Abstract
一种太阳能电池板的电池片的结构。太阳能电池板包括透明背板,还包括设置在背板上的若干电池片,每片电池片中间开有若干孔眼。电池片阵列整体可以达到对电池板所覆盖地面部分遮光的效果,可使遮光均匀,遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小、温差减小,减小对作物生长发育的影响。可广泛用于光伏大棚,草坪、农田,突破了制约太阳能光伏发电推广使用的瓶颈,显著降低太阳能光伏发电的发电成本,提高经济效益。

本发明涉及太阳能发电、作物栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能电池板的电池片的结构。
背景技术
太阳能发电作为清洁能源,具有极大优点,日益受到世界各国的重视。中国太阳能资源比较丰富,分布范围较广,太阳能光伏发电的发展潜力巨大。目前太阳能光伏发电技术已日趋成熟,是最具可持续发展特征的可再生能源技术之一,但是,太阳照射的能量分布密度小,太阳能发电需要占用巨大面积,为此人们开始考虑将光伏发电与建筑结合,采用双玻组件以解决太阳能发电场地瓶颈问题,使得太阳能发电与农业大棚复用。目前的太阳能发电电池板中的电池片排列一般采用规则的横竖排排列方式,之间留有空隙透光,但是这种排列方式会导致遮光区域与光照区域光强差别过大,在光伏大棚中,光强差别过大会导致温度差别过大,影响作物正常生长发育。为此,提出一种太阳能电池板的电池片的结构,使得遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小,因而温差减小,减小对作物生长发育的影响,提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有的光伏大棚用太阳能电池板中的电池片排列不合理,导致遮光区域与光照区域光强差别过大,导致温度差别过大,影响作物正常生长发育的问题。
本发明涉及一种太阳能电池板的电池片的结构,所述太阳能电池板包括透明背板,还包括设置在透明背板上的若干电池片,每片电池片中间开有若干孔眼。
这种电池片的遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小,因而温差减小,减小对作物生长发育的不利影响,提高经济效益
本发明可以广泛用于光伏大棚,实现场地的发电和植物栽培复用。可以在草坪、某些农田上面布置太阳能电池板,突破了制约太阳能光伏发电推广使用的瓶颈,显著降低太阳能光伏发电的发电成本,提高经济效益。
本发明的有益效果是:
太阳能电池板的遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小,因而温差减小,减小对作物生长发育的不利影响,提高经济效益。透明背板可以是分布有若干小孔的透明背板,可以实现通风透气、透过雨水,更有利于作物生长。

本发明的电池板中的电池片阵列整体可以达到对其所覆盖地面部分遮光的效果。实现了太阳能发电与植物栽培场地复用,突破了制约太阳能发电推广使用的场地瓶颈,显著降低太阳能发电的发电成本,提高经济效益,有效提高对太阳能的开发和利用效果,拓展太阳能的应用空间,使得太阳能电池发电开始在广大农村走向实用和普及。
