背景技术
石膏板是以建筑石膏为主要原料制成的一种材料。它是一种重量轻、强度较高、厚度较薄、加工方便以及隔音绝热和防火等性能较好的建筑材料,是当前着重发展的新型轻质板材之一。现有的石膏板强度低,在装修使用过程中容易断裂,不仅影响使用而且会降低施工进度。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种强度高,防潮能力强,不易断裂,经济环保,综合性能好的高强度抗裂石膏板。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种高强度抗裂石膏板,包含以下质量份数的原料:
石膏粉40-50份,氧化铁粉末5-7份,粉煤灰4-6份,硅酸铝纤维7-10份,氧化钙膨胀剂6-9份,玻璃纤维8-11份,聚丙烯酸酯3-5份,水玻璃10-12份,氧化钙膨胀剂2-4份,硬脂酸乳液6-9份,聚乙烯醇乳液5-7份。
上述的高强度抗裂石膏板,包含以下质量份数的原料:
石膏粉45份,氧化铁粉末6份,粉煤灰5份,硅酸铝纤维8份,氧化钙膨胀剂7份,玻璃纤维10份,聚丙烯酸酯4份,水玻璃11份,氧化钙膨胀剂3份,硬脂酸乳液8份,聚乙烯醇乳液6份。
