Abstract

本发明提供一种平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚,包括n个平行的拱式塑料大棚、(n‑1)个平行的防虫网大棚和通风门,每两个拱式塑料大棚之间接一个防虫网大棚,通过开在拱式塑料大棚上的通风门连接防虫网大棚,本发明的平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚,采取与客家围屋相似的结构,使大棚具备冬暖夏凉的功能,防虫网大棚、拱式塑料大棚和通风口的合理设置和连接,实现较好的通风回流,为作物生长提供较好的环境。

技术领域
本发明属于农业种植大棚领域,涉及一种平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚。
背景技术
塑料大棚俗称冷棚,是一种简易实用的保护地栽培设施,由于其建造容易、使用方便、投资较少,随着塑料工业的发展,被世界各国普遍采用。利用竹木、钢材等材料,并覆盖塑料薄膜,搭成拱形棚,供栽培蔬菜,能够提早或延迟供应,提高单位面积产量,有得于防御自然灾害,特别是北方地区能在早春和晚秋淡季供应鲜嫩蔬菜。塑料大棚充分利用太阳能,有一定的保温作用,并通过卷膜能在一定范围调节棚内的温度和湿度。因此,塑料大棚在我国北方地区,主要是起到春提前、秋延后的保温栽培作用,一般春季可提前30—35天,秋季能延后20—25天,但不能进行越冬栽培;在我国南方地区,塑料大棚除了冬春季节用于蔬菜、花卉的保温和越冬栽培外,还可更换遮荫网用于夏秋季节的遮荫降温和防雨、防风、防雹等的设施栽培。我国地域辽阔,气候复杂,利用塑料大棚进行蔬菜、花卉等的设施栽培,对缓解蔬菜淡季的供求矛盾起到了特殊的重要作用,具有显著的社会效益和现实的巨大的经济效益。
有的农用塑料大棚通风口比较小,两端都被密封覆盖,造成通风不畅,夏季温度过高,棚内温度、湿度调节能力较弱,尤其是遇到虫害的时候,大棚内使用农药灭虫,易造成蔬菜污染,不利于人们健康。
发明内容
为解决上述问题本发明提供一种平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚,包括n个平行的拱式塑料大棚、(n-1)个平行的防虫网大棚和通风门,每两个拱式塑料大棚之间接一个防虫网大棚,通过开在拱式塑料大棚上的通风门连接防虫网大棚,所述n为≥2的整数,优选的小于100的整数,尤其优选小于10的整数,可通过此连接方式扩充大棚,实现灵活调整大棚数量,相对独立大棚而言能够减少材料,节约成本节省材料,还能够保证大棚通风防虫效果。
本发明的防虫网大棚顶部不密封,采用防虫网覆盖,本发明选用的防虫网的目数为20-40目,目数太小防虫效果不理想,目数太大通风效果不佳。
本发明所述拱式塑料大棚除了与防虫网大棚相连的通风门,其余为密闭不通风,通过通风门实现通风效果,同时密闭的结构又能够具有保温防雨的效果,对于冬季瓜菜的保温具有较好的效果。
本发明所述通风门的门宽为通风门所在那一侧的防虫网大棚长度的1/5-1/3,所述通风门可为1-4个,为了达到较好的通风效果,通风门应该要开的大一些,同时通风还应考虑通风的整体性,避免死角,实现风的进和出,但通风门若过大又不利于拱式塑料大棚的温度保持,本发明对通风门门宽的选择和通风门个数的选择通过实践证明为最优结果。
本发明所述防虫网大棚内部设有挡雨棚,所述挡雨棚的长度、宽度和高度都小于防虫网大棚,所述挡雨棚可为1个或多个,挡雨棚需保证植物不会受雨水危害,可搭于栽培架的上方,栽培架两端的过道可不设挡雨棚,挡雨棚应低于防虫网大棚,高于栽培架约1m即可,避免影响通风效果。
本发明通风门可设有薄膜卷帘,通过手动或自动控制薄膜卷帘实现通风门的开启和关闭。
本发明所述防虫网大棚的顶部最高与拱式塑料大棚的顶部齐平。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚,采取与客家围屋相似的结构,使大棚具备冬暖夏凉的功能,防虫网大棚、拱式塑料大棚和通风口的合理设置和连接,实现较好的通风回流,为作物生长提供较好的环境。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表达的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚,包含n个平行的拱式塑料大棚1、(n-1)个平行的防虫网大棚2和通风门3,每两个拱式塑料大棚1之间接一个防虫网大棚2,通过开在拱式塑料大棚1上的通风门3连接防虫网大棚2,所述n为≥2的整数,所述n的最优为小于10的整数,相对独立大棚而言能够减少材料,节约成本节省材料,还能够保证大棚通风防虫效果。防虫网大棚2进入的风会通过通风门3进入拱式塑料大棚1,再从拱式塑料大棚1通过通风门3出到防虫网大棚2,形成空气的流通,拱式塑料大棚1顶部为密闭不通风,实现防雨保温的效果;防虫网大棚2顶部采取防虫网覆盖,实现通风防虫效果,防虫网大棚2顶部为不密闭结构,使其能够充分通风;通风门3可通过调整其大小,或者是调整薄膜卷帘的开关来控制进入拱式塑料大棚1的风量,可根据季节进行相应调整,控制拱式塑料大棚1内的保温效果;
如图2所示,因防虫网大棚2顶部不密封,因此不能防雨,为避免作物受雨水侵害,可在防虫网大棚2内部设置挡雨棚4,挡雨棚4的数量和大小可灵活调整,挡雨棚4高度应不高于防虫网大棚2,挡雨棚4数量可根据需求设置。

1.一种平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚,其特征在于,包括n个平行的拱式塑料大棚(1)、(n-1)个平行的防虫网大棚(2)和通风门(3),每两个拱式塑料大棚(1)之间接一个防虫网大棚(2),通过在拱式塑料大棚(1)上开通风门(3)连接防虫网大棚(2),所述n为≥2的整数;
所述拱式塑料大棚(1)除了通风门,其余为密闭不通风;所述通风门(3)的门宽为通风门所在那一侧的防虫网大棚(2)长度的1/5-1/3,所述通风门(3)为1-4个;所述防虫网大棚内部设有挡雨棚(4),所述挡雨棚(4)的长度、宽度和高度都小于防虫网大棚(2),所述挡雨棚为1个或多个;所述通风门(3)设有薄膜卷帘,通过手动控制薄膜卷帘实现通风门的开启和关闭;所述防虫网大棚(2)的高度小于或等于拱式塑料大棚(1)的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平行多栏式客家围屋式大棚,其特征在于,所述防虫网大棚(2)顶部不密封,采用防虫网覆盖,所述防虫网的目数为20-40目。
