本发明公开了一种防火电缆的接线装置及其方法,所述装置包括铜管(1)、固定螺栓A(2)、固定螺栓B(3)、端头螺母A(4)和端头螺母B(5),在所述端头螺母A(4)和端头螺母B(5)中分别设置头压缩环A(6)和压缩环B(7),在所述铜管(1)内设置有多个用于电缆端头连接的且带有可视孔(8)的铜连接器(9),在所述铜连接器(9)和铜管(1)外壁上分别设置有热缩管A(10)和热缩管B(11);其接线方法包括如下步骤:1)、接线端头处理:2)、套入接线件:3)、线芯连接:4)、固定连接等本发明具有操作方便快捷、成本低廉的优点,采用它能够大大提高电缆接头处的隔热绝缘性能,使得电缆接头处稳定性好。

一种防火电缆的接线装置及其方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接线装置及方法,特别是一种防火线缆的接线装置及方法。
背景技术
防火电缆是一种市面上近两年才出现的新产品,因其绝缘隔热性能高(耐火超过1000度且在1000度情况下可以坚持3小时),弯曲半径范围大,施工难度低,结构稳定,抗机械性能强等优点,倍受客户青睐。但是,在防火电缆的实际生产和敷设过程中难免出现接头情况,而大部分施工人员借用了现有大截面普通电缆的接线方法来完成防火电缆的接头连接,即先采用铜管紧压对接绞合导体然后缠绕绝缘胶带和防水胶带,最后套封热缩管的方法来进行接线。虽然可行,但是采用该方法做好的接头连接处将成为整条电缆最薄弱部位,该接头连接处不能有效隔热绝缘,大大降低了防火电缆的优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种能够提高防火电缆接线处隔热绝缘性能的防火电缆的接线装置及其方法。
本发明的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,一种防火电缆的接线装置,所述装置包括铜管,在所述铜管的两端分别设置有固定螺栓A和固定螺栓B,在所述固定螺栓A和固定螺栓B的外端分别套设有端头螺母A和端头螺母B,在所述端头螺母A和端头螺母B中分别设置压缩环A和压缩环B,在所述铜管内设置有多个用于电缆端头连接的且带有可视孔的铜连接器,在所述铜连接器和铜管外壁上分别设置有热缩管A和热缩管B。
一种防火电缆的接线方法,所述接线方法包括如下步骤:
1)、接线端头处理:去掉两根待接电缆端头合适长度扎纹铜护套,刨开绕包带,除掉其中一个电缆端头的玻璃纤维填充绳;
2)、套入接线件:在其中一个接头端先后套入热缩管A、端头螺母A、压缩环A、固定螺栓A、铜管和热缩管B,在另一个接头端先后套入固定螺栓B、压缩环B和端头螺母B;
3)、线芯连接:根据线芯数量和错位连接方法来确定每一根导体接头的具体位置,将需要连接在一起的两根线芯去掉云母带,在待接线芯一端套入一根合适长度和尺寸的热缩管C,将两根线芯的两端分别穿入铜连接器两端,确保两线芯接头在铜连接器可视孔中间接触对齐;
4)、固定连接:通过铜连接器螺孔拧紧螺栓以固定并紧压线芯,再在铜连接器外面依次绕包一层绝缘胶布、高压防水胶带和云母带,使热缩管C中点位置与铜连接器中点位置重合,然后用热吹风对热缩管C加热,实现收缩;
5)、剩下其余导体线芯接法重复上述步骤即可,待所有线芯连接完成后,并用热吹风对所有线芯连接端头除潮,将第1)步中留下的玻纤填充绳均匀包覆于多根线芯间,再在外面依次绕包一层高压防水胶带和云母带,最后将热缩管A套入所有线芯接线处,然后用热吹风对热缩管A加热,实现收缩;
6)、套入铜管,使铜管中心位置与刨开的扎纹铜护套中心位置重合,依次拧紧两端固定螺栓A和固定螺栓B以及端头螺母A和端头螺母B,套入热缩管B,然后用热吹风对热缩管B加热,实现收缩。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有操作方便快捷、成本低廉的优点,采用它能够大大提高电缆接头处的隔热绝缘性能,使得电缆接头处稳定性好,同时,它还具有如下优点:
1.连续长度长,不管是单芯,还是多芯电缆,其长度能满足供电长度需要;
2.屏蔽性能优越,防火电缆与信息、控制等线在同一竖井中敷设时,在铜护套的屏蔽下,不会对信号、控制电线电缆传输的信息产生干扰;
3.安全性能好,减少火灾损失,对人身安全也特别可靠,其铜护套是优良导体,大大提高了接地保护灵敏度与可靠性;
4.使用寿命长,无机绝缘材料耐温高,且不易老化,寿命比有机绝缘电缆高许多倍,在正常工作状态下,其寿命可达百年以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或替代,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1:如图1所示,一种防火电缆的接线装置,所述装置包括铜管1,在所述铜管1的两端分别设置有固定螺栓A2和固定螺栓B3,在所述固定螺栓A2和固定螺栓B3的外端分别套设有端头螺母A4和端头螺母B5,在所述端头螺母A4和端头螺母B5中分别设置压缩环A6和压缩环B7,在所述铜管1内设置有多个用于电缆端头连接的且带有可视孔8的铜连接器9,在所述铜连接器9和铜管1外壁上分别设置有热缩管A10和热缩管B11。
一种防火电缆的接线方法,所述接线方法包括如下步骤:
1)、接线端头处理:去掉两根待接电缆端头合适长度扎纹铜护套,刨开绕包带,除掉其中一个电缆端头的玻璃纤维填充绳;
2)、套入接线件:在其中一个接头端先后套入热缩管A10、端头螺母A4、压缩环A6、固定螺栓A2、铜管1和热缩管B11,在另一个接头端先后套入固定螺栓B3、压缩环B7和端头螺母B5;
3)、线芯连接:根据线芯数量和错位连接方法来确定每一根导体接头的具体位置,将需要连接在一起的两根线芯去掉云母带,在待接线芯一端套入一根合适长度和尺寸的热缩管C,将两根线芯的两端分别穿入铜连接器9两端,确保两线芯接头在铜连接器9可视孔8中间接触对齐;
4)、固定连接:通过铜连接器9螺孔拧紧螺栓以固定并紧压线芯,再在铜连接器9外面依次绕包一层绝缘胶布、高压防水胶带和云母带,使热缩管C中点位置与铜连接器9中点位置重合,然后用热吹风对热缩管C加热,实现收缩;
5)、剩下其余导体线芯接法重复上述步骤即可,待所有线芯连接完成后,并用热吹风对所有线芯连接端头除潮,将第1)步中留下的玻纤填充绳均匀包覆于多根线芯间,再在外面依次绕包一层高压防水胶带和云母带,最后将热缩管A10套入所有线芯接线处,然后用热吹风对热缩管A10加热,实现收缩;
6)、套入铜管1,使铜管1中心位置与刨开的扎纹铜护套中心位置重合,依次拧紧两端固定螺栓A2和固定螺栓B3以及端头螺母A4和端头螺母B5,套入热缩管B11,然后用热吹风对热缩管B11加热,实现收缩。

