自管理的充电桩
技术领域
本发明涉及电动车辆的移动和智能电网基础设施的领域,尤其是电动车辆与能量供应商之间的需求和供应机制。尤其是,本发明涉及一种用于规划电动车辆的充电的方法、一种充电桩(charging pole)和一种充电系统。
背景技术
随着电动车辆的高渗透水平,配电电网的操作正面临另一个挑战。当前,预想了电动车辆充电的2个策略:
慢充电可尤其被用在车库和家庭停车中,且可以经由低电压网络基础设施所限制的最大充电电流来定义。
快速充电可以在大型办公室建筑或者购物中心的房基地中的专用充电站和大型停车场中使用,且可以经由提高的充电率来定义,以缩短充电时间,且因此缩短充电的等待时间。
为了便于能量的供应,公用事业可以给车辆提供充电桩和/或充电站。充电桩可以跨大的地理区域分布,且配电网上的负载预计会上升相当多。这将很可能会影响能量价格(其可依赖于充电的时间和供需比)。
从驾驶员的观点,充电时间应该尽可能短。采用快速充电机制,充电过程预想会花费10-15分钟之间。
发明内容
采用持续多于10分钟的充电过程,驾驶员将通常会偏好更好的机制来用于提前规划。如果驾驶员到达充电桩,并使得他/她的汽车被立即充电,而非必须排队片刻(在该时间中他或她或许能够行进到下个桩),是可能更加有效的。此外,驾驶员可能希望优化他/她负担的电能的价格。
由于充电过程通常消耗大量的电能,对于公用事业运营商(operator)和电网运营商,对充电桩的利用进行预测可同样是有益的。
这些目的由独立权利要求的主题实现。此外,示范实施例从从属权利要求和下面的描述中是明显的。
本发明的方面涉及一种用于规划电动车辆的充电的方法。电动车辆可以是汽车、货车、卡车、带有由板载(on-board)电池供电的电动机的摩托车,其适合于通过将它连接到电网来充电。
依照本发明的一实施例,该方法包括在充电桩从电动车辆接收充电的请求、基于充电的请求确定对于电动车辆的充电时隙、调度对于该电动车辆的所述充电时隙、基于充电的请求和充电时隙预测充电桩的负载要求、以及将负载要求发送到对充电桩供应电功率(electrical power)的电网运营商。
例如,电动车辆的驾驶员可以从他的行进路线前面的充电桩要求充电。这可以在带有充电桩的充电站通过打电话来完成,或可以由电动车辆自身通过建立到充电桩的数据通信连接且经由该连接传送该要求来执行。
在对请求的反应中,充电桩可以确定电动车辆的能量要求(例如,基于当前电池负载),且可以确定并调度充电时隙。充电时隙的时间和持续时间可以从电动车辆的能量要求、电动车辆的加载曲线(profile)、和/或已存储在充电桩中的其他充电时隙来确定。来自电网连接的约束也可被考虑以用于确定充电时隙,即,不能够通过电网连接基础设施(诸如变电站或者功率转换单元)传输多于一定量的功率。
从电动车辆的电池的可能加载曲线(其可取决于最大加载电流),例如,充电桩可确定在充电时隙期间的负载要求。类似地,在更多车辆的更多充电时隙期间的负载要求可以被预测。充电桩的将来负载要求可然后被发送到电网运营商,其然后可以使用该信息用于更好地平衡电网。在轮到它时,电网运营商可以通知充电站(桩的总和)区域中有一些电网约束,并且已改变了该站的充电曲线(能量方式,即,功率和时间信息)来保证电网稳定性。
必须理解,充电时隙可包括充电时间(即充电的开始)和充电持续时间。充电时隙的调度可包括连同识别电动车辆的进一步数据一起保存充电时隙(其时间和持续时间)。
依照本发明的一实施例,负载要求包括将来时间间隔的要求的电功率。例如,负载要求(其还可基于更多电动车辆和/或更多充电桩的充电时隙)可包括若干将来时间间隔,每个时间间隔与对于此时间间隔的具体电功率相关联。
依照本发明的一实施例,该方法进一步包括从至少一个第二充电桩接收负载要求、基于该第二桩的负载要求来确定充电时隙。两个或更多充电桩可以被互连到充电系统。例如,充电站的或在具体地理区域的所有充电桩可通信地(communicatively)和彼此互连。通信地互连的充电桩可交换它们的负载要求,并可确定它们的充电时隙,用此类方法使得,例如没有负载峰值被生成。
