Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机‑有机复合涂料,该涂料将无机涂料与水性有机涂料结合使用,制得了一种具有良好成膜性和防护性的无机‑有机复合涂料,这种复合涂料中采用的无机成膜剂为醋酸锆、氢氧化锂、正硅酸乙酯复合水解杂化形成的纳米凝胶,其较之常规的硅酸盐成膜剂在高分子乳液中具有更好的分散性和稳定性,成膜效果得到改进,而以水性氟碳树脂乳液和天然乳胶调配而成的有机成膜剂进一步提高了成膜效果,并赋予涂膜良好的抗污防粘性能,其在编织工艺品表面可形成无毒、致密、高透明、高弹韧性、耐候老化的膜层,提高了工艺品的观赏价值和使用寿命,经济实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性工艺品用漆技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机-有机复合涂料。
背景技术
编织工艺是人类最古老的手工艺之一,它将植物的茎、叶、皮经过处理,用多种编织手法编织各种日常生活用品及工艺品,这类产品具有天然、清新、独特的艺术风格,经济价值也逐步提升,市场需求量较大。
由于编织工艺品使用的天然的编织材料,受外界因素影响较大,不做好防护措施极易被破坏,影响产品的美观性和使用寿命,应用较多的也是最直接的防护方法是在表面涂覆涂料,然而其不同于大多数产品,编织工艺品对涂料的要求除了环保以外,还要求具有较低的生产成本、优秀的耐久性、易于清理等等性能。无机涂料是一类以硅酸盐、硅溶胶等无机材料为主要成膜物质的涂料,它具有良好的环保性、抗菌防霉、耐候、防火阻燃等优点,较之有机涂料更适用于编织工艺品用,然而它也具有成膜效果不佳、易开裂等缺点,使用受到限制。《硅酸锂基复合涂层的制备与性能研究》一文探讨了无机/有机复合涂层的性能,制得的复合涂料成膜性能得到改进,附着力和强度也较为优越,但是这种涂料主要应用于砂浆基材上,若将其应用于编织材料上存在细腻度不够、密封性能差等等缺点,需要做进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机-有机复合涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机-有机复合涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:天然乳胶5-6、固含量为40-50%的水性氟碳树脂乳液30-40、正硅酸乙酯1-2、浓度为1-1.5mol/L的醋酸锆水溶液0.4-0.5、浓度为0.5-1.5mol/L的氢氧化锂水溶液12-15、无水乙醇20-30、消泡剂0.1-0.2。
所述的一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机-有机复合涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)先将无水乙醇、醋酸锆水溶液、氢氧化锂水溶液混合搅拌均匀,随后加入正硅酸乙酯,混合反应30-50min,反应结束后加热至50-60℃陈化凝胶4-5h后干燥处理,所得的干凝胶研磨粉碎,过600-800目筛备用;
(2)将水性氟碳树脂乳液、天然乳胶混合高速搅拌分散40-50min,随后加入步骤(1)制备的物料,继续搅拌分散20-30min,最后加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌分散10-15min后经过滤、包装即得。
本发明将无机涂料与水性有机涂料结合使用,制得了一种具有良好成膜性和防护性的无机-有机复合涂料,这种复合涂料中采用的无机成膜剂为醋酸锆、氢氧化锂、正硅酸乙酯复合水解杂化形成的纳米凝胶,其较之常规的硅酸盐成膜剂在高分子乳液中具有更好的分散性和稳定性,成膜效果得到改进,而以水性氟碳树脂乳液和天然乳胶调配而成的有机成膜剂进一步提高了成膜效果,并赋予涂膜良好的抗污防粘性能,其在编织工艺品表面可形成无毒、致密、高透明、高弹韧性、耐候老化的膜层,提高了工艺品的观赏价值和使用寿命,经济实用。
具体实施方式
一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机有机复合涂料,该涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:天然乳胶5、固含量为40%的水性氟碳树脂乳液30、正硅酸乙酯1、浓度为1mol/L的醋酸锆水溶液0.5、浓度为0.5mol/L的氢氧化锂水溶液15、无水乙醇20、消泡剂0.1。
其制备方法如下:
(1)先将无水乙醇、醋酸锆水溶液、氢氧化锂水溶液混合搅拌均匀,随后加入正硅酸乙酯,混合反应30min,反应结束后加热至50℃陈化凝胶4h后干燥处理,所得的干凝胶研磨粉碎,过600目筛备用;
(2)将水性氟碳树脂乳液、天然乳胶混合高速搅拌分散40min,随后加入步骤(1)制备的物料,继续搅拌分散20min,最后加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌分散10min后经过滤、包装即得。
取该涂料涂覆于竹片上,待其完全固化干燥后遵循相关标准进行性能测试,测试结果为:

Claims (2)

1.一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机-有机复合涂料,其特征在于,该涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:天然乳胶5-6、固含量为40-50%的水性氟碳树脂乳液30-40、正硅酸乙酯1-2、浓度为1-1.5mol/L的醋酸锆水溶液0.4-0.5、浓度为0.5-1.5mol/L的氢氧化锂水溶液12-15、无水乙醇20-30、消泡剂0.1-0.2。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗污防粘编织工艺品用无机-有机复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将无水乙醇、醋酸锆水溶液、氢氧化锂水溶液混合搅拌均匀,随后加入正硅酸乙酯,混合反应30-50min,反应结束后加热至50-60℃陈化凝胶4-5h后干燥处理,所得的干凝胶研磨粉碎,过600-800目筛备用;
(2)将水性氟碳树脂乳液、天然乳胶混合高速搅拌分散40-50min,随后加入步骤(1)制备的物料,继续搅拌分散20-30min,最后加入其它剩余物料,继续搅拌分散10-15min后经过滤、包装即得。
