本发明涉及一种皮带断带抓捕装置,皮带传送滚桶架一侧固定有一用于测量皮带传动速度变化的测速传感器,在皮带传送滚桶架的另一端固定有皮带抓捕装置,所述皮带抓捕装置由下夹板、上夹板、支架和油缸组成,支架固定在皮带传送滚桶架上,下夹板固定在支架上端,上夹板相对于下夹板可转动地通过转轴固定在支架上,上夹板由油缸推动转动,在皮带传送滚桶架两侧装设有一框形支撑架,在框形支撑架上横向架设有一传动轴,在传动轴中部上固定有一逆止器,在传动轴位于逆止器的两端分别装设有伸缩缸,伸缩缸的伸缩端与铲煤板固定,传动轴由固定在框形支撑架一侧的变频电机带动。本发明利用抓捕迅速,可靠,抓捕靴设计合理,不会对输送带产生抓捕破坏。

技术领域
本发明属于矿用输送设备领域,具体涉及一种皮带断带抓捕装置。
背景技术
带式输送机做为散状和块状物料的主要输送设备,已经被广泛应用于煤炭、水泥、电力、化工、港口及建材等行业。但是对于大倾角的带式输送机,一旦发生断带事故,就会摧毁输送机机架、损坏附属设备、堵塞运输巷道,造成长时间停产和重大经济损失,甚至会造成人员伤亡,破坏力极为严重。国内外都有许多这方面的相关人员伤亡数据报道。针对输送带断裂事故目前最主要的保护措施就是在输送机上安装断带保护装置,也称抓捕器。近年来,在国内外出现了机械式、液压式等断带保护装置,但从实际使用的情况来看,远不能满足现场使用要求,主要缺点如下:依靠断带产生的逆向运动触发抓捕器动作,由于运行环境的复杂
性导致出现误动作,影响生产。抓捕器执行机构采用闸块或偏心轮机构,制动面积小,制动力集中,容易造成胶带撕裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种皮带断带抓捕装置。该装置抓捕机构是重力驱动,杠杆作用,动作迅速,触发原理简单,信号准确,断电迅速,不会误动作,抓捕靴设计合理,不会对输送带产生抓捕破坏。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种皮带断带抓捕装置,它包括皮带传送滚桶架、框形支撑架、变频电机、逆止器、传动轴、伸缩缸、铲煤板、测速传感器、皮带抓捕装置,皮带传送滚桶架一侧固定有一用于测量皮带传动速度变化的测速传感器,在皮带传送滚桶架的另一端固定有至少一个皮带抓捕装置,所述皮带抓捕装置由下夹板、上夹板、支架和油缸组成,支架固定在皮带传送滚桶架上,下夹板固定在支架上端,上夹板相对于下夹板可转动地通过转轴固定在支架上,其中下夹板和上夹板的夹持面上设置有防滑层,上夹板由油缸推动转动,在皮带传送滚桶架两侧装设有一框形支撑架,在框形支撑架上横向架设有一传动轴,在传动轴中部上固定有一逆止器,在传动轴位于逆止器的两端分别装设有伸缩缸,伸缩缸的伸缩端与铲煤板固定,用于将所述皮带上的煤铲掉,传动轴由固定在框形支撑架一侧的变频电机带动。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明抓捕机构是重力驱动,杠杆作用,动作迅速;触发原理简单,信号准确,断电迅速,不会误动作;抓捕靴设计合理,不会对输送带产生抓捕破坏;能够适用于上运、下运或其他复杂运行工况的带式输送机。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种皮带断带抓捕装置,它包括皮带传送滚桶架1、框形支撑架2、变频电机3、逆止器4、传动轴5、伸缩缸6、铲煤板7、测速传感器8、皮带抓捕装置,皮带传送滚桶架1一侧固定有一用于测量皮带传动速度变化的测速传感器8,在皮带传送滚桶架1的另一端固定有至少一个皮带抓捕装置,所述皮带抓捕装置由下夹板9、上夹板10、支架11和油缸12组成,支架11固定在皮带传送滚桶架1上,下夹板9固定在支架11上端,上夹板10相对于下夹板9可转动地通过转轴固定在支架11上,上夹板10由油缸12推动转动,其中下夹板9和上夹板10的夹持面上设置有防滑层,在皮带传送滚桶架1两侧装设有一框形支撑架2,在框形支撑架2上横向架设有一传动轴5,在传动轴5中部上固定有一逆止器4,在传动轴5位于逆止器4的两端分别装设有伸缩缸6,伸缩缸6的伸缩端与铲煤板7固定,用于将所述皮带上的煤铲掉,传动轴5由固定在框形支撑架2一侧的变频电机3带动。

1.一种皮带断带抓捕装置,它包括皮带传送滚桶架、框形支撑架、变频电机、逆止器、传动轴、伸缩缸、铲煤板、测速传感器、皮带抓捕装置,皮带传送滚桶架一侧固定有一用于测量皮带传动速度变化的测速传感器,在皮带传送滚桶架的另一端固定有至少一个皮带抓捕装置,所述皮带抓捕装置由下夹板、上夹板、支架和油缸组成,支架固定在皮带传送滚桶架上,下夹板固定在支架上端,上夹板相对于下夹板可转动地通过转轴固定在支架上,其中下夹板和上夹板的夹持面上设置有防滑层,其特征在于,上夹板由油缸推动转动,在皮带传送滚桶架两侧装设有一框形支撑架,在框形支撑架上横向架设有一传动轴,在传动轴中部上固定有一逆止器,在传动轴位于逆止器的两端分别装设有伸缩缸,伸缩缸的伸缩端与铲煤板固定,用于将所述皮带上的煤铲掉,传动轴由固定在框形支撑架一侧的变频电机带动。
