本发明提供抗谐波智能电容机构,它包括有电容器、电抗器、底座,其中,底座呈长方形,其两端端部设有阶梯状的安装板,板装板上设有上下对穿的安装槽,底座顶部一端设有承托座,承托座外侧设有电控板,电控板表面设有散热板,电控板下方的承托座上设有接线座,电控板两侧设有护板,承托座内侧的底座上安装有电容器,电容器通过导线与电控板连接;底座顶部另一端设有三个电抗器,电抗器底部通过绝缘座安装在底座上,电抗器顶部设有连接线,连接线与电控板连接。本发明的优点使用寿命长、散热性好、生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及电容器技术领域,尤其是指一种抗谐波智能电容机构。
背景技术
目前,现有的电容器通常只能运用于谐波畸变率低于5% 的电网环境中,电网谐波超标后,现有的电容器就会产生谐振,对电容器造成损坏,而一些带有谐波保护功能的电容器则会自动切除电容器,这样就不能起到无功补偿作用。智能电容器是一种集成现代测控、电力电子、网络通讯、自动化控制、电力电容器等先进技术为一体的智能无功补偿装置,如何研发一种使用寿命长、运行稳定的智能电容器一直是各企业首要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种使用寿命长、散热性好、生产成本低、检修、维修效率高的抗谐波智能电容机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:抗谐波智能电容机构,它包括有电容器、电抗器、底座,其中,底座呈长方形,其两端端部设有阶梯状的安装板,板装板上设有上下对穿的安装槽,底座顶部一端设有承托座,承托座外侧设有电控板,电控板表面设有散热板,电控板下方的承托座上设有接线座,电控板两侧设有护板,承托座内侧的底座上安装有电容器,电容器通过导线与电控板连接;底座顶部另一端设有三个电抗器,电抗器底部通过绝缘座安装在底座上,电抗器顶部设有连接线,连接线与电控板连接。
所述的散热板表面设有若干条散热肋。
所述的电抗器顶部设有接线盒,接线盒通过卡板固定在电抗器顶部,连接线与接线盒连接。
本发明的优点在于通过承托座来安装电控板,并通过散热板对电控板导热散热,有效延长电控板的使用寿命,安装时只需将元器件置于底座上安装固定即可,无需上盖,敞开式结构的散热性更好,同时可以减少紧固件个数,降低生产成本,维修拆卸时只要拆下相应元件即可,有效提高检修、维修效率。

下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1,本实施例所述的抗谐波智能电容机构包括有电容器1、电抗器2、底座4,其中,底座4呈长方形,其两端端部设有阶梯状的安装板,板装板上设有上下对穿的安装槽5,底座4顶部一端设有承托座6,承托座6外侧设有电控板7,电控板7表面设有散热板8,所述的散热板8表面设有若干条散热肋9,电控板7下方的承托座6上设有接线座10,电控板7两侧设有护板11,承托座6内侧的底座4上安装有电容器1,电容器1通过导线与电控板7连接;底座4顶部另一端设有三个电抗器2,电抗器2底部通过绝缘座12安装在底座4上,电抗器2顶部设有连接线13,连接线13与电控板7连接,所述的电抗器2顶部设有接线盒14,接线盒14通过卡板3固定在电抗器2顶部,连接线13与接线盒14连接。本实施例的优点在于通过承托座来安装电控板,并通过散热板对电控板导热散热,有效延长电控板的使用寿命,安装时只需将元器件置于底座上安装固定即可,无需上盖,敞开式结构的散热性更好,同时可以减少紧固件个数,降低生产成本,维修拆卸时只要拆下相应元件即可,有效提高检修、维修效率。

1.抗谐波智能电容机构,其特征在于:它包括有电容器(1)、电抗器(2)、底座(4),其中,底座(4)呈长方形,其两端端部设有阶梯状的安装板,板装板上设有上下对穿的安装槽(5),底座(4)顶部一端设有承托座(6),承托座(6)外侧设有电控板(7),电控板(7)表面设有散热板(8),电控板(7)下方的承托座(6)上设有接线座(10),电控板(7)两侧设有护板(11),承托座(6)内侧的底座(4)上安装有电容器(1),电容器(1)通过导线与电控板(7)连接;底座(4)顶部另一端设有三个电抗器(2),电抗器(2)底部通过绝缘座(12)安装在底座(4)上,电抗器(2)顶部设有连接线(13),连接线(13)与电控板(7)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗谐波智能电容机构,其特征在于:散热板(8)表面设有若干条散热肋(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗谐波智能电容机构,其特征在于:电抗器(2)顶部设有接线盒(14),接线盒(14)通过卡板(3)固定在电抗器(2)顶部,连接线(13)与接线盒(14)连接。
