本发明公开了一种和胃止痛消炎汤,采用的原料药材分别是:柴胡15份、白芍15份、炙甘草10份、白术15份、桔梗15份、徐长卿15份、连翘15份、制附子15份、延胡索15份、陈皮20份、旋复花15份、乌梅10份、全瓜蒌15份、仙鹤草15份、三七15份。以上方所选用的原料药材药性效互补,规避了药物之间配伍的相恶、相畏、相杀之选,使药物相须、相使作用显著,具有提高免疫力作用。在治疗上能达到调肝和胃、健脾适中、消炎止痛的目的。内服对慢性胃炎、胃溃疡具有确切疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药领域,具体涉及一种和胃止痛消炎汤,具有调肝和胃、健脾适中、消炎止痛的功效,用于慢性胃炎、胃溃疡效果明显。
背景技术
慢性非萎缩性胃炎是指不伴有胃黏膜萎缩性改变、胃黏膜层见以淋巴细胞和浆细胞为主的慢性炎症细胞浸润的慢性胃炎。根据病变分布,可再分为胃窦炎、胃体炎、全胃炎(以胃窦为主)或全胃炎(以胃体为主)。临床表现:多数慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者可无任何症状,有症状者主要表现为上腹痛或不适、上腹胀、早饱、嗳气和恶心等非特异性消化不良症状。功能性消化不良患者可伴或不伴有慢性胃炎,根除幽门螺杆菌后慢性胃炎组织学可得到显著改善,但并不能缓解多数组织学改善者的消化不良症状,提示慢性胃炎与消化不良症状无密切相关。

本发明采用的技术方案是:
所述和胃止痛消炎汤,采用的原料药材分别是:柴胡15份、白芍15份、炙甘草10份、白术15份、桔梗15份、徐长卿15份、连翘15份、制附子15份、延胡索15份、陈皮20份、旋复花15份、乌梅10份、全瓜蒌15份、仙鹤草15份、三七15份。
其制备方法是为以下步骤:步骤一)、称取原料药材柴胡15份、白芍15份、炙甘草10份、白术15份、桔梗15份、徐长卿15份、连翘15份、制附子15份、延胡索15份、陈皮20份、旋复花15份、乌梅10份、全瓜蒌15份、仙鹤草15份、三七15份,去除杂质,用凉白开水迅速淘洗,沥去水液,晒干;
步骤二)、把步骤一)所获原料药材分别制成饮片,置适宜煎煮器中,加入清水适量,浸泡适宜时间,加热至沸,保持微沸状态一定时间(约0.5~1小时),分离煎出液;
步骤三)、把步骤二)所获得过滤后的药渣再加水适量煎煮,按规定煎煮2~3次后,合并煎出液,过滤或沉降分离煎出液;
步骤四)、把步骤三)所获中药制剂进行密封包装,获得商品中药制剂。
本发明选取的原料药材中,其功效和药理作用分别是:

