本发明涉及中药，具体是一种用于治疗痤疮的药物。
背景技术
痤疮，也叫青春痘、粉刺、暗疮，是皮肤科常见病，多发病。主要好发于青少年，在青春期男性有95％，女性有85％患过不同程度的痤疮，所以大家称其为“青春痘”是很贴切的。对青少年的心理和社交影响很大，但青春期后往往能自然减轻或痊愈。痤疮是一种发生于毛囊皮脂腺的慢性皮肤病，多发于头面部，颈部，前胸后背等皮脂腺丰富的部位。痤疮的发生主要与皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、细菌感染和炎症反应等因素密切相关。进入青春期后人体内雄激素特别是睾酮的水平迅速升高，促进皮脂腺发育并产生大量皮脂。同时毛囊皮脂腺导管的角化异常造成导管堵塞，皮脂排出障碍，形成角质栓即微粉刺。毛囊中多种微生物尤其是痤疮丙酸杆菌大量繁殖，痤疮丙酸杆菌产生的脂酶分解皮脂生成游离脂肪酸，同时趋化炎症细胞和介质，最终诱导并加重炎症反应。
皮损好发于面部及上胸背部。痤疮的非炎症性皮损表现为开放性和闭合性粉刺。闭合性粉刺(又称白头)的典型皮损是约1毫米大小的肤色丘疹，无明显毛囊开口。开放性粉刺(又称黑头)表现为圆顶状丘疹伴显著扩张的毛囊开口。粉刺进一步发展会演变成各种炎症性皮损，表现为炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节和囊肿。炎性丘疹呈红色，直径1～5毫米不等；脓疱大小一致，其中充满了白色脓液；结节直径大于5毫米，触之有硬结和疼痛感；囊肿的位置更深，充满了脓液和血液的混合物。这些皮损还可融合形成大的炎性斑块和窦道等。炎症性皮损消退后常常遗留色素沉着、持久性红斑、凹陷性或肥厚性瘢痕。痤疮消退后可留有暂时性色素斑，或小的坑凹状疤痕。
现在多以西药治疗为主，但是效果较慢，其副作用大，会引起其他疾病。而目前的一些中药的治疗效率也不甚理想，且疗效不显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效好、疗程短、成本低、无毒副作用的治疗痤疮的药物。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：
一种用于治疗痤疮的药物，主要由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
黄连6-10份，黄芩8-10份，黄柏12-18份，枇杷叶8-12份，桑叶8-12份，地丁草8-12份，野菊花12-18份，金银花12-18份，大青叶6-10份，蒲公英8-12份，穿心莲12-18份，丹皮8-12份，赤芍6-10份，连翘8-10份，甘草5-7份。
上述用于痤疮的药物，各原料的最佳重量份配比为：
黄连8份，黄芩9份，黄柏15份，枇杷叶10份，桑叶10份，地丁草10份，野菊花15份，金银花15份，大青叶8份，蒲公英10份，穿心莲15份，丹皮10份，赤芍8份，连翘9份，甘草6份。
所述的原料药材在中药店及市场有售。
本发明药物的制备方法如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量4-6倍浓度为30-60％的乙醇浸渍5-7天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液60-100份，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入600-1000份水和0.8-1份山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置24-30h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用80-100份蔗糖，加100-150份水煮沸35-45min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加800-1000份水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
本发明中，各原料药的药理、功效如下：
黄连：清热燥湿，泻火解毒。湿热痞满，呕吐吞酸，泻痢，黄疸，高热神昏，心火亢盛，心烦不寐，心悸不宁，血热吐衄，目赤，牙痛，消渴，痈肿疗疮；外治湿疹，湿疮，耳道流脓。
黄芩：有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。
黄柏：有清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮的功效。用于湿热泻痢，黄疸尿赤，带下阴痒，热淋涩痛，脚气痿蹙，骨蒸劳热，盗汗，遗精，疮疡肿毒，湿疹湿疮。
枇杷叶：清肺止咳，降逆止呕。肺热咳嗽，气逆喘急，胃热呕吐，哕逆。可治疗口干消渴，肺风面疮，粉刺。
桑叶：疏散风热，清肺润燥，平肝明目，凉血止血。风热感冒，温病初起，肺热咳嗽，肝阳上亢眩晕，目赤昏花，血热妄行之咳血、吐血。
地丁草：清热解毒。治温病高热烦躁，流感，传染性肝炎，肾炎，瘰疬，腮腺炎，疔疮及其它化脓性感染。
野菊花：具疏散风热、消肿解毒。能治疗疔疮痈肿、咽喉肿痛、风火赤眼、头痛眩晕等病证。
金银花：既能宣散风热，还善清解血毒，用于各种热性病，如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症。
大青叶：清热解毒，凉血消斑。用于热病高热烦渴；神昏；斑疹；吐血；衄血；黄疸；泻痢；丹毒；喉痹；口疮；痄腮。
蒲公英：清热解毒，利尿散结。治急性乳腺炎，淋巴腺炎，瘰疬，疔毒疮肿，急性结膜炎，感冒发热，急性扁桃体炎，急性支气管炎，胃炎，肝炎，胆囊炎，尿路感染。
穿心莲：有清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛作用。常用于感冒发热，咽喉肿痛，口舌生疮，顿咳劳嗽，泄泻痢疾，热淋涩痛，痈肿疮疡，蛇虫咬伤。
丹皮：清热凉血；活血散瘀。温热病热入血分；发斑；吐衄；热泪盈眶病菌后期热伏阴分发热；阴虚骨蒸潮热；血滞经闭；痛经；痈肿疮毒；跌扑伤痛；风湿热痹。
赤芍：清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于热人营血，温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，经闭痛经，瘾瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。
连翘：清热，解毒，散结，消肿。治温热，丹毒，斑疹，痈疡肿毒，瘰疬，小便淋闭。
甘草：具有补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药之功效。常用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。

下面结合实施例对本发明内容作进一步的说明，但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种用于治疗痤疮的药物，主要由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
黄连6kg，黄芩8kg，黄柏12kg，枇杷叶8kg，桑叶8kg，地丁草8kg，野菊花12kg，金银花12kg，大青叶6kg，蒲公英8kg，穿心莲12kg，丹皮8kg，赤芍6kg，连翘8kg，甘草5kg。
