Abstract

本发明公开了一种夜光耐磨油墨,按质量份数各组份分别为:按质量份数各组份分别为:环氧树脂20‑30份、聚氨酯树脂10‑25份、丙烯酸树脂5‑25份、羟基丙烯酸树脂10‑20份、氯醋树脂4‑10份、夜光粉25‑50份、二丙二醇二甲醚25‑45份、乙醇20‑30份、耐磨剂5‑20份和消泡剂1‑3份,所述耐磨剂为纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的混合物。本发明中夜光粉的使用使得油墨具有了在夜间发光的能力,耐磨剂的使用使得油墨具有了耐磨的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨领域,特别是涉及一种夜光耐磨油墨。
背景技术
面对高强度的工作,人们在白天没有时间外出活动游玩,越来越多的人选择晚间出行,因此,在夜间进行广告宣传等也会获得较大的效果,在广告宣传中通常使用最多的是各种印刷橱窗陈设、贴花纸、保险杠护挡、工业保险仪器、车身广告、信筏、招贴画(海报)、24英寸海报、记事本、信号旗、杂志封面、请柬、户外广告、布标等,因此一款能够晚间发光的印刷品势必能吸引人们的眼球。而且,人们对产品的耐磨擦等性能要求也越来越高,在保证产品有优异附着力的同时,还必须要有良好的耐磨擦等性能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种夜光耐磨油墨,能够在夜间发光,增强印刷产品能在夜间发光的能力,加入了耐磨剂,增强了印刷产品的耐磨性,并且采用环保性能的醇溶体系,很好的保护了环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种夜光耐磨油墨。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,夜光耐磨油墨,按质量份数各组份分别为:环氧树脂20-30份、聚氨酯树脂10-25份、丙烯酸树脂5-25份、羟基丙烯酸树脂10-20份、氯醋树脂4-10份、夜光粉25-50份、二丙二醇二甲醚25-45份、乙醇20-30份、耐磨剂5-20份和消泡剂1-3份,所述耐磨剂为纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的混合物。
优选的是,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。
优选的是,所述夜光粉为硫化钙、硫酸镁、硫化钾、硝酸钡和硝酸银的混合物。
进一步的是,所述纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的比例为4:1。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中夜光粉的使用使得油墨具有了在夜间发光的能力,耐磨剂的使用使得油墨具有了耐磨的功能。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
环氧树脂20份、聚氨酯树脂25份、丙烯酸树脂5份、羟基丙烯酸树脂10份、氯醋树脂4份、夜光粉50份、二丙二醇二甲醚25份、乙醇30份、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物3份、纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液16和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的混合物4。
实施例2:
环氧树脂30份、聚氨酯树脂10份、丙烯酸树脂25份、羟基丙烯酸树脂20份、氯醋树脂10份、夜光粉25份、二丙二醇二甲醚45份、乙醇20份、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物1份、纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液4和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的混合物1。
实施例3:
环氧树脂25份、聚氨酯树脂18份、丙烯酸树脂16份、羟基丙烯酸树脂15份、氯醋树脂7份、夜光粉32份、二丙二醇二甲醚35份、乙醇25份、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物2份、纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液12和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的混合物3。
上述油墨的制备方法如下:环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂和氯醋树脂,进行搅拌,在搅拌状态下依次加入夜光粉;加完夜光粉后提高转速,直至夜光粉均匀分散在油墨中,降低转速再加入高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物和纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡,继续搅拌至完全混合,过滤即制得成品。

1.一种夜光耐磨油墨,其特征在于,按质量份数各组份分别为:环氧树脂20-30份、聚氨酯树脂10-25份、丙烯酸树脂5-25份、羟基丙烯酸树脂10-20份、氯醋树脂4-10份、夜光粉25-50份、二丙二醇二甲醚25-45份、乙醇20-30份、耐磨剂5-20份和消泡剂1-3份,所述耐磨剂为纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的混合物。
2.根据权利要求3所述的夜光耐磨油墨,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夜光耐磨油墨,其特征在于,所述夜光粉为硫化钙、硫酸镁、硫化钾、硝酸钡和硝酸银的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的夜光耐磨油墨,其特征在于,所述纳米三氧化铝耐磨乳液和聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡的比例为4:1。
