Abstract
本发明公开了一种内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,包括加热炉本体,所述加热炉本体内部开设有加热炉膛,所述加热炉膛上端安装有多个电热偶,所述加热炉膛底部端设有一铜棒加热输送坡道,所述铜棒加热输送坡道的坡道面上设有电热丝,所述加热炉膛顶端端面上安装有一铜棒贴压机构,所述铜棒贴压机构包括气压缸和铜棒贴压板,所述铜棒贴压板前端板面上设有所述电热丝,所述铜棒贴压板内部设有一压力感应器,压力感应器与所述气压缸连接。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高铜棒加热炉的工作效率,加热炉本体内不仅设有多道加热系统,而且铜棒在导入加热炉本体后能被铜棒贴压机构贴压着加热滚动,更利于铜棒加热。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及挤压机领域,特别是涉及一种内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉。
背景技术
在冶金工业中,加热炉是将物料或工件加热到轧制成锻造温度的设备。加热炉应用遍及石油、化工、冶金、机械、热处理、表面处理、建材、电子、材料、轻工、日化、制药等诸多行业领域。而铜棒加热炉则是特定用于铜棒加热的,但传统的铜棒加热炉内部加热设备较为单一,不仅不具备多个加热工具持续加热的能力,而且加热空间大,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,能够提高铜棒加热炉的工作效率,加热炉本体内不仅设有多道加热系统,而且铜棒能在铜棒贴压机构和铜棒加热输送坡道之间形成的紧凑的空间内加热,加速了铜棒加热程度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,包括加热炉本体,所述加热炉本体前端设有进料口,所述加热炉本体后端设有出料口,所述加热炉本体内部开设有加热炉膛,所述加热炉膛上端安装有多个电热偶,所述加热炉膛底部端设有一铜棒加热输送坡道,所述铜棒加热输送坡道两端分别连接进料口和出料口,所述铜棒加热输送坡道的坡道面上设有电热丝,所述加热炉膛顶端端面上安装有一铜棒贴压机构,所述铜棒贴压机构包括气压缸和铜棒贴压板,所述气压缸一端固定在所述加热炉膛顶端端面上,所述气压缸另一端连接所述铜棒贴压板,所述铜棒贴压板前端板面上设有所述电热丝,所述铜棒贴压板内部设有一压力感应器,压力感应器与所述气压缸连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述加热炉本体前端安装有进料机构,所述进料机构连接到进料口上,所述加热炉本体后端安装有卸料机构,所述卸料机构一端连接在出料口上,所述卸料机构另一端导入到挤压机内。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铜棒贴压板上端连接有多个所述气压缸,所述气压缸与所述铜棒贴压板均垂直相交连接,所述铜棒贴压板与所述铜棒加热输送坡道之间相对水平设置,所述气压缸通过压力感应器感应而同步运行。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铜棒加热输送坡道倾斜设置,所述铜棒加热输送坡道一端连接到进料口上,所述铜棒加热输送坡道另一端连接到出料口上,进料口开设高度高于出料口开设高度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电热丝均嵌入式设置在所述铜棒加热输送坡道表面和所述铜棒贴压板板面上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够提高铜棒加热炉的工作效率,加热炉本体内不仅设有多道加热系统,而且铜棒能在铜棒贴压机构和铜棒加热输送坡道之间形成的紧凑的空间内加热,加速了铜棒加热程度。

一种内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,包括加热炉本体1,所述加热炉本体1前端设有进料口,所述加热炉本体1后端设有出料口,所述加热炉本体1内部开设有加热炉膛2,所述加热炉膛2上端安装有多个电热偶3,所述加热炉膛2底部端设有一铜棒加热输送坡道4,所述铜棒加热输送坡道4两端分别连接进料口和出料口,所述铜棒加热输送坡道4的坡道面上设有电热丝5,所述加热炉膛2顶端端面上安装有一铜棒贴压机构6,所述铜棒贴压机构6包括气压缸7和铜棒贴压板8,所述气压缸7一端固定在所述加热炉膛2顶端端面上,所述气压缸7另一端连接所述铜棒贴压板8,所述铜棒贴压板8前端板面上设有所述电热丝5,所述铜棒贴压板8内部设有一压力感应器,压力感应器与所述气压缸7连接。
