本发明公开一种车辆用制动装置,包括:主缸部,其增加油压;踏板部,其驱动主缸部;油压引导部,其向轮缸部引导在主缸部生成的油压;电机泵部,其向油压引导部供油;以及辅助供应部,其向电机泵部供油。因此能够提高制动性。

车辆用制动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用制动装置,尤其涉及一种在紧急制动时向系统增加供油以提高制动性能的车辆用制动装置。
背景技术
一般,制动装置是使车辆减速或停止的装置。通常,当驾驶员踩制动踏板时主缸(master cylinder)中油压增大,向为各车轮提供制动力的轮缸供油。另外,感测到踏板受压的情况下电机泵驱动,此时油压能够放大传递到轮缸。
现在,车辆通过具备自动紧急制动(autonomous emergency braking;AEB)功能来提高车辆稳定性。所谓自动紧急制动是指车辆通过各种传感器识别周边状况并实施制动。自动紧急制动功能启动的情况下,电机泵强制吸入制动油并向轮缸提供增大的油压。此时,电机泵驱动的情况下,储存在储存部的制动油通过主缸与制动液管强制吸入到电机泵。
现在由电机泵增大油压,但是紧急制动初期由于受到供应油的流路的形状及长度和不同温度下粘度的影响,因此无法正常向电机泵供油。当如上无法正常向电机泵供油的情况下,无法向轮缸供应所需油压,因此具有制动性能下降的问题。故需要解决这种问题。
韩国公开专利公报第2011-0065845号(公开日期:2011年06月16日,发明名称:车辆制动系统)公开了本发明的背景技术。
发明内容
技术问题
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种在紧急制动时迅速供油以提高制动性的车辆用制动装置。
技术方案
本发明的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于,包括:主缸部,其增加油压;踏板部,其驱动所述主缸部;油压引导部,其向轮缸部引导在所述主缸部生成的油压;电机泵部,其向所述油压引导部供油;以及辅助供应部,其向所述电机泵部供油。
本发明中,所述辅助供应部包括:壳体部,其形成有用于储存油的储存室及连通于所述储存室且用于油出入的出入孔部;安装部,其形成于所述壳体部且固定设置于所述储存室;活塞部,其调节所述储存室的体积;复原部,其设置于所述储存室弹性支撑所述活塞部;连杆部,其连接于所述活塞部;以及驱动部,其安装于所述壳体部且设置成包围所述连杆部,在被接通电源时生成电磁场,以使所述连杆部向所述活塞部方向移动。
本发明中,所述安装部包括:闭合板,其具有圆板形状,用于闭合所述储存室;以及闭合凸起,其从所述闭合板的边缘凸出并密着于所述储存室的内壁。
本发明中,所述活塞部包括:连接体,其结合于所述连杆部;凸起体,其从所述连接体的边缘向所述安装部方向凸出;以及密封体,其插入到形成于所述凸起体的凸起槽部,密着于所述壳体部的内侧面以防止漏油。
本发明中,所述车辆用制动装置还包括:感测部,其感测车辆周边环境;以及控制部,其接收所述感测部的感测信号以控制所述电机泵部与所述辅助供应部。
本发明中,所述控制部在所述电机泵部初始驱动时驱动所述辅助供应部。
本发明中,所述控制部在所述踏板部未被加压的情况下,仍根据从所述感测部接收到的感测信号驱动所述电机泵部与所述辅助供应部,以向所述轮缸部供油。
本发明中,所述油压引导部包括:油管,其对油进行引导;以及多个油阀,其开闭所述油管。

技术效果
本发明的车辆用制动装置由辅助供应部向电机泵部增加供油,因此能够提高制动性。
本发明的车辆用制动装置在感测部感测到车辆危险的情况下,控制部驱动电机泵部与辅助供应部,因此能够自动引导车辆的制动。
本发明的车辆用制动装置在电机泵部初始驱动时通过驱动辅助供应部供油,因此能够提高初始制动性和响应性。

