Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED灯,包括:一容器,其为椭球体,沿容器的中心轴线设置一空腔,在容器内装有导热透光冷却液,在容器的外表面上设置有多个凹槽,每个凹槽的底部均与空腔相连通,在每个凹槽内均设置一基板;控制板,其设置在容器的空腔内;多个LED灯珠,其数量与容器的凹槽数量相同,每个LED灯珠均设置在一凹槽中的基板上,每个LED灯珠均与空腔内的控制板电连接;多个反光杯,其数量与容器的凹槽数量相同,每个凹槽内均设置一反光杯,反光杯的一杯口与凹槽内的基板固定连接;外壳,其设置在容器的外面,外壳由四部分组成,每一部分均可转动,使外壳张开或者关闭。该LED光用于解决现有技术中LED灯散热效率不高的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于LED照明领域,特别涉及一种LED灯。
背景技术
LED(Light Emitting Diode),即半导体电光源,发光二极管,也称为半导体灯,是一种无灯丝的电光源,直接把电能转化为光能。由于LED灯在使用的过程中相对于白炽灯更加的节能,而且使用寿命较长,所以市场上的白炽灯逐渐被LED灯所取代,避免了时常需要更换灯泡的麻烦,受到越来越多的用户的青睐。但是,LED的散热问题影响到LED光源的光效和寿命。传统的LED灯,其用于聚光的灯罩一般都是封闭的,这样的灯罩无法对基板起到散热的作用,造成散热效率低,导致LED光源温度过高。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供了一种LED灯,用于解决现有技术中LED灯散热效率不高的问题。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
LED灯,包括:
一容器,其为椭球体,沿所述容器的中心轴线设置一空腔,在所述容器内装有导热透光冷却液,在所述容器的外表面上设置有多个凹槽,所述每个凹槽的底部均与所述空腔相连通,在每个凹槽内均设置一基板,其中,所述容器壁为透光材质;
控制板,其设置在所述容器的空腔内;
多个LED灯珠,其数量与所述容器的凹槽数量相同,每个LED灯珠均设置在一凹槽中的基板上,所述每个LED灯珠均与所述空腔内的控制板电连接;
多个反光杯,其数量与所述容器的凹槽数量相同,每个凹槽内均设置一反光杯,所述反光杯的一杯口与所述凹槽内的基板固定连接;
外壳,其设置在所述容器的外面,所述外壳由四部分组成,每一部分均可转动,使所述外壳张开或者关闭。
优选的是,述的LED灯,所述多个LED灯珠为白灯珠、蓝灯珠,红灯珠中的任一种或者两种。
优选的是,所述的LED灯,在所述外壳表面上设置有多个散热孔。
优选的是,所述的LED灯,还包括一支撑板,其设置在所述容器上方,所述容器和所述外壳均设置在所述支撑板上,所述外壳与所述支撑板铰接。
优选的是,所述的LED灯,还包括一驱动机构和一与驱动机构连接的控制器,所述驱动机构与所述外壳连接。
优选的是,所述的LED灯,在每个所述反光杯的另一端口卡设有透镜。
优选的是,述的LED灯,在所述外壳表面上设置有散热片。
优选的是,所述的LED灯,所述散热片的形状为S型。
优选的是,所述的LED灯,所述基板为PCB板,其在凹槽内的形状与所述凹槽的形状相适应。
优选的是,所述的LED灯,所述外壳材质为导热材质。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:由于设置的容器形状为椭球体,在所述椭球体内装有导热透光冷却液,多个LED灯珠分别设置在椭球体外壁上的多个凹槽中,如此设置的好处能够很好且及时地把LED灯珠以及基板产生的热量散掉,且由于LED灯珠设置在椭球体外壁上的凹槽内,使LED光源在360度方向上都有光源射出;;多个反光杯能够使LED灯珠产生的光得到有效的利用。外壳的设置,用户可以根据实际需要,选择外壳是否开启或者开启的角度,这样用户可以控制需要LED光源照亮的范围。