本发明公开了一种用于黏性物料加工的高效搅拌机,包括搅拌机主体、电加热装置和减震装置,搅拌机主体内部左右两侧设有两个第一搅拌装置,搅拌机主体内部下侧设有第二搅拌装置,搅拌机主体底部设有减震装置,减震装置的底部固定在支承底座上,本发明粘稠物料搅拌机,结构设计合理,在搅拌过程中对粘稠物料进行水平和竖直方向的同时搅拌,并能将搅拌机底部的物料扬起,使得粘稠物料得到充分均匀的搅拌,搅拌效果好、工作效率高,加热装置能对粘稠物料进行加热,降低物料的粘稠度,进一步提高了搅拌机的搅拌效果和工作效率,减震装置能够有效地降低搅拌机工作时产生震动,提高了搅拌机的结构稳定性,延长了搅拌机的使用寿命。

背景技术
[0002]黏性,流体在运动状态下抵抗剪切变形速率能力的性质,称为粘滞性或简称黏性。黏性是流体的固有属性,是运动流体产生机械能损失的根源。搅拌机是工业、农业、食品加工中常用的一种机械设备,在加工过程中,需要对粘稠物料进行搅拌,粘稠物料的粘稠随温度变化而变化,当温度升高时粘稠度降低,一般的搅拌机都只有一个搅拌装置,只能对物料进行水平或竖直方向的搅拌,不能对粘稠物料进行充分的搅拌,搅拌效果、工作效率降低,并且搅拌机在搅拌过程中会产生震动,降低搅拌机的结构稳定性,使得搅拌机的使用寿命降低。

[0005] —种用于黏性物料加工的高效搅拌机,包括搅拌机主体、入料漏斗、第一搅拌装置、驱动电机、加热层、电加热装置、第二搅拌装置、搅拌转轴、安装板、搅拌板、旋转电机、出料漏斗、支撑架、支承底座和减震装置,所述搅拌机主体上侧设有入料漏斗,入料漏斗与搅拌机主体的进料口连接,搅拌机主体内部左右两侧设有两个第一搅拌装置,第一搅拌装置上端连接驱动电机,所述搅拌机主体内壁上设有加热层,搅拌机主体外壁上左右两侧设有两个电加热装置,电加热装置与加热层电连接,所述搅拌机主体内部下侧设有第二搅拌装置,第二搅拌装置包括搅拌转轴、安装板和搅拌板,安装板安装在搅拌转轴外壁上,搅拌板安装在安装板上且上下共设有两排,第二搅拌装置左端连接旋转电机,搅拌机主体底部设有出料漏斗,所述搅拌机主体左侧和右侧都设有支撑架,支撑架底部连接支承底座,搅拌机主体底部设有减震装置,减震装置的底部固定在支承底座上,所述支承底座上侧外壁上左右两端均安装有灯座,每个灯座上均安装有LED技能照明灯,在支承底座下侧四周均设有支撑腿,每个支撑腿底端均连接有行走轮。

[0011 ]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:加热层能够对搅拌机主体内部的粘稠物料进行加热,使内部粘稠物料的粘稠度降低,提高了搅拌机的搅拌效果和工作效率,使得搅拌后成品质量更高;搅拌机工作时,旋转电机带动第二搅拌装置工作,一方面配合第一搅拌装置对内部的粘稠物料进行水平方向和竖直方向的搅拌,另一方面搅拌板将搅拌机主体底部的粘稠物料扬起,使得粘稠物料得到更充分的搅拌,大大的提高了搅拌机搅拌效果和工作效率;减震装置能够减小搅拌机工作过程中产生的震动,提高了搅拌机的结构稳定性,延长了搅拌机的使用寿命,设置的LED照明灯能够在夜晚进行照明,方便搅拌机在夜间进行工作,提高了实用性,设置的行走轮便于搅拌机进行移动,提高了便捷性。