另外,所述加热炉本体1前端安装有进料机构9,所述进料机构9连接到进料口上,所述加热炉本体1后端安装有卸料机构10,所述卸料机构10一端连接在出料口上,所述卸料机构10另一端导入到挤压机内。
另外,所述铜棒贴压板8上端连接有多个所述气压缸7,所述气压缸7与所述铜棒贴压板8均垂直相交连接,所述铜棒贴压板8与所述铜棒加热输送坡道4之间相对水平设置,所述气压缸7通过压力感应器感应而同步运行。
另外,所述铜棒加热输送坡道4倾斜设置,所述铜棒加热输送坡道4一端连接到进料口上,所述铜棒加热输送坡道4另一端连接到出料口上,进料口开设高度高于出料口开设高度。
另外,所述电热丝5均嵌入式设置在所述铜棒加热输送坡道4表面和所述铜棒贴压板8板面上。
本发明的工作原理为在加热炉本体1前端设置进料口,加热炉本体1后端设有出料口,加热炉本体1前端安装有进料机构9,进料机构9连接到进料口上,加热炉本体1后端安装有卸料机构10,卸料机构10一端连接在出料口上,卸料机构10另一端导入到挤压机内,加热炉本体1内部开设有加热炉膛2,加热炉膛2上端安装有多个电热偶3,加热炉膛2底部端设有一铜棒加热输送坡道4,铜棒加热输送坡道4两端分别连接进料口和出料口,铜棒加热输送坡道4倾斜设置,铜棒加热输送坡道4一端连接到进料口上,铜棒加热输送坡道4另一端连接到出料口上,进料口开设高度高于出料口开设高度,铜棒加热输送坡道4的坡道面上设有电热丝5,加热炉膛2顶端端面上安装有一铜棒贴压机构6,铜棒贴压机构6包括气压缸7和铜棒贴压板8,气压缸7一端固定在加热炉膛2顶端端面上,气压缸7另一端连接铜棒贴压板8,铜棒贴压板8前端板面上设有电热丝5,电热丝5均嵌入式设置在铜棒加热输送坡道4表面和铜棒贴压板8板面上,铜棒贴压板8内部设有一压力感应器,压力感应器与气压缸7连接,铜棒贴压板8上端连接有多个气压缸7,气压缸7与铜棒贴压板8均垂直相交连接,铜棒贴压板8与铜棒加热输送坡道4之间相对水平设置,气压缸7通过压力感应器感应而同步运行,加热炉本体1内不仅设有多道加热系统,加热炉本体1内的电热偶3和铜棒加热输送坡道4上的电热丝5能在铜棒滚动时进行有效加热处理,而且铜棒贴压机构6能在铜棒导入到铜棒加热输送坡道4时形成热贴压处理,铜棒贴压机构6和铜棒加热输送坡道4之间形成的紧凑空间能更利于铜棒加热,加速了铜棒加热程度,同时铜棒贴压板8前端板面也嵌入电热丝5,进一步提高加热铜棒的效率。

Claims (5)
1.一种内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,包括加热炉本体,其特征在于,所述加热炉本体前端设有进料口,所述加热炉本体后端设有出料口,所述加热炉本体内部开设有加热炉膛,所述加热炉膛上端安装有多个电热偶,所述加热炉膛底部端设有一铜棒加热输送坡道,所述铜棒加热输送坡道两端分别连接进料口和出料口,所述铜棒加热输送坡道的坡道面上设有电热丝,所述加热炉膛顶端端面上安装有一铜棒贴压机构,所述铜棒贴压机构包括气压缸和铜棒贴压板,所述气压缸一端固定在所述加热炉膛顶端端面上,所述气压缸另一端连接所述铜棒贴压板,所述铜棒贴压板前端板面上设有所述电热丝,所述铜棒贴压板内部设有一压力感应器,压力感应器与所述气压缸连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,其特征在于,所述加热炉本体前端安装有进料机构,所述进料机构连接到进料口上,所述加热炉本体后端安装有卸料机构,所述卸料机构一端连接在出料口上,所述卸料机构另一端导入到挤压机内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,其特征在于,所述铜棒贴压板上端连接有多个所述气压缸,所述气压缸与所述铜棒贴压板均垂直相交连接,所述铜棒贴压板与所述铜棒加热输送坡道之间相对水平设置,所述气压缸通过压力感应器感应而同步运行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,其特征在于,所述铜棒加热输送坡道倾斜设置,所述铜棒加热输送坡道一端连接到进料口上,所述铜棒加热输送坡道另一端连接到出料口上,进料口开设高度高于出料口开设高度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内部贴压铜棒加热的铜棒加热炉,其特征在于,所述电热丝均嵌入式设置在所述铜棒加热输送坡道表面和所述铜棒贴压板板面上。
