Abstract

软管连接件
软管连接件通常包括插入件和管接头,管接头上装有止回阀,它在插入件插入时被打开。插入件上设置有环形凹槽,它与管接头上至少一个制动件配合作用。传统的制动件是一个圆球,它由套件包围着,该套件可在管接头上轴向移动。
瑞典专利470452中介绍了一种软管连接件,其中制动作用是用至少一个平衡制动爪完成,该制动爪也由套件包围着,主要是夹持住引入的插入件。松脱时首先释放制动爪,并且球在插入件内移动一小段后夹持住。这样就可在没有干扰噪声的情况下使连接件和所连接的工具间的软管内存在的液体压力隔断。
在不同的制造形式中,制动件凹槽相对于插入件螺纹接套的开口端有一些变动的位置。在一些实施例中,要将球夹持在连接件中是很困难的。处于高压时就使增加材料厚度显得很重要,这就意味着球的直径必须增大。于是导致球在凹槽中的夹持不良。
本发明涉及上述类型的软管连接件,提供了一种在断开处将压力释放的机构,其特征在于,制动件呈角形,其一部分插入到管接头的轴向凹槽内,该部分的长度使至少部分区域总是被套件包围住,而另一向内部分的长度,在制动件受套件作用时,使该部分伸入到插入件凹槽内。

图1表示已知的软管连接件的实施例;
图2和3表示图1中虚线所包围的部分,图中制动球的材料厚度增大了并且尺寸不同;

图5表示制动件的管接头上带有凹槽的部分;和

图1表示所述专利号为470452中已知的软管连接件实施例。它包括插入件10和管接头11,可插入到管接头内的插入件的螺纹接套,设制有环形凹槽12。管接头上装配有滑动形的弹簧加载的止回阀13,并由类似的弹簧加载套件14包围着。
套件14还配有内环槽15,一方面在套件14上安装有至少一个平衡制动爪16,另一方面还安装有至少一个圆球状的制动件17。当插入件完全包围在管接头内时,套件14驱动制动爪16与插入件的凹槽12配合,这样插入件就被牢固地夹持住。在图1所示的位置,套件14已经回缩,使得制动爪从插入件凹槽的夹持中脱开。于是就可以稍微向外拉出插入件,从而使插入件和止回阀之间产生间隙18,其中止回阀是靠弹簧向前推动的。在此位置,套件14将球17向下压入到凹槽12中,因此插入件就被夹持住,这时与插入件相连的软管部分上过大的压力可通过间隙18隔断。当套件14在弹簧作用下向前推进时,凹槽15就正好位于球前方位置,继续向外拉出插入件时,球就被带出凹槽。
地某些场合,圆球不太适宜作制动件。图2、3、6和7表示图1虚线所包围部分的不同的实施例。高压时需要增大管接头的材料厚度。图2显示了在这种场合下,与凹槽15相配的球17a在受压位置时没有被套件14夹持住,图3表明增大材料厚度的球17b,在凹槽12内没有达到满意的夹持状态。
图4以较大比例示意了本发明的制动件117。这呈角状,包括一个外长形部分20,和一个带有插入件和一个横向楔状凸缘22的向内部分21。将该制动件插入到管接头上的长形、轴向凹槽23内。在面对管接头开口的凹槽端部,设有n个长方形的通孔24。凹槽23和通孔24的尺寸可以使制动件在轴向上有一定的活动性。通孔的横向尺寸稍小于凹槽的宽度,这样就可支承住制动件,并防止倾倒在通孔内。
图6是与图2和3所示部分相应的视图,但是其插入件10有某些改型。该图所示位置表明,平衡爪16被松开,而且制动件暂时夹持住插入件,用以隔断过大的压力。楔状凸缘22安全地夹持在凹槽12中,但是它在其中占据的空间很小,所以隔断槽118就相应地增大。在该位置套件14夹持下压的制动件117,凹槽23的大部分被套件包围着。
图7所示位置中,暂时退回的套件已向前移动,因此凹槽15就沿直线位于止动件117之外。继续向外拉插入件时,凸缘22从凹槽15的边缘上滑。整个制动件117在凹槽15中向上抬起,插入件呈完全自由状态。在其他位置,套件14覆盖在凹槽23和通孔24上,以防止进入灰尘。
图4-7所示的实施例仅是本发明的一个例子,其细部结构在下述权利要求范围内可作不同形式的修改。每一个连接件有n个制动件,推荐为两个制动件。凸缘的位置及设计应该与要配合作用的插入件凹槽的尺寸和位置相适应。

Claims (2)

1.一种软管连接件,包括插入件(10)和管接头(11),其中管接头上带有止回阀(13),在插入件插入时,止回阀致动并控制进入软管连接件中的流量,管接头被轴向可移动的套件(14)包围着,在某一位置,使至少一个制动爪(16)与插入件的凹槽(12)配合,在另一移动位置,释放该制动爪并驱动至少另一个制动件(117),以便与已部分拉出的插入件中的凹槽(12)配合,其特征在于,制动件(117)呈角形,包括可插入到管接头上的轴向凹槽(23)中的部分(20),其长度可使该部分(20)的至少部分区域总是由套件(14)包围着,还包括向内的第二部分(21),当制动件(117)受套件(14)作用时,其长度可使该部分(21)延伸入插入件的凹槽(12)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软管连接件,其特征在于,制动件(117)的第二部分(21)的端部上有横向楔状凸缘(22)。