本发明药物的制备方法如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量5倍浓度为45％的乙醇浸渍6天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液60kg，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入600kg水和0.8kg山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置24h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用80kg蔗糖，加100kg水煮沸35min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加800kg水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
实施例2
一种用于治疗痤疮的药物，主要由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
黄连8kg，黄芩9kg，黄柏15kg，枇杷叶10kg，桑叶10kg，地丁草10kg，野菊花15kg，金银花15kg，大青叶8kg，蒲公英10kg，穿心莲15kg，丹皮10kg，赤芍8kg，连翘9kg，甘草6kg。
本发明药物的制备方法如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量5倍浓度为45％的乙醇浸渍6天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液80kg，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入800kg水和0.9kg山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置27h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用90kg蔗糖，加125kg水煮沸40min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加900kg水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
实施例3
一种用于治疗痤疮的药物，主要由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
黄连10kg，黄芩10kg，黄柏18kg，枇杷叶12kg，桑叶12kg，地丁草12kg，野菊花18kg，金银花18kg，大青叶10kg，蒲公英12kg，穿心莲18kg，丹皮12kg，赤芍10kg，连翘10kg，甘草7kg。
本发明药物的制备方法如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量6倍浓度为60％的乙醇浸渍7天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液100kg，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入1000kg水和1kg山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置30h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用100kg蔗糖，加150kg水煮沸45min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加1000kg水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
为了进一步证明本发明中药的临床疗效，选择收治患者中的90例，对本发明药物的疗效进行临床观察。年龄15-35岁，随机分为3组，每组为30例，分别为实验组1-3组。
实验组1-3组分别服用实施例1-3的药物，每日3次，每次内服4g，10天为一个疗程，连续服用1-2个疗程，视病情轻重加减疗程。其中显效84例，有效87例，治愈82例，无效3例，治愈率91.1％，有效率96.7％。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于治疗痤疮的药物，其特征是：主要由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
黄连6-10份，黄芩8-10份，黄柏12-18份，枇杷叶8-12份，桑叶8-12份，地丁草8-12份，野菊花12-18份，金银花12-18份，大青叶6-10份，蒲公英8-12份，穿心莲12-18份，丹皮8-12份，赤芍6-10份，连翘8-10份，甘草5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于痤疮的药物，其特征是：各原料的重量份配比为：
黄连8份，黄芩9份，黄柏15份，枇杷叶10份，桑叶10份，地丁草10份，野菊花15份，金银花15份，大青叶8份，蒲公英10份，穿心莲15份，丹皮10份，赤芍8份，连翘9份，甘草6份。
3.一种用于治疗痤疮的药物的制备方法，其特征是：具体步骤如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量4-6倍浓度的乙醇浸渍5-7天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液60-100份，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入水和山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置24-30h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用蔗糖，加水煮沸35-45min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗痤疮的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(1)中加入的乙醇的浓度为30-60％。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗痤疮的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(2)中水的加入量为600-1000份，山梨酸钾的加入量为0.8-1份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗痤疮的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(3)中的蔗糖的量为80-100份，水的量为100-150份。
7.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗痤疮的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(4)中水的加入量为800-1000份。