依照本发明的一实施例,所述第一充电桩和所述至少一个第二充电桩的总体负载要求通过时间移转充电时隙和/或使充电时隙的充电曲线适合于第二桩的负载要求来优化。例如,充电桩可每次只给一个电动车辆充电。因此,新的充电时隙只可以被调度在没有其他车辆的其他充电时隙已经被调度的时间间隔中。然而,可能及时地移动充电时隙的充电时间来例如减小由充电系统的所有充电桩生成的负载峰,和/或在该充电时隙期间通过降低最大充电电流来扩大充电时隙的持续时间。
依照本发明的一实施例,总体负载要求被优化使得最大负载要求被降低和/或总体负载要求被优化使得总体负载要求中的及时改变被降低。必须理解,总体负载要求可以是充电系统的负载要求,即充电系统的充电桩的负载要求。
通过时间移转和/或扩大具体充电时隙,可以例如通过降低负载要求中的峰来降低最大负载要求。作为示例,负载峰可以通过去除生成峰的一些充电时隙来降低。
此外,当负载要求只随着时间缓慢改变时,对于电网运营商这可是有益的。在这种情况下,电网的平衡只可必须缓慢反应。作为示例,带有快速变化负载要求的时间间隔可通过在负载要求的陡峭改变的附近时间移转或扩大充电时隙来均衡。
依照本发明的一实施例,该方法进一步包括基于第二充电桩的负载要求,将电动车辆重新引导到第二充电桩。例如,在第一充电桩需要维护或在第一桩的充电动作已经持续比预期的更长的情况下,第一桩可以确定第二桩是否具有自由充电时隙。如果存在此类充电时隙,电动车辆可被引导到第二桩。
依照本发明的一实施例,该方法进一步包括将充电时隙与充电桩的另一个充电时隙进行交换,以优化总体负载要求。两个桩可交换具体的充电时隙(例如,其具有非常大的及时重叠和/或不同的充电曲线)。例如,当第二桩适合于采用比第一桩更高的最大电流进行充电时,在第一充电桩的充电时隙可以与第二充电桩的一个交换,以在第二充电桩提供更快的充电。在这种情况下,充电系统的负载要求可在充电时隙期间被增加。
依照本发明的一实施例,充电的请求包括如下的至少一个:电动车辆的当前位置、电动车辆的当前速度、电动车辆的电池水平、电动车辆的电池容量、电动车辆的预期到达时间、电动车辆的目的地。充电的请求可包含存在于电动车辆中的数据(其可对确定充电时隙有用)。
有了当前位置和/或当前速度,电动车辆在充电桩的到达的时间可以被确定。也可能到达的时间是由电动车辆自身确定的,例如采用对应的导航软件。
有了电池水平和电池容量,电动车辆的能量要求和/或最大可能的充电速率可以被确定。
电动车辆的目的地(例如由导航软件提供的)可以用于确定可能的备选充电桩(例如,当充电时隙在充电桩之间被交换时)。
在下文中,尤其讨论了充电桩与电动车辆之间的通信。由于电动车辆的充电可比用液体燃料来注满车辆持续更长的时间,因此时间、持续时间和/或充电奖励可以(自动地)在电动车辆到达充电桩之前,在电动车辆与充电桩之间进行协商。
依照本发明的一实施例,该方法进一步包括将带有充电时间的充电的响应发送到电动车辆、从电动车辆接收充电的协定、在接收到协定之后调度充电时隙。必须注意,所有这些步骤以及接收对充电的要求可在电动车辆到达充电桩之前发生。
依照本发明的一实施例,该方法进一步包括在发送充电的响应之后,保留充电时隙以用于预定义持续时间的充电。例如,当充电桩没有从电动车辆接收到充电的协定时,充电时隙可以被释放。
依照本发明的一实施例,充电的响应包括如下的至少一个:充电时隙、充电时间、充电持续时间、估计的到达时间、充电的价格。在充电的响应中,电动车辆和/或它的驾驶员的所有相关数据可以被编码。尤其是,驾驶员可以将充电时间、持续时间和/或奖励与其他充电桩的提议(充电的响应)进行比较,并且例如可以决定其在充电期间是希望省钱还是希望省时。
依照本发明的一实施例,充电的请求、充电的响应和/或充电的协定经由数据通信网络在充电桩与电动车辆之间被传送。例如,这些数据可经由互联网和/或GPRS传送。
