技术背景
脑血栓是由于脑动脉粥样硬化，血管内膜损伤使脑动脉管腔狭窄，进而因多种因素使局部血栓形成，使动脉狭窄加重或完全闭塞，导致脑组织缺血、缺氧、坏死，引起神经功能障碍的一种脑血管病。
脑血栓的主要因素有：高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病、体重超重、高脂血症、喜食肥肉，许多病人有家族史。多见于45～70岁中老年人。
对于脑血栓的治疗方案大都采取输液和西药治疗，也有很多采取中西药结合治疗，也有采取纯中药治疗等多种治疗方案，其目的是疏通以尽早改善脑缺血区的血液循环、促进神经功能恢复为原则。
通用采取的西医方法有：使用脱水剂或利尿剂缓解脑水肿；用低分子右旋糖苷，降低血粘度和改善微循环；通过静脉放血并置换等量液体稀释血液；静脉注射不含血液的液体以达到扩容目的；利用链激酶或尿激酶溶栓等。
本发明采取五种针法配合中药治疗脑血栓科学合理，起到极好的疗效。
具体实施内容
本发明采取针挑疗法、圆针电疗法、火针疗法、埋针疗法、三棱针刺络疗法共五种针法加中药组方血竭、全蝎、地龙、桂枝、红花、姜黄、威灵仙制川乌、甘草、山甲各10克，柴胡、升麻、桔梗、蔓荆子、川芎各20克，菖莆30克。每日1付，水煎分早、中、晚服用。五种针法各显功效，服用中药配合加大疗效。
针挑疗法、圆针电疗法、火针疗法、埋针疗法、三棱针刺络疗法五种针法分别起到清理血管和微循环的毛细血管垃圾，调节身体的整体免疫力，平衡阴阳，疏通机经络，为中药的入经垫定基础，针法和药结合直达病灶溶栓排毒。
具体做法是
针挑疗法：具有挑病筋，截病根之说，适应证广、疗效较高等特点。可通过简单的挑纤维、取脂、刺络、放血等手法便能治疗很多种疾病，具有调和阴阳，健脾开胃功效，取大椎穴周围刺五针挑病筋，挤出血，加火罐拔出淤血，减缓微循环阻力。
圆针电疗：是根据圆利针针具的特殊形态，以毫针刺入腧穴后，针柄通过电流，以加强刺激量。按传统针灸理论，循经选穴，主穴：百会、四神聪、绝骨，配穴：气虚血瘀型：期门、足三里、阳陵泉、合谷、太冲穴，具有对神经症、早期高血压、更年期综合征、植物神经功能紊乱，改善组织的血液循环和营养状态，抑制感觉神经等作用。通过电疗，疏通经络、活血化瘀，消炎解毒，清热消肿，祛痰解痉，软坚散结，
火针疗法：火针疗法是调脾通络疗法经典体质治疗之一，主要是通过火针灼伤人体腧穴、腠理，开其经络之外门，给外邪以出路，使得瘀血、水肿等致病性病理产物得以排除体外。火针携高温直达病所，针体周围微小范围内病变组织被灼至碳化，使粘连板滞的组织得到疏通松解，局部血液循环随之改变。取双风池穴，内关、三阴交、极泉、委中、风池、尺泽、合谷，分别刺入，留针10分钟，起到”通阳“即振奋人体阳气的作用。
埋针疗法：以特制的小型针具固定于腧穴的皮内或皮下，进行较长时间埋藏的一种方法。给皮部以弱而长时间的刺激，操作方法：皮内针、镊子和埋刺部皮肤严密消毒后，用镊子夹住针身，沿皮横刺入皮内，针身埋入膻中、中脘、双心腧、双肾腧穴皮内0.5～1厘米，然后用胶布将留在皮外的针柄固定。热天一般留置1～2天；冷天可留置3～7天，留置期间，每隔4小时左右用手按压埋针处1～2分钟，以加强刺激、增加疗效。能调整经络脏腑功能，对神经衰弱、高血压、哮喘、痹证等有很好的疗效。
三棱针刺络疗法：以三棱针为针具，又称三棱针疗法、放血疗法、刺血疗法。取十二井穴点刺放血和八邪点刺放血，可以有效地建立新的血液循环，起到祛腐生新、通经活络的功能。每5-7天放血一次，每次放血总量掌握在20-30毫升。可去瘀生新，促进肢体功能恢复的作用。

