Abstract
碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涂层基料40~60份、溶剂15~25份、氧化锌3~8份、气相二氧化钛2~6份、四乙酸1~3份、马来酸酐1~4份、填料10~18份及其他助剂8~15份。本发明提供的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料经合理的原料配比及大量的实验证实,具有良好的附着力及较低的接触电阻,可有效降低胶粘剂的用量,提高电池制造的环保性;本发明的导电涂层不含有毒性高的甲苯和二甲苯,同时密封效果较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电池用加工材料技术领域,具体涉及一种碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料。
背景技术
随着现代电子工业的发展,作为新型能源的电池也得到飞速地发展。特别是高能、可充电的碱性电池发展的更加迅猛。碱性电池的电液是高浓度的KOH或NaOH溶液,碱液非常容易沿电池封口处爬沿造成漏液,使电池报废,因此,蓄电池的槽盖接线及连接部分一般都用密封材料加以密封、堵酸。随着蓄电池市场需求的逐年上升,对废旧电池的处理和蓄电池的维修也越来越受到重视,而蓄电池维修的关键是即要打开密封盖又不损坏蓄电池的外壳。但现有的密封材料存在以下不足:采用甲苯或二甲苯为溶剂,二甲苯或甲苯均有毒性,不符合环保要求;在高温和压力的长期作用下,会因密封剂流动而造成漏液。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种粘接强度高,耐酸性好,利于蓄电池维护的环保型密封涂层材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涂层基料30~40份、溶剂15~25份、氧化锌3~8份、气相二氧化钛2~6份、四乙酸1~3份、马来酸酐1~4份、填料10~18份及其他助剂8~15份。
进一步地,所述涂层基料为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液,其质量份比为1:2~4。
进一步地,所述溶剂为乙醇和丙烯酸乙酯,其质量份比为1~3:1。
进一步地,所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物。
进一步地,所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、固化剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
上述的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,按照上述的质量份数备取原料后,经物理方法混合、过滤及后续处理得到本发明的环保型密封涂层材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果为:
本发明提供的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料经合理的原料配比及大量的实验证实,具有良好的附着力及较低的接触电阻,可有效降低胶粘剂的用量,提高电池制造的环保性;本发明的导电涂层不含有毒性高的甲苯和二甲苯,同时密封效果较好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涂层基料50份、溶剂20份、氧化锌5份、气相二氧化钛4份、四乙酸2份、马来酸酐2份、填料15份及其他助剂12份。
进一步地,所述涂层基料为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液,其质量份比为1:3;所述溶剂为乙醇和丙烯酸乙酯,其质量份比为2:1;所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物;所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、固化剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
实施例2:碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涂层基料40份、溶剂15份、氧化锌3份、气相二氧化钛2份、四乙酸1份、马来酸酐1份、填料10份及其他助剂8份。
进一步地,所述涂层基料为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液,其质量份比为1: 4;所述溶剂为乙醇和丙烯酸乙酯,其质量份比为1:1;所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物;所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、固化剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
实施例3:碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涂层基料60份、溶剂25份、氧化锌8份、气相二氧化钛6份、四乙酸3份、马来酸酐4份、填料18份及其他助剂15份。
进一步地,所述涂层基料为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液,其质量份比为1:2;所述溶剂为乙醇和丙烯酸乙酯,其质量份比为3:1;所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物;所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、固化剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
上述实施例1~3所述的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,按照上述的质量份数备取原料后,经物理方法混合、过滤及后续处理得到本发明的环保型密封涂层材料。

1.碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涂层基料40~60份、溶剂15~25份、氧化锌3~8份、气相二氧化钛2~6份、四乙酸1~3份、马来酸酐1~4份、填料10~18份及其他助剂8~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,其特征在于:所述涂层基料为聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液,其质量份比为1:2~4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙醇和丙烯酸乙酯,其质量份比为1~3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,其特征在于:所述填料为石灰石粉、纳米羟基磷灰石粉、纳米级硅藻土的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碱性电池用环保型密封涂层材料,其特征在于:所述其他助剂为抗氧剂、分散剂、固化剂、防老剂和阻燃剂。
