本发明主要应用于矿浆的输送领域,特别涉及一种矿浆插板阀,包括支架和阀口,阀口内设置阀板,支架两侧边内侧设置滑槽,阀板安装在滑槽内,阀板顶部有拉绳,拉绳缠绕在卷轴上,卷轴连接驱动装置,驱动装置安装在支架顶部,支架顶部对应拉绳设置通孔,阀板侧壁上设置定位孔,阀口的顶板和支架顶部之间设置隔板,隔板上分布有拉绳穿过孔,隔板下方设置定位杆,定位杆连接气缸,气缸安装在支架的侧边上,阀口两侧设置标记线。结构简单合理,阀门开关方便,容易实现,定位安全方便,容易控制及操作;阀板耐磨,相对于胶阀或者闸阀,使用寿命长,减少更换次数。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿浆插板阀装置,主要应用于矿浆的输送领域。
背景技术
现有为了方便调控对矿浆的输送,常用胶阀或者闸阀控制,矿浆容易沉淀,使用时非常不容易开关,且沉淀的矿浆容易损坏胶阀或者闸阀,增加生产成本,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构合理,容易开关,成本低,且定位安全的矿浆插板阀装置。
本发明所述的矿浆插板阀装置,包括支架和阀口,阀口内设置阀板,支架两侧边内侧设置滑槽,阀板安装在滑槽内,阀板顶部有拉绳,拉绳缠绕在卷轴上,卷轴连接驱动装置,驱动装置安装在支架顶部,支架顶部对应拉绳设置通孔,阀板侧壁上设置定位孔,阀口的顶板和支架顶部之间设置隔板,隔板上分布有拉绳穿过孔,隔板下方设置定位杆,定位杆连接气缸,气缸安装在支架的侧边上,阀口两侧设置标记线。
支架和阀口用于支撑和连接矿浆管;阀板通过拉绳控制其位置的上下,卷轴通过驱动装置驱动其转动,驱动装置可以是电机;阀板侧壁的定位孔和定位杆的设置可以使安全定位,分担拉绳的受力,起到保护作用;定位杆通过气缸驱动,便于控制和操作;阀口两侧设置标记线,便于观察阀门的开闭大小。
所述的卷轴下方对应拉绳设置护套,护套安装在通孔上部。护套起到保护作用。
所述的隔板底部设置位置传感器。可以感应到阀板的位置,从而通过控制器控制驱动装置停止运转,及控制气缸动作,使定位杆运动到定位孔内,起到信号传递的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:
结构简单合理,阀门开关方便,容易实现,定位安全方便,容易控制及操作;阀板耐磨,相对于胶阀或者闸阀,使用寿命长,减少更换次数。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1所示,本发明所述的矿浆插板阀装置,包括支架3和阀口,阀口内设置阀板5,支架3两侧边内侧设置滑槽,阀板5安装在滑槽内,阀板5顶部有拉绳4,拉绳4缠绕在卷轴1上,卷轴1连接驱动装置13,驱动装置13安装在支架3顶部,支架3顶部对应拉绳4设置通孔12,阀板5侧壁上设置定位孔7,阀口的顶板和支架3顶部之间设置隔板10,隔板10上分布有拉绳穿过孔11,隔板10下方设置定位杆9,定位杆9连接气缸8,气缸8安装在支架3的侧边上,阀口两侧设置标记线6。卷轴1下方对应拉绳4设置护套2,护套2安装在通孔12上部。隔板10底部设置位置传感器。
使用时,启动驱动装置13,驱动装置13通过正、反转动,带动卷轴1正、反转动,卷轴1转动使拉绳4带动阀板5向上或者向下运动,实现阀板5的打开或者关闭,当向上运动到隔板10底部时,气缸8动作,将定位杆9驱动到阀板5的定位孔7内,实现阀板5在上部时的安全定位。

1.一种矿浆插板阀装置,包括支架(3)和阀口,其特征在于:阀口内设置阀板(5),支架(3)两侧边内侧设置滑槽,阀板(5)安装在滑槽内,阀板(5)顶部有拉绳(4),拉绳(4)缠绕在卷轴(1)上,卷轴(1)连接驱动装置(13),驱动装置(13)安装在支架(3)顶部,支架(3)顶部对应拉绳(4)设置通孔(12),阀板(5)侧壁上设置定位孔(7),阀口的顶板和支架(3)顶部之间设置隔板(10),隔板(10)上分布有拉绳穿过孔(11),隔板(10)下方设置定位杆(9),定位杆(9)连接气缸(8),气缸(8)安装在支架(3)的侧边上,阀口两侧设置标记线(6);卷轴(1)下方对应拉绳(4)设置护套(2),护套(2)安装在通孔(12)上部;隔板(10)底部设置位置传感器。