以下参照附图说明本发明的车辆用制动装置的实施例。在此,为了说明的明确性及便利性而放大显示了附图中部分线条的宽度或构成要素的尺寸。另外,下述的用语是根据在本发明中的功能而定义的用语,根据不同的使用者、运用者的目的或惯例而有所差异。因此所定义的这些用语应以说明书全文的内容为准。
图1为概括显示根据本发明一个实施例的车辆用制动装置的示意图。参照图1,根据本发明一个实施例的车辆用制动装置1包括主缸部10、踏板部20、油压引导部30、电机泵部40及辅助供应部50。
主缸部10设置于车体,踏板部20用于驱动主缸部20。根据一个实施例,踏板部20位于驾驶席的下部,驾驶员可以用脚踩。当踏板部20对主缸部10加压的情况下,内置于主缸部10的油的压力可以增大。
油压引导部30向轮缸部60引导在主缸部10生成的油压。根据一个实施例,车辆具有四个车轮70,油压引导部30可以向对各车轮70实施制动的轮缸部60提供油压。本实施例中,油压引导部30可包括对油进行引导的油管31、用于开闭油管31的多个油阀32。
电机泵部40向油压引导部30供油,供应给油压引导部30的油到达轮缸部60实现对车轮70的制动。根据一个实施例,电机泵部40可与油管31连接。另外,一般制动时,当操作踏板部20的情况下通过电机泵部40供应的油到达轮缸部60。并且,在阀门无法工作的错误制动的情况下操作踏板部20时,主缸部10供应的油到达轮缸部60。
辅助供应部50向电机泵部40供油。通过辅助供应部50向电机泵部40供油的情况下,通过电机泵部40排出的油的压力增幅比可以上升。并且,由于能够迅速向轮缸部60供油,因此能够提高制动响应性。

根据本发明一个实施例的车辆用制动装置1还可以包括感测部80与控制部90。感测部80感测车辆周边环境,控制部90接收感测部80的感测信号并控制电机泵部40与辅助供应部50。
根据一个实施例,感测部80感测车辆周边物体并向控制部90发送感测信号。即使驾驶员未对踏板部20加压,控制部90仍可以根据接收到的感测信号驱动电机泵部40与辅助供应部50,以向轮缸部60供油。如上,驾驶员无法识别的情况下控制部90单独实施制动的情况可相当于紧急制动。
控制部90可以在电机泵部40初始驱动时驱动辅助供应部50。根据一个实施例,紧急制动时电机泵部40与辅助供应部50同时驱动,此时向电机泵部40提供足量油,因此可以提高电机泵部40的油增压性能。电机泵部40的油增压性能提高的情况下,由于向轮缸部60提供足量油,因此能够提高紧急制动初始制动力。
图4为概括显示根据本发明一个实施例的车辆用制动装置中未向辅助供应部接通电源的状态的示意图,图5为概括显示根据本发明一个实施例的车辆用制动装置中向辅助供应部接通电源的状态的示意图。参照图4与图5,根据本发明一个实施例的辅助供应部50包括壳体部51、安装部52、活塞部53、复原部54、连杆部55及驱动部56。
壳体部51上形成用于储存油的储存室511。并且,壳体部51上形成与储存室511连通的用于油出入的出入孔部512。根据一个实施例,壳体部51固定设置在车体上,可以是内部为中空的圆筒形状。
安装部52形成于壳体部51,固定设置于储存室511。本实施例中,安装部52可包括闭合储存室511的圆板形状的闭合板521、从闭合板521的边缘凸出并密着于储存室511内壁的闭合凸起522。
活塞部53以可移动方式设置于储存室511,用于调节储存室511的体积。根据一个实施例,活塞部53设置成与安装部52相对,活塞部53与安装部52之间形成的空间可储存油。
复原部54设置于储存室511以弹性支撑活塞部53。根据一个实施例,复原部54可以是盘簧(coil spring)形状,设置在活塞部53与安装部52之间起到支撑作用。
连杆部55连接于活塞部53,驱动部56安装于壳体部51且设置成包围连杆部55。驱动部56在通过控制部90的控制而被接通电源的情况下生成电磁场,可使连杆部55向活塞部53方向移动。另外,驱动部56可采用能够缩短连杆部55的反应时间的多种部件。
根据本发明一个实施例的活塞部53包括连接体531、凸起体532及密封体533。连接体531结合于连杆部55的端部,其可形成为圆板形状以闭合储存室511。连接体531可设置成与闭合板521相对。凸起体532从连接体531的边缘部分向安装部52方向凸出。密封体533插入到形成于凸起体532的凸起槽部534,密着于壳体部51的内侧面即形成储存室511的壁面以防止漏油。
驱动部56驱动时,凸起体532能够移动至与安装部52接触。即,凸起体532在与安装部52接触的情况下被限制移动。另外,相当于包括凸起体532的活塞部53的移动而缩小的储存室511的体积的量的油从壳体部51排出。因此,根据设计的凸起体532的凸出长度调节油排出量,从而能够防止供油量在电机泵部40所需油量以上或以下。