依照本发明的一实施例,该方法进一步包括沿着电动车辆的路线提议一连串的充电桩。沿着车辆的路线(例如从车辆的目的地确定的)更多的充电桩被包括在该提议中也可以是可能的。用此类方法,还可以优化电网平衡、充电持续时间和/或充电奖励。
例如,因为能量足以到达第二充电桩,因此电动车辆在第一充电桩没有完全充电,并且在第二桩充电可导致包括所述两个桩的充电系统的总体更低的负载要求。
本发明的进一步方面涉及一种充电桩。必须注意,充电桩可以是适合于给电动车辆充电的任何装置。例如,充电桩可以集成到建筑物的墙壁中。然而,通常,充电桩具有桩形状的外壳,向车辆提供接口以用来交换数据和/或供应电能。
依照本发明的一实施例,该充电桩包括用于给电动车辆充电的充电装置、适合于与电动车辆和对充电桩供应电能的电网的运营商进行通信的通信装置、以及适合于经由充电装置控制电动车辆的充电的计算装置。所有这些组件可被集成到充电桩的外壳中。
依照本发明的一实施例,计算装置适合于执行如上面和下面中所描述的方法。即,该充电桩可适合于与远程电动车辆协商充电时间、持续时间和/或奖励。此外,该充电桩可适合于与其它充电桩交换数据,以用于优化充电桩的总体负载要求。
本发明的进一步方面涉及一种充电系统,其包括经由数据通信网络通信地互连的多个此类充电桩。
例如,充电站可包括自管理桩的充电系统,并且因此不需要任何进一步的中心计算装置。还可以可能的是,所有充电桩沿着街道或高速公路(motorway)以此类方式被互连,例如以用于优化在充电桩的等待时间。
必须理解,如上面和下面中所描述的方法的特征可以是如上面和下面中所描述的充电桩和/或充电系统的特征,反之亦然。

具体实施方式
图1示出智能充电桩10,其包括给电动车辆充电的充电装置12。智能充电桩10还可以适合于当电动车辆被连接到充电装置12时从电动车辆接收信息。例如,当前的电池水平可以以此类方式被接收。
充电桩10此外包括适合于与电动车辆远程通信的第一通信装置14,以及适合于与对充电桩10供应电能的电网的运营商和与其它等同的充电桩远程通信的第二通信装置16。远程通信可意指电动车辆、运营商和/或其它充电桩可以远离充电桩10,例如多于10 m或甚至多于10 km。
适合于经由充电装置12来控制电动车辆的充电,且适合于经由两个通信装置14、16来接收和/或发送数据的计算装置18可被视为充电桩10的房东(landlord)。计算装置18可以实时监视充电桩10的表现和/或可以使行为协调其它的充电桩。
充电桩10的所有组件12、14、16、18可被组装在一个外壳20中,使得充电桩10除了它的充电能力外还提供远程通信信道到电动车辆和电网运营商、以及用于优化它的负载要求的智能。
图2示出多个充电桩10可经由数据通信网络24被通信地互连,以形成充电系统22。例如,为了能够实现充电桩10之间的协调,充电桩10可以彼此互相连接(例如,使用环形网络)。
图3示出说明当电动车辆26可远离充电桩10时的电动车辆26与充电桩10之间的通信的图。此类通信可使顾客(电动车辆26的驾驶员)能够及时到达和/或使电动车辆26能够被及时充电。顾客在充电站的等待时间可被尽可能多地最小化。
在第一步骤中,电动车辆26发送充电的请求28给充电桩10。电动车辆26可通过使用不同的通信手段,诸如无线数据通信网络34(比如GPRS通信、互联网等)来传播充电的请求。
充电的请求28可包括电动车辆26的当前位置、电动车辆的当前速度、电动车辆的电池水平、电动车辆的电池容量、电动车辆的预期到达时间和/或电动车辆的目的地。例如,车辆的位置可被定位服务38(比如GPS)确定。
在下个步骤中,充电的请求28在充电桩10被接收。充电桩10设法响应来自电动车辆26的充电的请求28。充电桩10计算必要的信息来形成充电的响应30。该计算可基于(但不限制于)来自其它顾客/电动车辆的可用的充电的承诺协定、可用的存储能量、在那个时间的能量价格、充电桩的可用性等。
