背景技术
前列腺增生（BPH）是中老年男性常见疾病之一，随全球人口老年化发病日渐增多。前列腺增生的发病率随年龄递增，但有增生病变时不一定有临床症状。城镇发病率高于乡村，而且种族差异也影响增生程度。有关前列腺增生的发病机制研究颇多，但病因至今仍未能阐明。目前已知前列腺增生必须具备有功能的睾丸及年龄增长两个条件。近年来也注意到吸烟、肥胖及酗酒、家族史、人种及地理环境对BPH发生的关系。前列腺增生的早期由于代偿，症状不典型，随着下尿路梗阻加重，症状逐渐明显，临床症状包括储尿期症状，排尿期症状以及排尿后症状。由于病程进展缓慢，难以确定起病时间。目前治疗前列腺增生的方法主要是通过药物治疗或者手术治疗，药物治疗主要是用抗雄性激素药，不仅副作用大，而且容易复发，手术治疗存在一定的风险，治标不治本。

为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种有效的治疗前列腺增生的中药及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明采用了以下技术方案：
一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，由以下原料制备而得：泽泻10-15克，寒水石10-15克，木通5-10克，车前子5-10克，五加皮6-9克，白茅根15-30克，芫花0.5-1克，冬葵子6-15克，锁阳5-9克，泽兰6-12克，肉苁蓉10-15克，甘草6-15克。

寒水石：味辛、咸，寒。归心、胃、肾经。清热泻火，利窍，消肿。用于热病烦渴，丹毒烫伤。
木通：味苦，性寒。归心、小肠、膀胱经。有利尿通淋，清心除烦，通经下乳的功效。用于淋证，水肿，心烦尿赤，口舌生疮，经闭乳少，湿热痹痛。
车前子：味甘，性寒。归肝、肾、肺、小肠经。清热利尿通淋，渗湿止泻，明目，祛痰。用于热淋涩痛，水肿胀满，暑湿泄泻，目赤肿痛，痰热咳嗽。
五加皮：味辛、苦，性温。肝、肾经。有祛风湿，补益肝肾，强筋壮骨，利水消肿的作用。用于风湿痹病，筋骨痿软，小儿行迟，体虚乏力，水肿，脚气。
白茅根：甘，寒。归肺、胃、膀胱经。凉血止血，清热利尿。用于血热吐血，衄血，尿血，热病烦渴，肺热咳嗽，胃热呕吐，湿热黄疸，水肿尿少，热淋涩痛。

肉苁蓉：味甘；咸；性温。归肾；大肠经。补肾阳；益精血；润肠道。主肾阳虚衰；精血不足之阳痿；遗精；白浊；尿频余沥；腰痛脚弱；耳鸣目花；月经衍期；宫寒不孕；肠燥便秘。
甘草：味甘，性平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
本发明以泽泻、寒水石、木通、车前子、五加皮、白茅根、芫花、冬葵子、锁阳、泽兰、肉苁蓉、甘草为药物成分，具有利水渗湿、化浊降脂、清热泻火、利窍消肿、利尿通淋、清心除烦、通经下乳、渗湿止泻、祛风湿、补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、利水消肿、凉血止血、清热利尿、润肠通便、活血调经、祛瘀消痈、利水消肿、补脾益气、清热解毒、缓急止痛的功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，包括以下原料制备得到：泽泻12克，寒水石12克，木通7克，车前子8克，五加皮6克，白茅根20克，芫花0.6克，冬葵子10克，锁阳7克，泽兰7克，肉苁蓉13克，甘草12克。
制备方法：按配方称取药材，将称取的药材混合均匀，接着将药材洗净、切碎后烘干至含水量小于1%，然后进行研磨,采用80目的筛子进行过筛，将得到的混合物放入棉布袋中大火蒸煮40分钟后，再用小火蒸煮20分钟，用纱布过滤，得到滤液即可。
实施例2：
一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，包括以下原料制备得到：泽泻10克，寒水石10克，木通5克，车前子6克，五加皮6克，白茅根18克，芫花0.5克，冬葵子8克，锁阳5克，泽兰7克，肉苁蓉12克，甘草8克。
制备方法：同实施例1。
实施例3：
一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，包括以下原料制备得到：泽泻15克，寒水石15克，木通5克，车前子5克，五加皮9克，白茅根15克，芫花0.6克，冬葵子8克，锁阳8克，泽兰8克，肉苁蓉12克，甘草6克。
制备方法：同实施例1。
效果：上述药物的有效组合，互相协调，可以有效达到治疗前列腺增生之目的，且副作用较少。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗前列腺增生的中药及其制备方法，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：泽泻10-15克，寒水石10-15克，木通5-10克，车前子5-10克，五加皮6-9克，白茅根15-30克，芫花0.5-1克，冬葵子6-15克，锁阳5-9克，泽兰6-12克，肉苁蓉10-15克，甘草6-15克。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：泽泻12克，寒水石12克，木通7克，车前子8克，五加皮6克，白茅根20克，芫花0.6克，冬葵子10克，锁阳7克，泽兰7克，肉苁蓉13克，甘草12克。
