Description

药物澄泥砚的制作工艺
本发明涉及砚的制作方法，尤其是一种药物澄泥砚的制作工艺。
砚是“文房四宝”之一，也是中华文化独具特色的一个方面。依其制作方法的不同，砚可分为澄泥砚和古名砖瓦砚。其中澄泥砚是我国最早使用的砚，也是唯一人工制作的砚，但因年代久远。其制作工艺很多已失传。据中国书店1984年6月第一版，1989年12月第四次印刷的书号为ISRN7-80563-081-7/G.2的《古玩指南》第九章第二节所载古时制作澄泥砚的方法，是先将泥置于袋中，过滤成细泥，晾干、掺入黄丹搅拌，再制作成形，然后入窑烧制一复时，最后用墨蜡和米醋蒸5-7次即成。但该方法只给出一个大致过程，许多细节都未记载，且其中有含糊和不合理之处，仅根据它无法作出澄泥砚。
本发明目的是提供一种制作澄泥砚的工艺。
本发明的工艺流程是这样的，将黄泥与黄丹粉混合，过滤，去水，和泥，入模或雕刻，晾晒，入窑烧制，然后熏蒸，最后上蜡、抛光，这样就制成了药物澄泥砚。
本发明填补了我国在制砚行业的一个空白，且工艺简单，易于掌握。用本发明的工艺制作的药物澄泥砚可散发清香，使用者清心养神，且作出的画不被虫蛀，不易臭墨。完全可与古砚比美。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
下述实施例中的比例均为重量比。
实施例1：将黄泥和黄丹粉以10∶0.5加水混合、搅拌(这样不仅混合均匀，而且可在下一工序将黄丹粉中的较大颗粒过滤掉)，用100-120目的过滤网将上述混合物过滤，滤液入池，澄水一星期左右，去水后和泥，再入模或雕刻，然后凉晒到8、9成干，接着入窑烧制、燃料用稻糠和无烟煤0.5∶1的混合物以烧制红花砚，温度在900℃左右，烧制约24小时，取出后以中药、米醋和水混合对其熏蒸，以使制成的砚散发香味，水以刚好淹没药物为宜、混合物的比例为香浮∶黄莲∶沉香∶薄荷叶∶五味子∶桂皮∶米醋＝1∶1∶3∶3∶2∶2∶10，熏蒸时间为约1小时；最后取出，上蜜蜡并抛光。
实施例2：在前述实施例中，入窑烧制所用燃料也可为干牛粪和烟煤0.2∶1的混合物，以制作黑砚。

Claims (9)

1、一种药物澄泥砚的制作工艺，它包括过滤，去水，和泥，入模或雕刻，晾晒，入窑烧制，上蜜蜡，抛光等工艺，其特征是过滤前先将黄泥与黄丹粉加水混合、搅拌；上蜜蜡和抛光前用中药和米醋加水对砚进行熏蒸。
2、权利要求1所述制作工艺，其特征是黄泥与黄丹粉混合的重量比是10∶0.5。
3、权利要求1所述制作工艺，其特征是过滤时所用网为100-120目。
4、权利要求1所述制作工艺，其特征是入窑烧制时所用燃料为稻糠与无烟煤0.5∶1(重量比)的混合物，以烧制红花砚。
5、权利要求1所述制作工艺，其特征是入窑烧制时所用燃料为干牛粪与烟煤0.2∶1(重量比)的混合物，以烧制黑砚。
6、权利要求4、5所述制作工艺。其特征是入窑烧制的温度为900℃。
7、权利要求6所述制作工艺，其特征是入窑烧制时间为24小时左右。
8、权利要求1所述制作工艺。其特征是所述中药、米醋、水的用量为香浮∶黄莲∶沉香∶薄荷叶∶五味子∶桂皮∶米醋。1∶1∶3∶3∶2∶2∶10，水刚好淹没药物。
9.权利要求8所述制作工艺，其特征是熏蒸时间为1小时左右。