全蝎：具有“熄风镇痉、消炎攻毒、通络止痛”功能，主治心脑血管病、炎症、乙肝、肿瘤”等病。
威灵仙：祛风除湿，通络止痛，消痰水，散癖积，主治痛风顽痹、风湿痹痛，肢体麻木。
地龙：其性寒、味咸，清热定惊，痛经活络、平喘利尿；用于脑血栓、脑梗塞、冠心病、中风，关节麻痹，肢体麻木，半身不遂，高血压症等病症。
桂枝：能散寒解表；温通经脉；通阳化气。主风寒表症；寒湿痹痛；四肢厥冷；症瘕结块；胸痹。
红花：性温，味辛，活血通经、散瘀止痛。适用各种静脉曲张，末梢神经炎，血液循环不好，腿脚麻木或青紫等淤血症。
姜黄：能行气破瘀，通经止痛。主治胸腹胀痛，肩臂痹痛，月经不调，闭经，跌打损伤。
制川乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛。主治编辑用于风寒湿痹，关节冷痛，寒疝作痛及麻醉止痛。
甘草：功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
穿山甲：具有消肿化脓，散淤通络，活血镇痛。主治：痈疽疮肿，风寒湿痹，症痂积聚。
柴胡：和解表里，疏肝，升阳。治寒热往来，胸满胁痛，口苦耳聋，头痛目眩，疟疾，下利脱肛，月经不调，子宫下垂。
升麻：主要有升举透发及清热解毒等功效。
桔梗：具有祛痰、利咽、宣肺、排脓、利五脏、补气血、补五劳、养气等功效。
蔓荆子：味辛、苦，性微寒。归肺、膀胱、肝经。其主要功效是疏散风热，清利头目，除湿处关节。常用于外感头痛，偏正头风，昏晕目暗，赤眼多泪，目睛内痛，齿龈肿痛，湿痹拘挛。
川芎：行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛。治风冷头痛旋晕，难产，产后瘀阻块痛，痈疽疮疡，月经不调，经闭痛经，瘕腹痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑肿痛，风湿痹痛。
菖蒲：开窍益智、宽胸豁痰、去湿解毒。主治：湿痰蒙窍、神志不清、健忘多梦、癫(间)、耳聋、胸腹胀闷；外用治痈疖等。
中药组方：血竭、全蝎、地龙、桂枝、红花、姜黄、威灵仙、制川乌、甘草、山甲各10克，柴胡、升麻、桔梗、蔓荆子、川芎各20克，菖莆30克。每日1付，水煎分早、中、晚服用。舒筋活血，能刺激脑神经周围的休眠体细胞恢复活力，替代坏死的神经细胞，修复大脑受损神经网，恢复大脑活力，逐渐清除脑血管中的栓块，消除脑血管障碍。
本发明利用内服药加强身体各种病灶的康复，疏通循环系统，外刺激加强经络活性，增强微循环动力，对血栓起到疏通清理的作用，直至血栓分解。

Claims (2)

1.针挑疗法：具有挑病筋，截病根之说，适应证广、疗效较高等特点。可通过简单的挑纤维、取脂、刺络、放血等手法便能治疗很多种疾病，具有调和阴阳，健脾开胃功效，取大椎穴周围刺五针挑病筋，挤出血，加火罐拔出淤血，减缓微循环阻力。
2.圆针电疗：是根据圆利针针具的特殊形态，以毫针刺入腧穴后，针柄通过电流，以加强刺激量。按传统针灸理论，循经选穴，主穴：百会、四神聪、绝骨，配穴：气虚血瘀型：期门、足三里、阳陵泉、合谷、太冲穴，具有对神经症、早期高血压、更年期综合征、植物神经功能紊乱，改善组织的血液循环和营养状态，抑制感觉神经等作用。通过电疗，疏通经络、活血化瘀，消炎解毒，清热消肿，祛痰解痉，软坚散结。