尤其是,充电桩10基于充电的请求28和上面提到的信息,确定对于电动车辆26的充电时隙40(见图4)。
图4示出带有在时间t期间被一个接一个地排列的充电时隙40a、40b、40c、40d的图。充电时隙40a、40b、40c、40d中的每一个与电动车辆26相关联,且具有开始时间、充电持续时间和终止时间。
充电时隙40a和40b是调度时隙。当充电桩接收到充电的协定32时,它封锁(block)需要的时隙40a、40b,直至电动车辆26的到达时间(加上可选的附加缓冲,用来平衡电动车辆26的到达的不希望的延迟)。如果经过了缓冲时间,则调度时隙可以被释放。
实际时间42落入在充电时隙40b内。与充电时隙40b相关联的电动车辆26当前被充电。
充电时隙40a和40b是保留时隙。当充电桩10生成充电的响应30时,它临时封锁需要的时隙40a、40b,直至充电的响应30的期满时间。
该图还示出了所需要的用于给各车辆26充电的电能E的量。每个充电时隙40a、40b、40c、40d与所需要的用于给各车辆充电的能量相关联。基于此信息,充电桩10可计算出对于下一个不久的将来所需要的能量的量。
一般地,充电时隙40也可具有充电曲线,即,充电功率随着时间过去不需要在整个充电时隙期间恒定,如图4中相对于充电时隙40d所表明的一样。
对于已经确定充电时隙40的开始和终止,充电桩10可考虑来自其它充电桩10'的信息。充电桩10可从至少一个第二充电桩10'接收负载要求。在临近区域中(或在一个一般地点中)有不止一个充电桩10可用的情形中,充电桩10、10'可在创建更好的负载曲线给电网运行商36中自管理它们自己。
例如,可基于第二桩10'的负载要求来确定充电时隙40。第一充电桩10和第二充电桩10'的总体负载要求可通过时间移转充电时隙40和/或使充电时隙40的充电曲线适合于第二充电桩10'的负载要求来优化。
在这种情况下,总体负载要求可被优化,使得最大负载要求被降低和/或总体负载要求可被优化,使得总体负载要求中的及时改变被降低。
返回到图3,充电的响应30可包括充电时隙40、充电时间、充电持续时间、估计的到达时间、可能的最早开始时间、充电的价格等。
最后,充电桩将生成的充电的响应30发送到电动车辆26。
可以可能的是,在发送充电的响应30之后,充电桩10保留充电时隙40以用于预定义持续时间(例如90秒)的充电,以便于接收充电的协定32。
当顾客、驾驶员和/或电动车辆同意时,电动车辆26生成充电的协定32,并将它发送到充电桩10,其然后从电动车辆10接收充电的协定32。在这种情况下,充电桩10调度充电时隙40,直至电动车辆26的到达时间加上可选的缓冲时间。
同样,充电的响应30和/或充电的协定32可经由数据通信网络34在充电桩10与电动车辆26之间传送。
注意,来自顾客/驾驶员的再充电的请求32也可经由另一个方式被传递到充电桩10,例如,经由电话直接到充电桩10的运营商。
作为示例,假定电动车辆26在离充电桩10为10 km的距离。从通过通信的手段(诸如移动装置、GPS等)的搜索,驾驶员/顾客发现了充电桩10,并且然后发出充电的请求28到充电桩10。在接收到充电的请求28时,充电桩10取出必要的信息,进行一些计算,生成充电的响应30,并且将它发送回到电动车辆26。在考虑了来自充电桩10的充电的响应30之后,顾客/驾驶员通过发送充电的协定32到充电桩10来对该提议做出承诺。
作为另一个示例,如果顾客/驾驶员不同意充电的响应30,则他可以简单地什么都不做。如果顾客/驾驶员未能在提议到期时间之前对充电的响应30进行响应,那么即使顾客/驾驶员发送充电的协定32,该充电的协定32也可被拒绝并且新的充电的响应30可被发出到电动车辆26用于进一步的响应。
此外,有可能充电桩10沿着电动车辆26的路线提议一连串的充电桩10、10'。例如,顾客打算去X城镇,其离当前充电桩10为500 km远。假定满充电下的最大行进距离是130km, 充电桩10可向顾客/驾驶员提议他能够沿着路途在下一个90 km、200 km、280 km、390km、490 km上得到再充电的合同。该合同也可以给予吸引人的能量价格以及同样在得到再充电中的灵活性或者优先权。
