛筒固定在传动轴上,可随传动轴的转动而转动,所述回转筛筒上设有震动发生器,所述回转筛筒、传动轴之间设有减震圈垫,所述减震圈垫内均匀设有沿径向延伸的减震空腔,任一减震空腔内设有减震弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防卡料回转筛,其特征在于:所述减震圈垫采用橡胶材质。
