Abstract
本发明涉及一种可调节定量取样阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆;主要是阀芯的一端制有与介质管道通孔相同弧度的圆弧面,在取样阀全关状态时,阀芯端部的圆弧面与介质管道通孔构成完整的圆孔;阀芯中心制有定量取样装置,在定量取样装置活塞杆的端部设置取样标尺;定量取样装置的阀芯取样孔连通径向进料口和径向出料口,在取样阀全关状态时,径向出料口与取样口对齐,径向进料口与阀体通道内壁密封配合;在取样阀全开状态时,径向进料口与介质管道通孔连通,径向出料口与阀体通道内壁密封配合。调节定量取样装置中活塞在阀芯取样孔内的位置,设定取样数量,实现可调节定量取样。适用于抗生素等生物制药管道介质的在线定量取样装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种取样阀。本发明适用于抗生素等生物制药管道介质的在线定量取样装置。
背景技术
取样阀安装于介质输送管道上实现对介质的取样、检测、分析,在线取样阀是直接将取样阀体安装于介质输送管道上,在介质输送管道正常流体的情况下,对管道内介质进行取样。现有取样阀的阀体与介质管道之间存在残留死角,不易清洗,对批间介质产生污染,而且取样的定量精度差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种清洗容易、批间污染少、可定量取样的可调节定量取样阀。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆,阀芯外圆柱面与阀体通道内壁动密封配合构成柱塞式结构,阀体水平安装于介质管道一侧,取样口设置在阀体下侧,阀芯一端与阀杆固定连接,阀杆通过阀杆螺母与手轮连接;主要是阀芯另一端制有与介质管道通孔相同弧度的圆弧面,在取样阀全关状态时,阀芯端部的圆弧面与介质管道通孔构成完整的圆孔;阀芯中心制有定量取样装置,该定量取样装置由阀芯取样孔、活塞和活塞杆组成,活塞外圆面与阀芯取样孔动密封配合,活塞杆的一端与活塞端面中心连接,活塞杆的另一端制有取样标尺,在取样标尺内侧的活塞杆外圆面与阀杆中心孔之间螺纹配合,活塞杆与阀杆端面之间由锁紧螺母固定;阀芯取样孔连通径向进料口和径向出料口,在取样阀全关状态时,径向出料口与取样口对齐,径向进料口与阀体通道内壁密封配合;在取样阀全开状态时,径向进料口与介质管道通孔连通,径向出料口与阀体通道内壁密封配合。
本发明的优点是阀芯端部与介质管道通孔相同弧度的圆弧面,在取样阀全关状态时,阀芯端部的圆弧面与介质管道通孔构成完整的圆孔,防止介质积留造成样品污染;阀芯中心制有定量取样装置,调节定量取样装置中活塞在阀芯取样孔内的位置,设定取样数量,实现可调节定量取样。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的可调节定量取样阀,包括阀体1、阀芯2、阀杆3,阀芯2外圆柱面与阀体1通道内壁动密封配合构成柱塞式结构,阀体1水平安装于介质管道4一侧,取样口5设置在阀体下侧,阀芯2一端与阀杆3固定连接,阀杆3通过阀杆螺母6与手轮7连接,阀杆螺母6由轴承安装在支架内,支架与阀杆3设置防转装置;阀芯2另一端制有与介质管道4通孔相同弧度的圆弧面,在取样阀全关状态时,阀芯2端部的圆弧面与介质管道4通孔构成完整的圆孔,清洗容易,较小污染;阀芯2中心制有定量取样装置,该定量取样装置由阀芯取样孔8、活塞9和活塞杆10组成,活塞9外圆面与阀芯取样孔8动密封配合,活塞杆10的一端与活塞9端面中心连接,活塞杆10的另一端制有取样标尺11,该取样标尺11的刻度显示取样数量,在取样标尺11内侧的活塞杆10外圆面与阀杆3中心孔之间螺纹配合,使取样标尺11在阀杆3中心孔可移动,调节活塞9在阀芯取样孔8内的位置,实现对取样样品数量的调节,活塞杆10与阀杆3端面之间由锁紧螺母12固定,锁定取样样品数量的设定值;阀芯取样孔8连通径向进料口13和径向出料口14;在取样阀全开状态时,径向进料口13与介质管道4通孔连通,径向出料口14与阀体1通道内壁密封配合;在取样阀全关状态时,径向出料口14与取样口5对齐,径向进料口13与阀体1通道内壁密封配合,如图2所示。取样时,打开取样阀,使其径向进料口13与介质管道4通孔连通,介质进入阀芯取样孔8内,关闭取样阀即可将阀芯取样孔8内的介质通过取样口5装入取样容器,完成取样操作。
Claims (1)
1.一种可调节定量取样阀,包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)、阀杆(3),阀芯(2)外圆柱面与阀体(1)通道内壁动密封配合构成柱塞式结构,阀体(1)水平安装于介质管道(4)一侧,取样口(5)设置在阀体下侧,阀芯(2)一端与阀杆(3)固定连接,阀杆(3)通过阀杆螺母(6)与手轮(7)连接,阀杆螺母(6)由轴承安装在支架内,支架与阀杆(3)设置防转装置;其特征是阀芯(2)另一端制有与介质管道(4)通孔相同弧度的圆弧面,在取样阀全关状态时,阀芯(2)端部的圆弧面与介质管道(4)通孔构成完整的圆孔;阀芯(2)中心制有定量取样装置,该定量取样装置由阀芯取样孔(8)、活塞(9)和活塞杆(10)组成,活塞(9)外圆面与阀芯取样孔(8)动密封配合,活塞杆(10)的一端与活塞(9)端面中心连接,活塞杆(10)的另一端制有取样标尺(11),在取样标尺(11)与活塞(9)之间的活塞杆(10)外圆面与阀杆(3)中心孔之间螺纹配合,活塞杆(10)与阀杆(3)端面之间由锁紧螺母(12)固定;阀芯取样孔(8)连通径向进料口(13)和径向出料口(14);在取样阀全开状态时,径向进料口(13)与介质管道(4)通孔连通,径向出料口(14)与阀体(1)通道内壁密封配合;在取样阀全关状态时,径向出料口(14)与取样口(5)对齐,径向进料口(13)与阀体(1)通道内壁密封配合。