图5示出可在电动车辆已同意充电的响应30之后开始的方法的流程图。
在步骤S10中,充电时隙40在接收到充电的协定32之后被调度。充电时隙40可被调度给电动车辆26,直至下一个车辆的下一个充电时隙的开始。
在步骤S12中,充电桩基于充电的请求28和充电时隙40,预测充电桩10的负载要求。尤其是,所有将来调度的以及可选地保留的充电时隙40可被用于计算负载要求。负载要求可包括用于将来时间间隔的要求的电功率和/或能量。
也有可能的是,若干桩10、10'可通过及时地以及在它们之间移动充电时隙来优化总体负载要求。充电桩10在创建更好的负载曲线/要求中,可与其它附近的充电桩10'(例如在一个中心充电站中)相协调。
当在临近距离区域中或者在整个充电站中有若干充电桩10、10'时,这可以尤其有用。可提供给顾客/驾驶员的一个附加服务可以是短的等待和/或充电时间。顾客/驾驶员的等待时间可通过基于要充电的能量的量将电动车辆26分配到充电桩10、10'而被最小化,并且以及为了分布负载要求,使得负载要求被自动分布在充电桩10、10'之间。
此外,充电桩10、10'的协调机制也可组合不同的充电曲线,以优化负载分布。
必须注意,协调机制可以备选地由集中的协调系统或者分布的协调系统来执行。
注意,尽管充电桩10可以精确地计算出所需要的充电时间,但在实践中,真正的充电时间可能不同于理论计算。这可能是因为不同的其它因素,诸如顾客的迟缓、电力负载中的问题等。充电的结束时间可以更早或者更晚。当重新安排充电桩10、10'的负载时,协调机制也可考虑此实时信息。
例如,在步骤S14中,充电桩10将充电时隙40c与充电桩10的另一个充电时隙40d进行交换,以优化总体负载要求。
为了创建均衡负载曲线对承诺的和未承诺的调度的此类自动重新安排可在不牺牲对顾客/驾驶员承诺的提议的约束下被执行。或者,如果必须做出牺牲,可以向顾客/驾驶员提议合理的补偿(例如,价格中的降低)。
作为另一个示例,在步骤S16中,电动车辆10可基于第二充电桩10'的负载要求,被重新引导到第二充电桩10'。例如,自动的重新安排可包括充电桩10的自动分配以用于快充电(每辆车需要更少的能量)和重度充电。
此外,当或充电桩10停止服务或被置于(或回到)服务时,负载可被自动地移转。例如,通过观察负载曲线/要求并与其它充电桩相协调,充电桩10可在停止服务的时间上决定进行维护操作。类似地,当完成了维护行为时,充电桩10可以简单地再次加入服务团队,以对电动车辆提供服务。
在步骤S18中,确定的(总体)负载要求被发送到电网运营商36,其对充电桩10、10'供应电功率。
基于充电的协定32,充电桩10可预测带有一定概率的在不久的将来的负载要求。此外,为了顺利操作,充电桩10可调度电动车辆26的充电时间,使得多个充电操作的组合可以创建一个大块(连续)请求。具有能量的一个大块请求可以是更好的(在操作的方面),而不是具有从配电网提取的多个断续的能量。
除此之外,通过具有此能力,桩能够管理它自己在哪里要服务或者停止服务以用于维护或其它目的。
采用方法和系统22,电网运营商36可具有对在运营商36服务的区域的负载要求的更加精确的图像。通过具有更好的负载预测,电网运营商36可以能够在购买或生产电力中做出更好的规划。因此,最后,可以降低成本,并可以使收入最大化。
充电桩10的计算装置18可被视为位于充电桩10上的代理,并担当充电桩10的管理器。充电桩10可通过具有调度负载消耗的能力而变得更加智能,可以给电网运营商36提供更好的负载要求预测。系统22可以在相同的电网运营商36下的区域中能够实现不同充电桩10、10'之间的进一步协调。充电桩10、10'之间的协调可以导致电网中更好的负载平衡。该协调可以是有益的,尤其当没有人在充电站(在午夜时间期间)、或者在无人充电站和/或充电桩10、10'时。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于规划电动车辆(26)的充电的方法,该方法包括:
