Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白抗衰老护肤品及其制备方法,以重量份计,所述美白抗衰老护肤品的原料包括:水、50.0~60份;EGCG单体、0.8~1.4份;人参提取物、10.0~15.0份;葡萄籽提取物、10.0~15.0份;胶原蛋白、4.0~6份;添加剂、6.0~10.5份。本发明还公开了所述美白抗衰老护肤品的制备方法。与传统化学合成的美白化妆品相比,本发明原料为天然植物提取物,化妆品更加安全,环保,无重金属及有机溶剂残留等问题,同时美白抗衰老效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种美白抗衰老护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着中国经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平也在不断改进,化妆品从奢侈品走进了普通百姓家中,成为了生活必不可少的日用品。目前,我国成为全球最有潜力的化妆品市场。而且,化妆品行业也成为我国国民经济中发展最快的行业之一。从国内外化妆品的发展情况可以看出,美白抗衰老产品将成为未来化妆品市场发展的新趋势。但市场现有的美白抗衰老产品,很多都是以牺牲皮肤健康为代价,对皮肤造成不可逆的损伤。因此,有必要对现有的美白抗衰老护肤品进行改进。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种美白抗衰老护肤品,配方新颖,美白抗衰老效果好。本发明的另一个目的是提供该美白抗衰老护肤品的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的美白抗衰老护肤品,以重量份计,原料包括:
EGCG单体:本配方所用EGCG为天然植物提取物茶多酚中的儿茶素类主要单体—表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯。EGCG能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,因而能从根本上阻止黑色素的生成,使皮肤增白;同时,EGCG能有效吸收200-300nm波长的紫外线,可减少紫外线引起的皮肤黑色素的形成,也被称为“紫外线过滤器”。此外,EGCG还可以通过抑制细胞膜被氧化成褐斑来延缓细胞衰老。通过与皮肤中的蛋白质以氢键和疏水键等方式发生复合反应,EGCG对皮肤收敛和保湿也起到一定作用。上述重量含量经过试验所得,EGCG单体含量过低达不到效果,过高会带来不良副作用。
人参提取物:人参提取物具有增强人体表面细胞的活力,抑制衰老等作用。人参提取物与本配方的核心原料EGCG起协同作用,含量过低过高都会影响EGCG的效果。
葡萄籽提取物:葡萄籽提取物中含有的原花青素是国际上公认的清除人体内自由基有效的天然抗氧化剂,具有非常强的体内活性实验证明,原花青素的抗自由基氧化能力是维生素E的50倍,维生素C的20倍。国内外研究表明,原花青素可以抵抗自由基、抗老化、帮助维生素C和E的吸收,降低紫外线伤害、减少黑色素沉淀,预防胶原纤维及弹性纤维的破坏,使肌肤保持应有的弹性及张力,避免皮肤下垂及皱纹产生。葡萄籽提取物在此配方中起辅助作用,含量过低起不到作用,过高没必要。
胶原蛋白:具有保湿、滋养皮肤、亮肤、紧肤、防皱效果。
所述的添加剂包括保湿剂、防腐剂和乳化剂。
保湿剂发挥保湿作用,含量过低达不到保湿的效果,含量过高影响主成分挥发作用。防腐剂发挥防腐作用,含量过低达不到防腐作用,过高影响主成分发挥作用。乳化剂发挥乳化作用,含量过低达不到乳化作用,过高影响主成分发挥作用。以重量份计,保湿剂为3.0~5份,防腐剂为1.0~2份,乳化剂为2.0~3.5份。
所述的保湿剂可以为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、透明质酸等。
所述的防腐剂可以为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、咪唑烷基脲、已内酰脲等。
所述的乳化剂可以为丙二醇脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、氢化卵磷脂等。
所述的美白抗衰老护肤品的组成还包括香料。
香料可以改善产品气味,含量过低起不到效果,过高会影响主要成分发挥作用。以重量份计,所述的香料为2.0~3.5份。
所述的香料可以为茉莉花。
本发明还提供了所述的美白抗衰老护肤品的制备方法,包括:
(1)将水加热,加入人参提取物、葡萄籽提取物搅匀后于25-30℃放置10~40min后过滤,得复配提取物溶液;
(2)将胶原蛋白、添加剂与所述的复配提取物溶液混合均匀后加入EGCG单体,搅匀溶解后的所述的美白抗衰老护肤品。
提取物需要初步溶解、过滤后才能使用,最后添加EGCG单体可以避免其他原料处理过程中破坏其结构而影响效果。
当需要添加香料时,将所述的香料与人参提取物、葡萄籽提取物一起加入到水中。
步骤(1)中,水加热至60-65℃,使提取物中有效成分充分溶出。
本发明中,人参提取物和葡萄籽提取物均为市面上可购买的产品,其中人参提取物中有效成分人参总皂甙≥80%(UV检测),葡萄籽提取物中有效成分原花青素≥80%(HPLC检测)。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以EGCG为核心原料,添加其他相应成分进行合理搭配组成本护肤品配方,具有优异的美白抗氧化(即抗衰老)作用。
EGCG多效护肤,能从源头调解皮肤多重问题
原料利用高纯度EGCG,少量高效,有效改善化妆品之间的配伍性。
与传统化学合成的美白化妆品相比,本原料为天然植物提取物,化妆品更加安全,环保,无重金属及有机溶剂残留等问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
本发明实施例中,人参提取物购于四川同泰植物化工有限公司,葡萄籽提取物购于陕西柏威生物科技有限公司。
实施例1
(1)原料组成:
(2)制备方法如下:
将50.0kg去离子水加入反应锅中,加热至60-65℃,边搅拌边加入人参提取物10.0kg、葡萄籽提取物10.0kg、茉莉花2.0kg搅拌均匀后在25-30℃下放置处理30分钟,过滤即得复配提取物溶液;将胶原蛋白4.0kg、甘油3.0kg、苯甲酸钠1.0kg、丙二醇脂肪酸酯2.0kg,加入到步骤(1)的混合溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入EGCG单体0.8kg,搅拌溶解,即得。
实施例2
(1)原料组成:
(2)制备方法如下:
将55.0kg去离子水加入反应锅中,加热至60-65℃,边搅拌边加入人参提取物12.0kg、葡萄籽提取物12.0kg、茉莉花3.0kg搅拌均匀后在25-30℃下放置处理30分钟,过滤即得复配提取物溶液;将胶原蛋白5.0kg、甘油4.0kg、苯甲酸钠1.5kg、丙二醇脂肪酸酯3.0kg,加入到步骤(1)的混合溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入EGCG单体1.0kg,搅拌溶解,即得。
实施例3
(1)原料组成:
(2)制备方法如下:
将60.0kg去离子水加入反应锅中,加热至60-65℃,边搅拌边加入人参提取物15.0kg、葡萄籽提取物15.0kg、茉莉花3.5kg搅拌均匀后在25-30℃下放置处理30分钟,过滤即得复配提取物溶液;将胶原蛋白6.0kg、甘油5.0kg、苯甲酸钠2.0kg、丙二醇脂肪酸酯3.5kg,加入到步骤(1)的混合溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入EGCG单体1.4kg,搅拌溶解,即得。
对比例1
配方中不含人参提取物,其余同实施例1。
对比例2
配方中人参提取物为8kg,其余同实施例1。
对比例3
配方中人参提取物为17kg,其余同实施例1。
本发明实施例1-3所述的护肤品的美白抗衰老试验如下:
刺激性试验:试验对象为19-25岁女性,90人,将本发明实施例1-3制备的生物美白抗衰老液涂于手背30人,肘部30人,耳后30人,面积为25mm×25mm,经过4天后,只有1人肘部有异样感觉,其它人均无发痒、丘疹、红肿。
美白试验:试验对象为19-25岁女性,皮肤较黑,眼角、面颊有色斑,用拇指和食指捏起皮肤有细小皱纹,眼角皱纹明显,皮肤明显粗燥。。试验对象其他选择标准:无严重、系统性疾病,无免疫缺陷或自身免疫性疾病者,无过敏性疾病者,既往对护肤类化妆品无过敏史,近一月内未曾全身使用激素类药物及免疫抑制剂者,未参加其他临床试验者,志愿者参加并能按试验要求完成规定内容者,不包括妊娠或补乳期妇女、室外工作为主、无法避免日晒者、试验期间因各种原因导致日晒增加者、试用期间全身应用激素类、免疫制剂类药物者、试用期间面部应用抗炎药物者、未按规定使用受试物或资料不全者。
实验者人数:符合化妆品抗氧化效果评价指南及美白类化妆品功效评估方法指导原则所规定的受试者数量(30人以上),随机分为六组,每组32人,按照组别分别试用实施例1-3和对比例1-3的化妆品组合物,早、晚涂于面部肌肤,30天后进行感官评价,其中
显著有效:色斑明显减少甚至完全消失,皮肤光亮、润滑;
效果明显:色斑减少或变浅,皮肤亮度增加或逐渐恢复弹性;
一般效果:色斑略有变浅,皮肤亮度稍有提升;
无效:使用前后皮肤无变化。