[0014]请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种用于黏性物料加工的高效搅拌机,包括搅拌机主体1、入料漏斗2、第一搅拌装置3、驱动电机4、加热层5、电加热装置6、第二搅拌装置7、搅拌转轴8、安装板9、搅拌板10、旋转电机11、出料漏斗12、支撑架13、支承底座14和减震装置15,所述搅拌机主体I上侧设有入料漏斗2,入料漏斗2与搅拌机主体I的进料口连接,搅拌机主体I内部左右两侧设有两个第一搅拌装置3,所述第一搅拌装置3包括搅拌杆和搅拌叶片,第一搅拌装置3上端连接驱动电机4,所述搅拌机主体I内壁上设有加热层5,搅拌机主体I夕卜壁上左右两侧设有两个电加热装置6,所述电加热装置6为电阻加热片,电加热装置6与加热层5电连接,加热层5能够对搅拌机主体I内部的粘稠物料进行加热,使内部粘稠物料的粘稠度降低,提高了搅拌机的搅拌效果和工作效率,使得搅拌后成品质量更高;所述搅拌机主体I内部下侧设有第二搅拌装置7,第二搅拌装置7包括搅拌转轴8、安装板9和搅拌板10,安装板9安装在搅拌转轴8外壁上,搅拌板10安装在安装板9上且上下共设有两排,所述搅拌板10共设有十二个且上下交错排列,第二搅拌装置7左端连接旋转电机11,搅拌机主体I底部设有出料漏斗12,所述出料漏斗12上设有电磁阀;搅拌机工作时,旋转电机11带动第二搅拌装置7工作,一方面配合第一搅拌装置3对内部的粘稠物料进行水平方向和竖直方向的搅拌,另一方面搅拌板10将搅拌机主体I底部的粘稠物料扬起,使得粘稠物料得到更充分的搅拌,大大的提高了搅拌机搅拌效果和工作效率;所述搅拌机主体I左侧和右侧都设有支撑架13,支撑架13底部连接支承底座14,搅拌机主体I底部设有减震装置15,所述减震装置15为减震弹簧,减震装置15的底部固定在支承底座14上;减震装置15能够减小搅拌机工作过程中产生的震动,提高了搅拌机的结构稳定性,延长了搅拌机的使用寿命;所述支承底座14上侧外壁上左右两端均安装有灯座,每个灯座上均安装有LED技能照明灯16,在支承底座14下侧四周均设有支撑腿17,每个支撑腿17底端均连接有行走轮18,设置的LED照明灯16能够在夜晚进行照明,方便搅拌机在夜间进行工作,提高了实用性,设置的行走轮18便于搅拌机进行移动,提尚了便捷性。

1.一种用于黏性物料加工的高效搅拌机,包括搅拌机主体、入料漏斗、第一搅拌装置、驱动电机、加热层、电加热装置、第二搅拌装置、搅拌转轴、安装板、搅拌板、旋转电机、出料漏斗、支撑架、支承底座和减震装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌机主体上侧设有入料漏斗,入料漏斗与搅拌机主体的进料口连接,搅拌机主体内部左右两侧设有两个第一搅拌装置,第一搅拌装置上端连接驱动电机,所述搅拌机主体内壁上设有加热层,搅拌机主体外壁上左右两侧设有两个电加热装置,电加热装置与加热层电连接,所述搅拌机主体内部下侧设有第二搅拌装置,第二搅拌装置包括搅拌转轴、安装板和搅拌板,安装板安装在搅拌转轴外壁上,搅拌板安装在安装板上且上下共设有两排,第二搅拌装置左端连接旋转电机,搅拌机主体底部设有出料漏斗,所述搅拌机主体左侧和右侧都设有支撑架,支撑架底部连接支承底座,搅拌机主体底部设有减震装置,减震装置的底部固定在支承底座上,所述支承底座上侧外壁上左右两端均安装有灯座,每个灯座上均安装有LED技能照明灯,在支承底座下侧四周均设有支撑腿,每个支撑腿底端均连接有行走轮。