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为使本发明技术方案的优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的LED灯,包括:一容器1,其为椭球体,沿所述容器的中心轴线设置一空腔,在所述容器1内装有导热透光冷却液,在所述容器的外表面上设置有多个凹槽2,所述每个凹槽2的底部均与所述空腔相连通,在每个凹槽2内均设置一基板6,其中,所述容器壁为透光材质;控制板7,其设置在所述容器的空腔内;多个LED灯珠5,其数量与所述容器的凹槽数量相同,每个LED灯珠5均设置在一凹槽中的基板6上,所述每个LED灯珠5均与所述空腔内的控制板7电连接;多个反光杯2,其数量与所述容器的凹槽2数量相同,每个凹槽2内均设置一反光杯2,所述反光杯的一杯口与所述凹槽内的基板6固定连接;外壳10,其设置在所述容器的外面,所述外壳由四部分组成,每一部分均可转动,使所述外壳张开或者关闭。
需要说明的是,LED灯珠和凹槽的数量可以根据实际情况进行设置,在此不做具体限定。
由于设置的容器形状为椭球体,在所述椭球体内装有导热透光冷却液,多个LED灯珠分别设置在椭球体外壁上的多个凹槽中,如此设置的好处能够很好且及时地把LED灯珠以及基板产生的热量散掉,且由于LED灯珠设置在椭球体外壁上的凹槽内,使LED光源在360度方向上都有光源射出;;多个反光杯能够使LED灯珠产生的光得到有效的利用。外壳的设置,用户可以根据实际需要,选择外壳是否开启或者开启的角度,这样用户可以控制需要LED光源照亮的范围。
进一步的,所述的LED灯,述多个LED灯珠为白灯珠、蓝灯珠,红灯珠中的任一种或者两种。
进一步的,所述的LED灯,在所述外壳表面上设置有多个散热孔,或者在所述外壳表面上设置有散热片,所述散热片的形状为S型。
进一步的,所述的LED灯,还包括一支撑板8,其设置在所述容器上方,所述容器1和所述外壳10均设置在所述支撑板8上,所述外壳10与所述支撑板8铰接。还包括一驱动机构9和一与驱动机构连接的控制器,所述驱动机构与所述外壳连接。用户可以根据实际需要,选择外壳是否开启或者开启的角度,这样用户可以控制需要LED光源照亮的范围。
进一步的,所述的LED灯,在每个所述反光杯2的另一端口卡设有透镜3。
进一步的,所述的LED灯,所述基板6为PCB板,其在凹槽内的形状与所述凹槽的形状相适应。
进一步的,所述的LED灯,所述外壳材质为导热材质。

Claims (4)

1.LED灯,其特征在于,包括:
一容器,其为椭球体,沿所述容器的中心轴线设置一空腔,在所述容器内装有导热透光冷却液,在所述容器的外表面上设置有多个凹槽,所述每个凹槽的底部均与所述空腔相连通,在每个凹槽内均设置一基板,其中,所述容器壁为透光材质;
控制板,其设置在所述容器的空腔内;
多个LED灯珠,其数量与所述容器的凹槽数量相同,每个LED灯珠均设置在一凹槽中的基板上,所述每个LED灯珠均与所述空腔内的控制板电连接;
多个反光杯,其数量与所述容器的凹槽数量相同,每个凹槽内均设置一反光杯,所述反光杯的一杯口与所述凹槽内的基板固定连接,在每个所述反光杯的另一端口卡设有透镜;
外壳,其设置在所述容器的外面,所述外壳由四部分组成,每一部分均可转动,使所述外壳张开或者关闭;
其中,所述多个LED灯珠为白灯珠、蓝灯珠,红灯珠中的任一种或者两种,在所述外壳表面上设置有多个散热孔;在所述外壳表面上设置有散热片,所述散热片的形状为S型,所述外壳材质为导热材质。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于,还包括一支撑板,其设置在所述容器上方,所述容器和所述外壳均设置在所述支撑板上,所述外壳与所述支撑板铰接。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED灯,其特征在于,还包括一驱动机构和一与驱动机构连接的控制器,所述驱动机构与所述外壳连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述基板为PCB板,其在凹槽内的形状与所述凹槽的形状相适应。