备注:表中数据代表该评价结果下人数所占的百分比。
1、护肤品
根据实施例1-3的组方和制备方法,制备成本发明的抗衰老护肤品。
2、实验分组
空白对照组:加入DMSO(二甲基亚砜),市售所得。
对照组:
实施例1组:加入实施例1护肤品,按生药量计,25mg/ml。
实施例2组:加入实施例2护肤品,按生药量计,25mg/ml。
实施例3组:加入实施例3护肤品,按生药量计,25mg/ml。
以上各组药液均以DMSO配制,每组设置6个重复。
3、实验方法
分别在已加入含有超氧阴离子的100ul基础药液的多孔板内加入上述相应的浓度的药物20ul,加入四唑氮蓝100μl,于25℃条件下孵育10min,于550nm处测定吸光度值,计算清除率=(OD空白-OD样品)/OD空白×100%。所得实验数据均采用SPSS Statistics 19统计软件进行方差分析及组间检验。

由表1结果可知,与空白对照组相比较,各实施例组均对超氧阴离子自由基有明显的清除作用,并且清除率达到了80%以上。

1.一种美白抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,以重量份计,原料包括:
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述的添加剂包括保湿剂、防腐剂和乳化剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的美白抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,以重量份计,保湿剂为3.0~5份,防腐剂为1.0~2份,乳化剂为2.0~3.5份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的美白抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述的保湿剂可以为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、聚乙二醇和透明质酸中的一种或几种;所述的防腐剂可以为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、咪唑烷基脲和已内酰脲的一种或几种;所述的乳化剂可以为丙二醇脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和氢化卵磷脂的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的美白抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述的美白抗衰老护肤品的组成还包括香料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的美白抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述的香料为2.0~3.5份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的美白抗衰老护肤品,其特征在于,所述的香料可以为茉莉花。
8.根据权利要求1所述的美白抗衰老护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)将水加热,加入人参提取物、葡萄籽提取物搅匀后于25-30℃放置10~40min后过滤,得复配提取物溶液;
(2)将胶原蛋白、添加剂与所述的复配提取物溶液混合均匀后加入EGCG单体,搅匀溶解后的所述的美白抗衰老护肤品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的美白抗衰老护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,将香料与人参提取物、葡萄籽提取物一起加入到水中。
10.根据权利要求8所述的美白抗衰老护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,水加热至60-65℃。
