Abstract

一种太阳能发电电池板的结构。太阳能电池板包括透明前盖板和透明背板,还包括设置在背板上的若干行电池片和若干列电池片,每行电池片相互平行设置在透明背板上,每列电池片相互平行设置在透明背板上,每行电池片等间隔排列,每列电池片也等间隔排列,相邻电池片间有大孔或者多个小孔,提高透光率,降低材料消耗成本。电池板可达到对电池板所覆盖地面部分遮光的效果。可广泛用于光伏大棚,草坪、农田,突破了制约太阳能光伏发电推广使用的瓶颈,显著降低太阳能光伏发电的发电成本,提高经济效益。

本发明涉及太阳能发电、作物栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能电池板的结构。
背景技术
太阳能发电作为清洁能源,日益受到世界各国的重视。中国太阳能资源比较丰富,分布范围较广,太阳能光伏发电的发展潜力巨大。目前太阳能光伏发电技术已日趋成熟,是最具可持续发展特征的可再生能源技术之一,但是,太阳照射的能量分布密度小,太阳能发电需要占用巨大面积,为此人们开始考虑将光伏发电与建筑结合,采用双玻组件以解决太阳能发电场地瓶颈问题,使得太阳能发电与农业大棚复用。目前的双玻组件中的电池片排列一般采用规则的横竖排列方式,之间留有空隙透光,但是由于玻璃透光率限制,使得光强损失较大,且造成玻璃浪费。为此,提出一种太阳能电池板的结构,使得电池片之间的透光率显著提高,且节省玻璃等材料,提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有的光伏大棚太阳能电池板中由于玻璃透光率限制,造成的光强损失较大,以及浪费玻璃的问题;提高透光率,节省材料,提高经济效益。
本发明涉及一种太阳能发电电池板的结构,太阳能电池板的结构包括透明上盖板,透明背板,还包括光伏电池片,孔,光伏电池片设置在透明上盖板和透明背板之间,光伏电池片排成若干行和若干列,同一行相邻的各个光伏电池片之间等间隔排列,同一列相邻的各个光伏电池片之间等间隔排列,同一行相邻的各个光伏电池片之间有孔间隔,同一列相邻的各个光伏电池片之间有孔间隔。太阳能电池板的结构还包括小孔,同一行相邻的各个光伏电池片之间有数个小孔,同一列相邻的各个光伏电池片之间有数个小孔。
本发明可以广泛用于光伏大棚,实现场地的发电和植物栽培复用。可以在草坪、某些农田上面布置太阳能电池板,突破了制约太阳能光伏发电推广使用的瓶颈,显著降低太阳能光伏发电的发电成本,提高经济效益。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的太阳能电池板的结构使得电池片之间的透光率显著提高,且节省玻璃等的材料,提高经济效益。

如图1、图2所示,一种太阳能电池板的结构,所述太阳能电池板的结构包括透明上盖板3,透明背板4,还包括光伏电池片1,孔2,光伏电池片1设置在透明上盖板3和透明背板4之间,光伏电池片1排成若干行和若干列,同一行相邻的各个光伏电池片1之间等间隔排列,同一列相邻的各个光伏电池片1之间等间隔排列,同一行相邻的各个光伏电池片1之间有孔2间隔,同一列相邻的各个光伏电池片1之间有孔2间隔。
电池板一般朝南方向倾斜放置。
具体实施方式二:
如图3所示,所述的太阳能电池板的结构,还包括小孔5,同一行相邻的各个光伏电池片1之间有数个小孔5,同一列相邻的各个光伏电池片1之间有数个小孔5。
采用本发明的电池板实现了太阳能发电与植物栽培场地复用,突破了制约太阳能发电推广使用的场地瓶颈,显著降低太阳能发电的成本,提高经济效益,有效提高对太阳能的开发和利用效果,拓展太阳能的应用空间,使得太阳能电池发电开始在广大农村走向实用和普及。
