Abstract
本发明实施例提供了一种载波管理方法、系统、基站及用户设备,涉及通信领域,方法:基站发送第一重配置消息给用户设备UE;第一重配置消息用于指示为UE分配的至少两个载波组,UE配置有至少两个载波,至少两个载波包括至少一个上行载波和至少一个下行载波,至少两个载波组由基站将配置给UE的所有载波分组得到,每个载波组的上行载波数量和下行载波数量均不超过8,至少两个载波组包括至少一个第一载波组,第一载波组包括已激活的载波,第一载波组中已激活的载波包括至少一个第一下行载波,第一下行载波配置有物理下行控制信道PDCCH,PDCCH携带下行控制信息DCI,DCI用于调度第一下行载波所在载波组中已激活的载波;在第一下行载波上发送PDCCH。
