本发明公开了一种枫荷桂药粉的高效加工装置，包括粉碎机、给料盘和驱动电机，驱动电机和粉碎机通过皮带连接，给料盘倾斜设置于支架上，给料盘出料口位于粉碎机进料口上方，在粉碎机的出口连接送料管A，在送料管A的尾端设置主收集袋，在送料管A上还串联主抽风机，在主收集袋外围设置外壳,外壳的上端与送料管A的尾端连接，在外壳的下端连接送料管B，在送料管B上串联副抽风机，在副抽风机出口连接副收集袋，在支架上端面的一侧设置调频振动电机，在给料盘与支架之间还设置压缩弹簧。由于在主抽风机和副抽风机共同作用下，粉碎后枫荷桂药粉被迅速抽走，不发生堵塞现象，提高了枫荷桂药粉生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药材粉碎装置，尤其是一种枫荷桂药粉的高效加工装置。
背景技术
枫荷桂别名树参，乔木或灌木，高2-8米。枫荷桂的根、茎和叶都具有药用价值，具有祛风除湿，活血消肿。治风湿痹痛，腰肌劳损，手足酸麻无力，跌打损伤。
目前枫荷桂药粉的加工装置为一般药用粉碎装置，其需要操作人员守在装置旁，不断加料，并且加工效率相对较低。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种枫荷桂药粉的高效加工装置，确保加工过程中，自动给料，同时还能提高生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案：一种枫荷桂药粉的高效加工装置，包括粉碎机、给料盘和驱动电机，驱动电机和粉碎机通过皮带连接，给料盘倾斜设置于支架上，给料盘出料口位于粉碎机进料口上方，在粉碎机的出口连接送料管A，在送料管A的尾端设置主收集袋，在送料管A上还串联主抽风机，在主收集袋外围设置外壳, 外壳的上端与送料管A的尾端连接，在外壳的下端连接送料管B，在送料管B上串联副抽风机，在副抽风机出口连接副收集袋，在支架上端面的一侧设置调频振动电机，在给料盘与支架之间还设置压缩弹簧。
所述主收集袋和副收集袋为布袋，布袋通过的粉尘颗粒度为120-130目。
采用上述技术方案，把经过初步粉碎的枫荷桂药原料加入给料盘中，然后启动调频振动电机，调频振动电机使给料盘产生轻微振动，这样给料盘中的枫荷桂药原料不断进入粉碎机中进行粉碎，实现自动给料。经过粉碎的枫荷桂药粉进入送料管A中，在主抽风机在作用下，枫荷桂药粉进入主收集袋，而又较小部分很细的枫荷桂药粉穿过主收集袋，在风力作用下进入副收集袋。由于在主抽风机和副抽风机共同作用下，粉碎后枫荷桂药粉被迅速抽走，不发生堵塞现象，提高了枫荷桂药粉生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种枫荷桂药粉的高效加工装置，包括粉碎机1、给料盘3和驱动电机2，粉碎机1、给料盘3和驱动电机2为现有技术，通过购买获得。
驱动电机2和粉碎机1通过皮带连接，即驱动电机2通过皮带驱动粉碎机1工作，给料盘3倾斜设置于支架4上，给料盘3出料口位于粉碎机1进料口上方，在给料盘3中一次可以加满足够的枫荷桂碎片，可供粉碎机1工作三个小时。
在粉碎机1的出口连接送料管A5，在送料管A5的尾端设置主收集袋7，在送料管A5上还串联主抽风机6，这样粉碎机1加工好的枫荷桂药粉，在风力作用下通过送料管A5装入主收集袋7。
在主收集袋7外围设置外壳8 ，外壳8的上端与送料管A5的尾端连接，在外壳8的下端连接送料管B9，外壳8 整体呈密封状态，在送料管B9上串联副抽风机10，在副抽风机10出口连接副收集袋，附图中未画出副收集袋；因为粉碎机1加工的枫荷桂药粉进入主收集袋7后，必然产生送料管A5的气流不畅，影响粉碎机1的加工效率，即出料减少；而再设置副抽风机10后，在两个风机的共同作用下，风力增加，粉碎机1加工好的枫荷桂药粉被及时抽走，生产效率增加。
当然在外壳8上设置有活动门，当主收集袋7装入一定量的枫荷桂药粉后需要立即取出。
在副收集袋也收集少量的枫荷桂药粉，同样副收集袋装入一定量的枫荷桂药粉后需要立即取出。
在支架4上端面的一侧设置调频振动电机11，在给料盘3与支架4之间还设置压缩弹簧，调频振动电机11产生的振动可以使给料盘3的原料自动进入粉碎机1，调节调频振动电机11的振动频率，可以调节给料盘3的原料送入量。
所述主收集袋7和副收集袋为布袋，都具有透气作用，布袋通过的粉尘颗粒度为120-130目。

1.一种枫荷桂药粉的高效加工装置，包括粉碎机（1）、给料盘（3）和驱动电机（2），驱动电机（2）和粉碎机（1）通过皮带连接，给料盘（3）倾斜设置于支架（4）上，给料盘（3）出料口位于粉碎机（1）进料口上方，其特征在于：在粉碎机（1）的出口连接送料管A（5），在送料管A（5）的尾端设置主收集袋（7），在送料管A（5）上还串联主抽风机（6），在主收集袋（7）外围设置外壳（8）， 外壳（8）的上端与送料管A（5）的尾端连接，在外壳（8）的下端连接送料管B（9），在送料管B（9）上串联副抽风机（10），在副抽风机（10）出口连接副收集袋，在支架（4）上端面的一侧设置调频振动电机（11），在给料盘（3）与支架（4）之间还设置压缩弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种枫荷桂药粉的高效加工装置，其特征在于：所述主收集袋（7）和副收集袋为布袋，布袋通过的粉尘颗粒度为120-130目。
