本发明公开了一种废料少的电机用热塑装置,包括机架(1),机架(1)中部设有支撑板(2),支撑板(2)上设有一组相互独立的凹模(3),凹模(3)上设有注塑口(4),注塑口(4)连接有注塑管道(5);所述机架(1)上部设有液压杆(6),液压杆(6)连接有第二支撑板(7),第二支撑板(7)上设有凸模(8);所述注塑管道(5)内设有冷却管道(9)和加热管道(10);所述液压杆(6)连接有控制器(12),控制器(12)连接有温度传感器(13)。本发明具有能够提高生产效率、减少生产废料、减轻工人劳动强度、降低生产成本、提高产品质量、能够实时调节注塑管道内的温度以及消除生产安全隐患的特点。

Description

一种废料少的电机用热塑装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热塑装置,特别是一种废料少的电机用热塑装置。
背景技术
现有的电机用热塑装置中,通过设置一个总的凹模,在凹模中设置多个相同的型腔来完成多个相同部件的注塑,型腔与型腔之间设有供塑料流通的通道,注塑管道设置在一端,塑料就沿着通道依次填充型腔,这种注塑方式就会使得热塑完成后的部件都是连在一起的,需要使用相应的设备对其进行裁切处理,降低生产效率,增加工人劳动强度,而且连接部位都是废料,使得塑料使用量的增加,增大生产成本,经过裁切后的部件的精度也会受到影响;同时塑料在流动的过程中温度会下降,使得流动到后面的型腔时塑料的温度无法达到热塑的要求,而且温度下降也会使得塑料凝固,使其难以正常的流通,从而影响热塑的效率和产品的质量。另外,现有的装置在热塑完成以后,需要手工进行取件,这样不仅增加工人的劳动强度,影响生产的效率,而且存在一定的安全隐患。因此,现有的技术存在着生产效率低、生产废料多、工人劳动强度大、生产成本高、产品质量不理想、无法控制注塑管道内的温度以及存在一定的生产安全隐患等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种废料少的电机用热塑装置。它具有能够提高生产效率、减少生产废料、减轻工人劳动强度、降低生产成本、提高产品质量、能够实时调节注塑管道内的温度以及消除生产安全隐患的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种废料少的电机用热塑装置,包括机架,机架中部设有支撑板,支撑板上设有一组相互独立的凹模,凹模上设有与凹模型腔相连通的注塑口,注塑口连接有注塑管道;所述机架上部设有液压杆,液压杆连接有第二支撑板,第二支撑板上设有与凹模相对应的凸模;所述注塑管道进口端设有U型结构的冷却管道,注塑管道末端设有蛇形机构的加热管道,加热管道内设有加热线圈,加热线圈连接有控制器,控制器连接有温度传感器;所述冷却管道出水口与加热管道进水口经水管相连;所述控制器与液压杆相连。
前述的一种废料少的电机用热塑装置中,所述注塑管道为锥形结构,注塑管道的管径沿着物料流通方向逐渐减小。
前述的一种废料少的电机用热塑装置中,所述凹模与支撑板之间设有缓冲弹簧组。
前述的一种废料少的电机用热塑装置中,所述机架上设有取件设备,取件设备包括与机架相连的液压伸缩横杆,液压伸缩横杆端部设有液压伸缩竖直杆,液压伸缩竖直杆上设有与凹模相对应的负压板,负压板下方设有传输带;所述液压伸缩横杆和液压伸缩竖直杆均与控制器相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置多个相互独立的凹模,并在每个凹模的型腔上设置独立的注塑口,使得塑料可以直接到达相应的型腔中,不需要经过中间型腔的流通,使得热塑出来的部件是相互独立的,不需要经过裁切处理,也就不会产生相应的废料,提高了生产的效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,保证部件的精度,提高产品的质量;通过在注塑管道两端分别设置冷却管道和加热管道,实时调节温度,可以保证注塑管道内的塑料保持最佳的温度,从而不会使得塑料凝结等现象的出现,并且冷却管道与加热管道相连,可以进行循环利用,节能减排;将注塑管道设置成锥形结构,使得位于注塑管道末端的塑料也能保持相应的流速,保证了产品的质量;通过设置取件设备来取代手工取件,既减轻了工人的劳动强度,又能提高生产效率,还能消除生产中的安全隐患。综上所述,本发明具有能够提高生产效率、减少生产废料、减轻工人劳动强度、降低生产成本、提高产品质量、能够实时调节注塑管道内的温度以及消除生产安全隐患的特点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种废料少的电机用热塑装置,构成如图1至图3所示,包括机架1,机架1中部设有支撑板2,支撑板2上设有一组相互独立的凹模3,凹模3上设有与凹模3型腔相连通的注塑口4,注塑口4连接有注塑管道5;所述机架1上部设有液压杆6,液压杆6连接有第二支撑板7,第二支撑板7上设有与凹模3相对应的凸模8;所述注塑管道5进口端设有U型结构的冷却管道9,注塑管道5末端设有蛇形机构的加热管道10,加热管道10内设有加热线圈11,加热线圈11连接有控制器12,控制器12连接有温度传感器13;所述冷却管道9出水口与加热管道10进水口经水管相连;所述控制器12与液压杆6相连。
所述注塑管道5为锥形结构,注塑管道5的管径沿着物料流通方向逐渐减小。
所述凹模3与支撑板2之间设有缓冲弹簧组14。
所述机架1上设有取件设备,取件设备包括与机架1相连的液压伸缩横杆15,液压伸缩横杆15端部设有液压伸缩竖直杆16,液压伸缩竖直杆16上设有与凹模3相对应的负压板17,负压板17下方设有传输带18;所述液压伸缩横杆15和液压伸缩竖直杆16均与控制器12相连。
注塑口4上设置有流量阀,流量阀与控制器相连。
负压板17内部为中空结构,并连接有负压设备,负压板下表面设有与中空结构相连通的通孔,使之具有较强的吸力,能将成品固定在负压板表面。冷却管道9进水口和加热管道10出水口设有流量阀,流量阀与控制器相连。加热管道10出水口还与储水箱相连,热水可用于日常的清洗等。
注塑管道5的首末两端是根据物料流通方向确定,进料端为首端,另一端则为末端。
本发明的工作原理:高温的塑料液沿着注塑管道5进入相应凹模3的注塑口4然后在进入相对应的型腔中,锥形结构的注塑管道5可以使其不随着距离的延长而有所变化;当完成塑料的填充后,通过控制器12控制流量阀关闭,然后控制液压杆6下降,凸模与凹模相接触,进行挤压成型。挤压成型后,控制器12控制液压杆6上升,同时控制液压伸缩横杆15进行收缩,当负压板17到达凹模上方的指定位置后,控制器12控制液压伸缩竖直杆16下降,通过负压板17上的负压将成品吸住然后随之转运至传输带18上进行传输。进入注塑管道5的温度较高,因此需要冷却管道9对其进行冷却处理,而处于注塑管道5尾端的区域由于塑料经过流通其温度会下降,因此需要用加热管道10对其进行加热处理,保证其正常流通,以及保持其最佳的性能进行挤压成型。控制器12根据设置在注塑管道5前端和后端的温度传感器的信号分别与设置在冷却管道9和加热管道10内的温度传感器的信号进行比较,再对加热线圈和冷却水的流速做出相应的控制命令,完成温度调节。当液压杆6压力过大时,弹簧缓冲组14可以对凹模3进行相应的缓冲,保证正常的挤压成型工作。

