Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于CAE技术的汽车座椅假人碰撞接触力曲线采集方法,属于到汽车座椅碰撞的仿真试验领域。该方法是在假人的头部、胸部、膝部、小腿以及双脚的外表面建立接触膜单元,通过膜单元与前方座椅靠背接触;在假人手部选取四个指定点,包括食指上表面的两个端点,小指下表面外侧的端点以及手腕部上表面外侧的端点,通过此四个点建立空间球面并与手部进行捆绑,用球面代替手部与前方座椅靠背进行接触。如此便可得到比较准确的接触力曲线。该方法已通过试验验证,易于实现,具有很强的通用性。通过本方法,可以避免在仿真分析过程中,假人身体与前方障碍物的穿透等失真的变形结果,提取出比较准确的接触力曲线,对汽车座椅前期设计有重要意义。
