技术领域
本发明涉及中药外用药技术领域，尤其涉及一种外科术后切口用护理散剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
外科术后切口虽然能够获得到愈合，但是愈合后短期内往往出现切口感觉不适的现象出现。其原因复杂多样，一方面手术时，皮层、结缔组织层、肌层，皮神经会有不同程度的损伤；另一方面局部软组织修复过程中，由于患者体质因素，造成间质纤维结缔组织（细胞外基质）增生程度高于正常实质细胞修复过程，由于该种纤维结缔组织仅仅补救的是局部的形态而不是局部实质细胞的结构和功能，造成局部不适和皮肤变硬，目前尚缺乏对于手术切口愈合后不适感的治疗方案，为此我们提出了一种外科术后切口用护理散剂及其制备方法，用来解决上述问题。

本发明提出的一种外科术后切口用护理散剂，包括以下重量份的原料：松节7-12份、葛根10-18份、山姜1-5份、丹参2-7份、七星草11-15份、桂枝8-16份、川穹10-22份、大黄10-15份、黄芪3-7份、蚕沙1-3份、磁石6-12份、何首乌3-8份、胡黄连5-12份、细辛1-3份。

S2，按照份量配比称取桂枝、川穹、大黄、黄芪、蚕沙、磁石、何首乌、胡黄连、细辛，将上述原料充分混合后破碎，再放入蒸煮罐中，向蒸煮罐加入12倍量的水，先大火熬2h，再小火4h，将蒸煮的中药药渣和药液进行分离，得到药液B和药渣C；
S3，将药渣C进行干燥，并研磨成粉，并将滤液A与药液B充分混合，与粉末混合制得膏状固体，即可。
为了验证本发明的护理散剂疗效，选取刚做完外科手术的人100例，均分为对照组和实验组，其中对照组用普通护理剂局部涂擦，每天两次，实验组用本发明的护理散剂，每天两次，持续一个月，其疗效标准为：痊愈：临床症状、体征消失；显效：临床症状、体征基本好转，不再影响生活；有效：临床症状、体征减轻，但是仍会影响睡眠或者生活；无效：临床症状、体征无变化；结果如下表：

由上表可知，使用本发明的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组，说明本发明方法制备手术切口护理物具有见效快、安全性高的优点。
以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种外科术后切口用护理散剂，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：松节7-12份、葛根10-18份、山姜1-5份、丹参2-7份、七星草11-15份、桂枝8-16份、川穹10-22份、大黄10-15份、黄芪3-7份、蚕沙1-3份、磁石6-12份、何首乌3-8份、胡黄连5-12份、细辛1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科术后切口用护理散剂，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：松节8-11份、葛根12-16份、山姜2-4份、丹参3-6份、七星草12-14份、桂枝9-15份、川穹12-20份、大黄11-14份、黄芪4-6份、蚕沙1.5-2.5份、磁石7-11份、何首乌4-7份、胡黄连6-11份、细辛1.5-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科术后切口用护理散剂，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：松节9份、葛根14份、山姜3份、丹参4份、七星草13份、桂枝12份、川穹16份、大黄12份、黄芪5份、蚕沙2份、磁石9份、何首乌6份、胡黄连8份、细辛2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科术后切口用护理散剂及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述松节、葛根、山姜的重量比为8-11：12-16：2-4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科术后切口用护理散剂及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述丹参、七星草、桂枝的重量比为3-6：12-14：9-15。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种外科术后切口用护理散剂及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述川穹、大黄、黄芪的重量比为12-20：11-14：4-6。
7.一种外科术后切口用护理散剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1，按照份量配比称取松节、葛根、山姜、丹参、七星草，将上述原料混合破碎，放入锅中，加入4-6倍量的水，大火熬2-3h后，过滤得到滤液A；
S2，按照份量配比称取桂枝、川穹、大黄、黄芪、蚕沙、磁石、何首乌、胡黄连、细辛，将上述原料充分混合后破碎，再放入蒸煮罐中，向蒸煮罐加入8-12倍量的水，先大火熬1-2h，再小火2-4h，将蒸煮的中药药渣和药液进行分离，得到药液B和药渣C；
S3，将药渣C进行干燥，并研磨成粉，并将滤液A与药液B充分混合，与粉末混合制得膏状固体，即可。