1.一种废料少的电机用热塑装置,其特征在于:包括机架(1),机架(1)中部设有支撑板(2),支撑板(2)上设有一组相互独立的凹模(3),凹模(3)上设有与凹模(3)型腔相连通的注塑口(4),注塑口(4)连接有注塑管道(5);所述机架(1)上部设有液压杆(6),液压杆(6)连接有第二支撑板(7),第二支撑板(7)上设有与凹模(3)相对应的凸模(8);所述注塑管道(5)进口端设有U型结构的冷却管道(9),注塑管道(5)末端设有蛇形机构的加热管道(10),加热管道(10)内设有加热线圈(11),加热线圈(11)连接有控制器(12),控制器(12)连接有温度传感器(13);所述冷却管道(9)出水口与加热管道(10)进水口经水管相连;所述控制器(12)与液压杆(6)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废料少的电机用热塑装置,其特征在于:所述注塑管道(5)为锥形结构,注塑管道(5)的管径沿着物料流通方向逐渐减小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种废料少的电机用热塑装置,其特征在于:所述凹模(3)与支撑板(2)之间设有缓冲弹簧组(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种废料少的电机用热塑装置,其特征在于:所述机架(1)上设有取件设备,取件设备包括与机架(1)相连的液压伸缩横杆(15),液压伸缩横杆(15)端部设有液压伸缩竖直杆(16),液压伸缩竖直杆(16)上设有与凹模(3)相对应的负压板(17),负压板(17)下方设有传输带(18);所述液压伸缩横杆(15)和液压伸缩竖直杆(16)均与控制器(12)相连。
