一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:乳基40~70份;纳米玻璃纤维棉粒8~18份;有机硅改性硅藻土5~12份;功能性填料10~25份;成膜助剂0.8~1.5份;分散剂0.5~1.2份;增稠剂2~5份;表面活性剂0.3~1份;抗菌剂0.3~0.8份;光稳定剂0.2~1份。本发明提出的内墙涂料配方合理,制备方法简单,具有优异的吸音降噪效果,保证人们生活、工作环境的舒适度,同时,具有一定的阻燃性、保温性以及抗菌性,而且,环保无害,降低了成本,满足人们对新型材料的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料。
背景技术
现代社会出现的噪声污染,尤其是室内噪声污染对健康和日常生活的危害逐渐为人们所重视。特别是一些公众场合,比如电影院、会议室、报告厅等,噪声不仅干扰了工作的本身,而且会让人产生烦燥影响工作质量。目前市场的涂料基本不具备吸音的功能。建筑常用的吸音方式是多孔吸音和共振吸音,多孔吸音需要材料内部有连通的孔,共振吸音需要有空腔。主要材料都是以玻璃纤维为主,它的缺点在于玻璃纤维材料对低频吸音效果差,没有阻燃作用,而且不但物质本身对人体有害,在燃烧时还会产生有害气体。
相比吸音墙体,涂料具有施工方便、维护简单、成本低等优点,而且涂料能保护建筑墙体本身。吸音涂料又叫吸声喷涂,是指采用生物纤维、矿物纤维等为主要原料结合其他防火剂、防湿、防酶腐剂等,通过专业机械将之与粘胶剂一起喷出,附着于内屋面、墙面,形成2~10mm厚的表观具有多孔隙棉状涂层材料。是一种较新颖,也属于发展中的内屋面、墙面吸声材料。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种配方合理,适用于墙体内表面,实现降噪的功能,同时,环保,具有一定的阻燃性和保温性的可降噪吸音的内墙涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
乳基 40~70份;
纳米玻璃纤维棉粒 8~18份;
有机硅改性硅藻土 5~12份;
功能性填料 10~25份;
成膜助剂 0.8~1.5份;
分散剂 0.5~1.2份;
增稠剂 2~5份;
表面活性剂 0.3~1份;
抗菌剂 0.3~0.8份;
光稳定剂 0.2~1份。
进一步地,所述乳基为环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液。
进一步地,所述功能性填料包括轻质碳酸钙、竹纤维粉、木素磺酸钙、三氧化二铝和二氧化钛。
进一步地,所述功能性填料包括5~8份的轻质碳酸钙,2~6份的竹纤维粉,2~8份的木素磺酸钙,1~5份的三氧化二铝和1~5份的二氧化钛。
进一步地,所述成膜助剂为海藻酸钠,所述分散剂脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,所述增稠剂为有机膨润土,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述抗菌剂为季铵盐类,所述光稳定剂为硬脂酸盐。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的内墙涂料配方合理,制备方法简单,具有优异的吸音降噪效果,保证人们生活、工作环境的舒适度,同时,具有一定的阻燃性、保温性以及抗菌性,而且,环保无害,降低了成本,满足人们对新型材料的需求。

实施例1
一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液 45份;
纳米玻璃纤维棉粒 8份;
有机硅改性硅藻土 5份;
功能性填料 12份;
海藻酸钠 0.8;
脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯 0.5份;
有机膨润土 2份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 0.3份;
季铵盐类 0.3份;
硬脂酸盐 0.2份。
在本实施例中,功能性填料包括轻质碳酸钙、竹纤维粉、木素磺酸钙、三氧化二铝和二氧化钛,功能性填料包括5份的轻质碳酸钙,2份的竹纤维粉,2份的木素磺酸钙,1份的三氧化二铝和2份的二氧化钛。
实施例2
一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液 45份;
纳米玻璃纤维棉粒 10份;
有机硅改性硅藻土 8份;
功能性填料 15份;
海藻酸钠 1份;
脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯 0.8份;
有机膨润土 3份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 0.5份;
季铵盐类 0.5份;
硬脂酸盐 0.4份。
在本实施例中,功能性填料包括轻质碳酸钙、竹纤维粉、木素磺酸钙、三氧化二铝和二氧化钛,功能性填料包括5份的轻质碳酸钙,2份的竹纤维粉,4份的木素磺酸钙,2份的三氧化二铝和2份的二氧化钛。
实施例3
一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液 50份;
纳米玻璃纤维棉粒 12份;
有机硅改性硅藻土 8份;
功能性填料 18份;
海藻酸钠 1份;
脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯 0.8份;
有机膨润土 3份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 0.5份;
季铵盐类 0.5份;
硬脂酸盐 0.6份。
在本实施例中,功能性填料包括轻质碳酸钙、竹纤维粉、木素磺酸钙、三氧化二铝和二氧化钛,功能性填料包括6份的轻质碳酸钙,4份的竹纤维粉,4份的木素磺酸钙,2份的三氧化二铝和2份的二氧化钛。
本发明提出的内墙涂料配方合理,制备方法简单,具有优异的吸音降噪效果,保证人们生活、工作环境的舒适度,同时,具有一定的阻燃性、保温性以及抗菌性,而且,环保无害,降低了成本,满足人们对新型材料的需求。

乳基 40~70份;
纳米玻璃纤维棉粒 8~18份;
有机硅改性硅藻土 5~12份;
功能性填料 10~25份;
成膜助剂 0.8~1.5份;
分散剂 0.5~1.2份;
增稠剂 2~5份;
表面活性剂 0.3~1份;
抗菌剂 0.3~0.8份;
光稳定剂 0.2~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述乳基为环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述功能性填料包括轻质碳酸钙、竹纤维粉、木素磺酸钙、三氧化二铝和二氧化钛。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述功能性填料包括5~8份的轻质碳酸钙,2~6份的竹纤维粉,2~8份的木素磺酸钙,1~5份的三氧化二铝和1~5份的二氧化钛。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种可降噪吸音的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为海藻酸钠,所述分散剂脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,所述增稠剂为有机膨润土,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述抗菌剂为季铵盐类,所述光稳定剂为硬脂酸盐。