Claims (1)

1.一种防火电缆的接线方法,其特征是:所述接线方法包括如下步骤:
1)、接线端头处理:去掉两根待接电缆端头合适长度扎纹铜护套,刨开绕包带,除掉其中一个电缆端头的玻璃纤维填充绳;
2)、套入接线件:在其中一个接头端先后套入热缩管A(10)、端头螺母A(4)、压缩环A(6)、固定螺栓A(2)、铜管(1)和热缩管B(11),在另一个接头端先后套入固定螺栓B(3)、压缩环B(7)和端头螺母B(5);
3)、线芯连接:根据线芯数量和错位连接方法来确定每一根导体接头的具体位置,将需要连接在一起的两根线芯去掉云母带,在待接线芯一端套入一根合适长度和尺寸的热缩管C,将两根线芯的两端分别穿入铜连接器(9)两端,确保两线芯接头在铜连接器(9)可视孔(8)中间接触对齐;
4)、固定连接:通过铜连接器(9)螺孔拧紧螺栓以固定并紧压线芯,再在铜连接器(9)外面依次绕包一层绝缘胶布、高压防水胶带和云母带,使热缩管C中点位置与铜连接器(9)中点位置重合,然后用热吹风对热缩管C加热,实现收缩;
5)、剩下其余导体线芯接法重复上述步骤即可,待所有线芯连接完成后,并用热吹风对所有线芯连接端头除潮,将第1)步中留下的玻纤填充绳均匀包覆于多根线芯间,再在外面依次绕包一层高压防水胶带和云母带,最后将热缩管A(10)套入所有线芯接线处,然后用热吹风对热缩管A(10)加热,实现收缩;
6)、套入铜管(1),使铜管(1)中心位置与刨开的扎纹铜护套中心位置重合,依次拧紧两端固定螺栓A(2)和固定螺栓B(3)以及端头螺母A(4)和端头螺母B(5),套入热缩管B(11),然后用热吹风对热缩管B(11)加热,实现收缩。