白芍:化学成分:芍药甙、牡丹酚、芍药花甙,尚含苯甲酸、挥发油、脂肪油、树脂、鞣质、糖、淀粉、粘液质、蛋白质、β-谷甾醇和三萜类等。药性功效:白芍性凉,味苦酸,微寒,具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛、敛阴止汗等功效,适用于阴虚发热、月经不调、胸腹胁肋疼痛、四肢挛急,泻痢腹痛、自汗盗汗、崩漏、带下等症。芍药甙有抗菌、解热、抗炎、增加冠状动脉流量、改善心肌营养血流、扩张血管、对抗急性心肌缺血、抑制血小板聚集、镇静、镇痛、解痉、抗溃疡、调节血糖的作用。白芍煎剂能抑制痢疾杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌等。
炙甘草:含有甘草甜素、甘草次酸、甘草多糖等多种化学成分,具有抗炎及抗变态反应作用,可调节机体免疫功能,抗肿瘤和止痛作用。因此炙甘草的主要功效是和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药。常用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心动悸,脉结代,可解附子毒。
白术:【性味归经】苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。功效:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。
桔梗:味苦、辛,性微温。入肺经。能祛痰止咳,并有宣肺、排脓作用。【功效】:宣肺、祛痰、利咽、排脓、利五脏、补气血、补五劳、养气。【主治】:咳嗽痰多、咽喉肿痛、肺痈吐脓、胸满胁痛、痢疾腹痛、口舌生疮、目赤肿痛、小便癃闭。用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛,音哑,肺痈吐脓,疮疡脓成不溃。
徐长卿:性味:辛,温。归经:归肝经、胃经。功能:祛风化湿,止痛止痒。主治:用于风湿痹痛,胃痛胀满,牙痛,腰痛,跌扑损伤,荨麻疹、湿疹。主要成分:徐长卿的全草大约含有牡丹酚(Paeonol)1%.尚含有与肉珊瑚甙元(Sarcostin)、去酰牛皮消甙元(Deacylcynanchogenin)、茸毛牛奶藤甙元(Tomentogenin)和去酰萝藦甙元(Deacylmetaplexigenin)极为相似的物质以及醋酸、桂皮酸等。
连翘:【化学成分】果实含连翘酚、甾醇化合物、皂甙(无溶血性)及黄酮醇甙类、马苔树脂醇甙等。抗菌作用连翘浓缩煎剂在体外有抗菌作用,可抑制伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、白喉杆菌及霍乱弧菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌等。【功用主治】清热解毒,消肿散结,疏散风热,有“疮家圣药”之称。治温热,丹毒,斑疹,痈疡肿毒,瘰疬,小便淋闭,清心火。
制附子:【性味与归经】辛、甘,大热;有毒。归心、肾、脾经。【功能与主治】回阳救逆,补火助阳,逐风寒湿邪。用于亡阳虚脱,肢冷脉微,阳痿,宫冷,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,阴寒水肿,阳虚外感,寒湿痹
延胡索:功能主治:活血,散瘀,理气,止痛。治心腹腰膝诸痛,月经不调,症瘕,崩中,产后血晕,恶露不尽,跌打损伤。
陈皮:【性味】苦、辛,温。【归经】归肺、脾经。【主治功效】:理气健脾,调中,燥湿,化痰。主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良。湿浊阻中之胸闷腹胀、纳呆便溏。痰湿壅肺之咳嗽气喘。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
旋复花:治胸中痰结,胁下胀满,咳喘,呃逆,唾如胶漆,心下痞鞭,噫气不除,大腹水肿。
乌梅:【性味】酸、涩,平。【归经】归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。【功能主治】敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔。用于肺虚久咳;虚热烦渴;久疟;久泻;痢疾;便血;尿血;血崩;蛔厥腹痛;呕吐;钩虫病。功效:保护肠胃;消除便秘;增进食欲;防老化;清血;孕妇止吐;解酒功能;增加能量。
全瓜蒌:化学成分:含三萜皂甙、有机酸及其盐类、树脂、糖类、精氨酸、赖氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、甘氨酸及类生物碱物质、色素等;功能主治:清热涤痰,宽胸散结,润燥滑肠。用于肺热咳嗽,痰浊黄稠,胸痹心痛,结胸痞满,乳痈,肺痈,肠痈肿痛,大便秘结。
仙鹤草:【性味归经】苦、涩,平。归心、肝经。【功用主治】收敛止血,止痢,杀虫。广泛用于各种出血之证,例如:吐血、尿血、便血、崩漏、咯血、衄血,赤白痢疾,劳伤脱力,痈肿,跌打,创伤出血等证。
三七:[性味归经]:性温、味甘、微苦、无毒、归肝、胃经。功能:止血;散血;定痛。主治:跌扑瘀肿,胸痹绞痛,症瘕;血瘀经闭;痛经;产后瘀阴腹痛;疮痈肿痛。
以上方所选用的原料药材药性效互补,规避了药物之间配伍的相恶、相畏、相杀之选,使药物相须、相使作用显著,具有提高免疫力作用。在治疗上能达到调肝和胃、健脾适中、消炎止痛的目的。内服对慢性胃炎、胃溃疡具有确切疗效。本发明中药制剂的功效在临床应用当中得到了证实,临床药效试验材料及典型病例:
1.位XX,男,43岁。胃部隐痛,时轻时重已5年余,曾服用多种中西药,一直未愈,近1个月加重。顷诊:胃痛隐隐,口燥咽于,渴而不饮,食量渐减,食后作胀,食辛辣之品痛甚,头晕乏力,两目干涩,视物昏花,五心烦热,面色萎黄,舌红无苔,脉细数。胃病日久,胃阴被伤,失于濡养,气滞作痛。治以调肝和胃、健脾适中、消炎止痛法。服本方10剂后,胃痛已止,诸症悉减,惟便干,手足心热。继续服用本方25剂后,症状消失,病愈。
方法和有效量:柴胡15份、白芍15份、炙甘草10份、白术15份、桔梗15份、徐长卿15份、连翘15份、制附子15份、延胡索15份、陈皮20份、旋复花15份、乌梅10份、全瓜蒌15份、仙鹤草15份、三七15份。
其制备方法是为以下步骤:步骤一)、称取原料药材柴胡15份、白芍15份、炙甘草10份、白术15份、桔梗15份、徐长卿15份、连翘15份、制附子15份、延胡索15份、陈皮20份、旋复花15份、乌梅10份、全瓜蒌15份、仙鹤草15份、三七15份,去除杂质,用凉白开水迅速淘洗,沥去水液,晒干;
步骤二)、把步骤一)所获原料药材分别制成饮片,置适宜煎煮器中,加入清水适量,浸泡适宜时间,加热至沸,保持微沸状态一定时间(约0.5~1小时),分离煎出液;
步骤三)、把步骤二)所获得过滤后的药渣再加水适量煎煮,按规定煎煮2~3次后,合并煎出液,过滤或沉降分离煎出液;
步骤四)、把步骤三)所获中药制剂进行密封包装,获得商品中药制剂。
汤剂内服为主,每日1剂,水煎服,早晚各服1次,每次100ml温服。

1.一种所述和胃止痛消炎汤,其特征在于,采用的原料药材分别是:柴胡15份、白芍15份、炙甘草10份、白术15份、桔梗15份、徐长卿15份、连翘15份、制附子15份、延胡索15份、陈皮20份、旋复花15份、乌梅10份、全瓜蒌15份、仙鹤草15份、三七15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的和胃止痛消炎汤,其特征在于:其制备方法,制备方法是为以下步骤:步骤一)、称取原料药材柴胡15份、白芍15份、炙甘草10份、白术15份、桔梗15份、徐长卿15份、连翘15份、制附子15份、延胡索15份、陈皮20份、旋复花15份、乌梅10份、全瓜蒌15份、仙鹤草15份、三七15份,去除杂质,用凉白开水迅速淘洗,沥去水液,晒干;