图7为根据本发明一个实施例的车辆用制动装置与除去辅助供应部的车辆用制动装置之间比较油压的图表。参照图6与图7,当电机泵部40不包括辅助供应部50的情况下(参照图7中(a)),控制部90发生控制信号后经过直至油压增大的第一延迟时间a1后第一油压P1上升。并且,当电机泵部40包括辅助供应部50的情况下(参照图7中(b)),控制部90发生控制信号后经过直至油压增大的第二延迟时间a2后第二油压P2上升。此时,第二延迟时间a2的长度小于第一延迟时间a1,第二油压P2的上升速度快于第一油压P1。因此,可知电机泵部40包括辅助供应部50时能够更快实现油压的增大,故制动响应性提高。
以下说明具有如上结构的根据本发明一个实施例的车辆用制动装置的作用。
一般制动状态下,当驾驶员加压踏板部20时电机泵部40驱动,在电机泵部40增压的油通过油压引导部30到达轮缸部60(参照图2)。此时,由于辅助供应部50未被接通电源,因此安装部52与活塞部53保持相隔状态(参照图4)。
当感测部80感测周边危险并发送给控制部90时,控制部90控制使得电机泵部40驱动以使油压增大。并且,在控制部90的控制下辅助供应部50向电机泵部40供油(参照图3)。
即,当控制部90控制使得驱动部56被接通电源的情况下,连杆部55使活塞部53向安装部52方向移动。此时,弹性支撑活塞部53的复原部54收缩,并在以后驱动部56被解除电源接通时向活塞部53提供复原力。当活塞部53移动使得储存室511的体积减小的情况下,相当于储存室511的体积缩小量的油供应到电机泵部40(参照图5)。
当辅助供应部50向电机泵部40增加供油的情况下,电机泵部40的油增压性能提高,从而能够正常向轮缸部60供油。
本发明参考附图所示的实施例进行了说明,但这仅作为示例,本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员应理解还可以做多种变形或得到其他等同的实施例。

Claims (11)

1.一种车辆用制动装置,其特征在于,包括:
主缸部,其增加油压;
踏板部,其驱动所述主缸部;
油压引导部,其向轮缸部引导在所述主缸部生成的油压;
电机泵部,其向所述油压引导部供油;以及
辅助供应部,其向所述电机泵部供油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于,所述辅助供应部包括:
壳体部,其形成有用于储存油的储存室及连通于所述储存室且用于油出入的出入孔部;
安装部,其形成于所述壳体部且固定设置于所述储存室;
活塞部,其调节所述储存室的体积;
复原部,其设置于所述储存室弹性支撑所述活塞部;
连杆部,其连接于所述活塞部;以及
驱动部,其安装于所述壳体部且设置成包围所述连杆部,在被接通电源时生成电磁场,以使所述连杆部向所述活塞部方向移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于,所述安装部包括:
闭合板,其具有圆板形状,用于闭合所述储存室;以及
闭合凸起,其从所述闭合板的边缘凸出并密着于所述储存室的内壁。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于,所述活塞部包括:
连接体,其结合于所述连杆部;
凸起体,其从所述连接体的边缘向所述安装部方向凸出;以及
密封体,其插入到形成于所述凸起体的凸起槽部,密着于所述壳体部的内侧面以防止漏油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于,还包括:
感测部,其感测车辆周边环境;以及
控制部,其接收所述感测部的感测信号以控制所述电机泵部与所述辅助供应部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于:
所述控制部在所述电机泵部初始驱动时驱动所述辅助供应部。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于:
所述控制部在所述踏板部未被加压的情况下,仍根据从所述感测部接收到的感测信号驱动所述电机泵部与所述辅助供应部,以向所述轮缸部供油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于,所述油压引导部包括:
油管,其对油进行引导;以及
多个油阀,其开闭所述油管。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于:
一般制动时,在操作所述踏板部的情况下通过所述电机泵部供应的油到达所述轮缸部,
错误制动时,在操作所述踏板部的情况下所述主缸部供应的油到达所述轮缸部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于:
所述辅助供应部安装于所述电机泵部。
11.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用制动装置,其特征在于:
一般制动时,所述电机泵部驱动以向所述轮缸部供油,
紧急制动时,所述辅助供应部向所述电机泵部供油使得所述电机泵部生成的油压增压。
