举例来说,可以参考图2b和图2c,其示出分隔器元件的变型:图2b中的分隔器元件3b包括两个通孔33,而图2c中的分隔器元件3c包括三个通孔33。通孔的布置及其尺寸仅通过例示的方式给出。
图3示出呈蜘蛛网形的网状物的形式的另一分隔器元件3d。该分隔器元件3d因此限定诸多通孔,所述诸多通孔的组合表面面积可大于分隔器元件总表面面积的一半。
图4a还示出包括安装有过滤器33″的通孔的另一分隔器元件3e。举例来说,过滤器33″可用于过滤储存在下隔室Ri中的流体以使其成分分隔开。换句话说,分隔器元件可具有过滤功能。
图5示出另一类分隔器元件3f,所述分隔器元件3f设置有多个通孔33,但也包括例如形成于其底面上的呈尖峰或齿34形式的穿孔装置。举例来说,穿孔装置可用于刺穿囊状物C,如图6可见。具体地,图6示出另一实施方式,其中分隔器元件3g包括通孔33,而且该分隔器元件3g呈现稍微凸出的形状以使其能够接纳容纳物质的囊状物C。鉴于分隔器元件3g不包括穿孔装置(如分隔器元件3f的穿孔装置),所以有必要安装带有呈尖峰或齿或销钉24形式的穿孔装置24的从动活塞2'。因此,当从动活塞2″接近分隔器元件3g时,穿孔装置24接触囊状物C并刺穿它。因此,囊状物C所容纳的物质在经过通孔33之后、在与隔室Rs中的第二流体混合之前,与贮存器Ri中第一流体混合。因此,在图5和6的实施方式中,分隔器元件可用于在给定或期望瞬间刺穿囊状物C。
图7示出分隔器元件3h的另一实施方式,其不再是盘状件形式,而是具有由形成通孔33的柱状部分32″延伸的截头锥形部分32'。该实施方式的目的是说明分隔器元件可如何呈现非常宽泛的各种形状,只要其在贮存器R内限定两个叠置的隔室。
尽管未示出,但可以设想到滑动缸体11包括不只一个分隔器元件而是多个分隔器元件以限定三个或更多隔室的一些实施方式和应用。
在图1中,贮存器R设置有在贮存器受到吸力时移动的从动活塞2。此外,分配器构件D优选为泵。然而,在没有超出本发明的范围的情况下,有可能制造体现本发明并且在滑动缸体中包括这样的活塞的分配器,所述活塞不是从动活塞而是例如通过弹簧或由推进气体而弹性偏置的推杆活塞。在该配置中,优选地使用分配器阀作为分配器构件D。分隔器元件确切地起到在形成于贮存器内部的两个隔室之间实现分隔和连通的同一作用。
通过本发明,可以获得具有单个贮存器(但被分隔成由限定连通通道的分隔器元件隔开的多个隔室)的流体分配器。流体在分配器被致动从而致使流体被分配的期间混合在一起。

Claims (12)

1.流体分配器,包括流体贮存器(R)和诸如泵的分配器构件(D),所述分配器构件(D)安装在所述贮存器(R)上,所述分配器构件(D)包括用于致动所述分配器构件(D)的推杆(5),所述贮存器(R)形成密封滑动缸体(11)并包括活塞(2;2'),作为通过按压所述推杆(5)致动所述分配器构件(D)的响应,所述活塞(2;2')在所述缸体(11)中滑动从而减小所述贮存器(R)的工作体积并保持流体不与外界空气接触;
所述流体分配器的特征在于,所述密封滑动缸体(11)还包括分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g),所述分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g)将所述贮存器分成两个隔室(Ri,Rs),即限定在所述活塞(2;2')与所述分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g)之间的下隔室(Ri)以及限定在所述分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g)与所述分配器构件(D)之间的上隔室(Rs),所述分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g)包括使所述两个隔室(Ri,Rs)相互连通的至少一个通孔(33;33';33”),作为通过按压所述推杆(5)致动所述分配器构件(D)的响应,所述分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g)在所述密封滑动缸体(11)中移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其中所述分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g)在所述滑动缸体(11)中以密封方式滑动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分配器,其中每个隔室(Ri,Rs)含有不同的流体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的分配器,其中所述下隔室(Ri)的流体呈现的粘度低于所述上隔室(Rs)的流体的粘度。
5.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,其中所述分隔器元件(3a;3g)与所述活塞(2;2')同时移动。
6.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,其中所述分隔器元件(3d)包括过滤器(33”)。
7.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,其中所述下隔室(Ri)包括在通过所述通孔(33)时破裂的微囊状物。
8.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,其中,所述下隔室(Ri)包括含有物质的至少一个囊状物(C),所述分隔器元件(3e)和所述活塞(2')包括适合于刺穿所述囊状物(C)以使所述物质扩散至流体中的穿孔装置(34;24)。
9.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,包括多个分隔器元件,所述多个分隔器元件叠置在所述缸体(11)中,以将所述贮存器分成三个或更多隔室。
10.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,其中所述分隔器元件(3a;3b;3c;3d;3e;3f;3g)呈在其外周界上具有至少一个滑动密封唇部的盘状件形式(31)。
11.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,其中所述分隔器元件(39)包括锥形部分(32')和/或柱状部分(32”)。
12.根据任一前述权利要求所述的分配器,其中所述活塞(2;2')是在所述贮存器(R)受到吸力时移动的从动活塞,或者通过弹簧或推进气体而弹性偏置的推杆活塞。