在充电桩(10)从电动车辆(26)接收充电的请求(28);
基于所述充电的请求(28),确定对于所述电动车辆(26)的充电时隙(40);
调度对于所述电动车辆(26)的所述充电时隙(40);
基于所述充电的请求(28)和所述充电时隙(40),预测所述充电桩(10)的负载要求;
将所述负载要求发送到对所述充电桩(10)供应电功率的电网运营商(36)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,
其中,所述负载要求包括将来时间间隔的要求的电功率。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,还包括:
从至少一个第二充电桩(10')接收负载要求;
基于第二桩(10')的负载要求来确定所述充电时隙(40)。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,
其中,所述第一充电桩(10)和所述至少一个第二充电桩(10')的总体负载要求通过时间移转所述充电时隙(40)和/或使所述充电时隙(40)的充电曲线适合于所述第二充电桩(10')的负载要求来优化。
5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,
其中,优化所述总体负载要求,使得最大负载要求被降低;和/或
其中,优化所述总体负载要求,使得所述总体负载要求中的及时改变被降低。
6.如权利要求3至5之一所述的方法,还包括:
基于所述第二充电桩(10')的负载要求和/或,将所述电动车辆(10)重新引导至所述第二充电桩(10')。
7.如权利要求3至6的之一所述的方法,还包括:
将充电时隙(40c)与所述充电桩(10)的另一个充电时隙(40d)进行交换,以优化所述总体负载要求。
8.如前面权利要求之一所述的方法,
其中,所述充电的请求(28)包括以下的至少一个:所述电动车辆(26)的当前位置、所述电动车辆的当前速度、所述电动车辆的电池水平、所述电动车辆的电池尺寸、所述电动车辆的预期到达时间、所述电动车辆的目的地。
9.如前面权利要求之一所述的方法,还包括:
将具有充电时间的充电的响应(30)发送至所述电动车辆(26);
从所述电动车辆(10)接收充电的协定(32);
在接收所述充电的协定(32)之后调度所述充电时隙(40)。
10.如权利要求8所述的方法,还包括:
在发送所述充电的响应(30)之后,保留所述充电时隙(40)以用于预定义持续时间的充电。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的方法,
其中,所述充电的响应(30)包括以下的至少一个:所述充电时隙(40)、充电时间、充电持续时间、估计的到达时间、充电的价格。
12.如前面权利要求之一所述的方法,
其中,所述充电的请求(28)、所述充电的响应(30)和/或充电的协定(32)经由数据通信网络(34)在所述充电桩(10)与所述电动车辆(26)之间被传送。
13.如前面权利要求之一所述的方法,还包括:
沿着所述电动车辆(26)的路线来提供充电桩(10、10')的链。
14.一种充电桩(10),包括:
充电装置(12),用于对电动车辆(26)充电;
通信装置(14、16),适合于与电动车辆(26)和对所述充电桩(10)供应电能的电网的运营商(36)通信;
计算装置(18),适合于控制经由所述充电装置(12)对所述电动车辆(26)的充电并适合于执行权利要求1至13之一所述的方法。
15.一种充电系统(22),包括多个根据权利要求14的充电桩(10),其中,所述充电桩(10)经由数据通信网络(24)被通信地互连。
